Dr. Hewitt helped my fur baby when another vet wouldn't. It only took me 1 visit to make the switch. The staff is amazing and always nice. Thank you all!!

They helped my kitty when he couldn’t urinate on his own, and helped with my constant phone calls. Took care of him for a week, and even an extra day after i took him back because i was unsure if he was getting better. my cats doing great! thank you, plus they didn’t cost me much, granted any vet bill is expensive but this was no near what i was expecting. Update: he did have to be returned, my kitty was malnourished and was hanging on by a thread. I decided to take him else where for a second opinion, before I left I asked if he had a chance to make it, they told me we were near the stage to consider to put him down, the other place told me otherwise, they told me his bladder was empty, they other place said he was full. The care here seemed great for non-threatening treatment but if you want the best help for life-threatening I wouldn’t suggest. Sevier County Animal Clinic has so far done wonders, and my kitty that hasn’t been eating, has ate something today there.

Our dog had 3 large kidney stones, suffering awful. Him and his wonderful staff removed the stones 4 days later she is doing good. Eating the right dog food, no more fleas either. I’m so thankful to the doctor and staff. I have found a family vet for our doggies now in Morristown.

they are crooked and will help their friends steal ur dog just because they bring it to have it chipped

My little teacup Chihuahua had broken his leg we had a hundred dollars asking them to do what they can but at that time they wasore concerned that the vet was getting ready to go on vacation than being concerned for my dog, anyways the woman was also rude to my dog because he was scared in pain and growled at her let's just say never will take my animals there cause they seem to be more concerned about going on vacation than my puppy who was in pain from his broken leg.

I have been taking my dogs to Ridgefield for almost 2 decades and have only had the best experience with them. They are so kind and friendly, they have gone above and beyond when we’ve had an emergency, and very affordable. My wife had to take our dog in a year ago and had never been there before, and she called me afterwards, so impressed, saying, “I have never had a vet who cared so much for my dog.” It’s true. They are wonderful. I had to take my dog in for his regular shots today and they did such a great job managing the COVID-19 situation. I felt very appreciative that they were open and taking precautions, and still so friendly. Highly recommend.

They give cat hair cuts

Dr. Hewitt is an awesome vet! He always puts the best interest of my dogs first. Excellent staff, very friendly! I really appreciate that he doesn’t do unnecessary procedures to pad your bill. Can’t say enough things about this place. Very affordable too.

Very expensive On treatment. Had my pup have surgery On his eye to be put back into socket .He is a Chihuahua Very small and old .I've Love my pup but never will go here again it's a money racket. Why to expensive ?

Probably one of the best "no frills" vets around. Honest and dependable. I love that they DON'T charge for nail clipping or cleaning out anal glands! When you have 3 dogs that have to have their nails clipped, that helps. Barb is an office angel and works as hard as 3 employees. One suggestion; update front waiting area with some newer or cleaner chairs.

The best place to take your animals to!! Every employee is very caring and compassionate to your feelings ands to love on your animal. Dr. Hewitt is always completey up front with what's going on and doesn't push on you to do unnecessary test. Been taking my animals there for almost 25 years now.
