Don’t know too many places that will follow up With you about seeing your dog. Both Dr. Keith and Dr. Hancock are amazing. Been to other veterinarians but none come close to them. I will continue to take all my pets to them.

What a great vet hospital. They got my pets in quickly, after having just moved to town. They always have time for your animals.. the staff is very kind, and go above and beyond for your pets. My boy is very anxious and they treat him like i would want him to be. He's not a mean dog and they are understanding. They've been so great already!

When I called and made an appointment for my axolotl I asked if they had experience with this kind of animal and they said yes. I drove 50 mins because all other exotic clinics were booked up and when I got there the guy knew nothing about my pet. He seriously talked about guns more than my let. Instead used photos that I took of my animal and sent them to some vet forum. I didn't hear back until about 4 days later. Because of my own research and tubbing and medicating my pet with metroplex he was doing much better. When the vet finally messaged me back he was like guess you don't need to do anything now and I still got charged the $60 fee. I literally got nothing out of that vet visit. If you don't know something about an animal don't lie and say you do. My pet could have died.

I always feel good about coming to this vet. The doctors really care about you and your pet and do all they can to help them get healed. I've been there for two different dogs, and now that I've moved I travel in from Louisville to see these vets. Worth the drive.

Dr. Keith is a fine vet. His love of animals is apparent. My pets are always so at ease wirh him.

Wonderful place! They were all wonderful with our rat baby. They treated her so good and were very good.. They were very pleasant. I was super impressed They didn't way overcharge either like alot do! You don't see this very often anymore sadly so I highly recommend.

No joke after trying all the other vets in town this was the fit for our family. Now that we moved out of Versailles we will still travel for our fur babies. Every time we visit it's a pleasant visit and things are explained clearly . Worth the 30min drive.

Having just moved to Versailles from California five months ago, it was important to find a new veterinarian for my aging Shih Tzu. Crossroads Veterinary Clinic just happens to be ten minutes from my new home....and more importantly, connecting with their services has been a real pleasure. My Chloe and I feel right at home, the services are always right on time, thorough and professional debriefing, to the point, no real waiting, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you ❤

Dr. Keith and his staff are amazing. My pug Wonton had a luxating patella and I was having a hard time finding anyone in Lexington to do the necessary surgery. After calling several veterinary hospitals, I was referred to Crossroads. Dr. Keith was informative, patient, and able to get Wonton in quickly for his surgery. He is six weeks out from surgery and healing well. Moreover, his price was substantially cheaper than a traveling vet from Cincinnati. I highly recommend Dr. Keith and his staff for any veterinary needs.

AMAZING! THE BEST IN TOWN.

My first time but they took very good care of my Daushunad. They seem to be concerned when I told them that it was an emergency and seen Bentley (my dog) Immediately.

Great vet and nurses. Has always been fair and given us options for care. He figured out my moms dog problem when other vets in Versailles could not. Saved his life. The assistants are so nice and carding too. He should be a people dr. He cares more than they do.

Personal interest in my animal. They really care and not jist another number. They take they time to make you feel like something besides another number and are hreat with the animals.

My girl kept me up all night coughing. Crossroads welcomed me to drop her off on a last minute notice and treated her and me with such kindness. For that I am grateful and relieved to know there was nothing too serious wrong with my baby. Thank you.
