I can not say enough positive things about my experience with VCA. This was my first time leaving my dog in boarding and I was super nervous about it. VCA kept me updated by sending me pictures daily. They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was having a good time and that she was comfortable. They do such a great job and I can not recommend them enough. Their pricing is amazing compared to other boarding places in the area. I highly recommend looking into this place if you are in need of boarding or day care !

I always board with VCA. They take great care of my babies and my vet, Dr Jolly, is literally across the parking lot should something come up that requires attention.

After boarding our dogs we discovered they had fleas! I called to make management aware within a week and played phone tag for over a week. Management said they would notify the surrounding dog owners and follow up. After continuing to deal with the situation weeks later I called back to follow up, as treatments are not cheap! I was told there was nothing they could do because I did not notify the facility. Management said my dogs were not treated because my vet could not confirm my purchase of prevention (there are plenty of other suppliers!). I’ve never had an issue with fleas and if you have you understand they are not an easy pest to deal with! Management should have tried to fix the situation!!

Made pets sick and shaved too low. Took our girls there for grooming. We loved the vets and thought we should use the same groomers. One of the girls came home with a shave so bad that there was nothing but skin. It looked like she was going to have surgery. (When she had surgery, it wasn't shaved that badly) The second did not need a shave and we asked them not to. Worst of all both girls caught kennel cough while there. Our girls stay in our house and haven't been around other dogs. They went in healthy but came home with Kennel cough. They were pitiful. The vets were not shocked. This was not the first time that happened at those groomers. We had to take one to the vet twice and one three times; she was on the verge of pneumonia. The vet had me come back and look at her x-ray. They said that place cleans every day but sometimes this happens. Very expensive for us and painful for our girls to go through. (The groomers did not verify that they sanitize everyday.)

The staff here are wonderful. I feel like they truly care about my dog. He goes to daycare there twice a week and he seems to love it.

This is a great kennel. They really care about customers and take care of their pets. The dog grooming service is easy and they do a great job. I recommend them to all of my friends and family in central Kentucky.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are very fair. They never try to up sell me on services. We see doctor Eckert and Dr. Campbell. We like them and our dogs like them which is most important.
