Every time I call you get an automated message, you can’t leave a message either, then they tell you to message them on their web site, which I did & it took 2-3 days to get a reply. They said they would have to see her, and I replied back …

My sweet (not mischievous at all) Siberian Husky got into a bag of oatmeal raisin cookies today and ate every last crumb . I usually take all my pets to a vet in Williamson county because I used to work there and had a good relationship …

I’ve been taking my dogs to Premier Vet Care for about 12 years and they all of the doctors and technicians are very good and nice. They always get me in when I need to see a vet. They are professional and help out by finding the least expensive place to get my dogs prescription. I will always trust them with my pets.

Our dog Annie had not one, but two intestinal blockages in a week — and this was within two weeks of her spay. Never in a million years did I ever expect a dog of mine to have one enterotomy in its lifetime, let alone two in a week. I’m beyond grateful that we began going to Premier prior to these emergencies. They’ve handled every visit amazingly and kindly, and their costs are reasonable. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have experience both fostering and training them. Because of that, I’ve visited many vets. But Premier stands out at both personal and professional. It’s been a crazy month with many unexpected visits crammed in, but they’ve made the emotional/financial load bearable, and our girl will be okay. I highly recommend Premier and its team to anyone in our area.

We just moved to the area and were in need of a new vet for our cat. Not only was the whole team so kind and communicative, but we’ve never seen our cat so relaxed at the vets. Cant recommend this place more!

I called last week to ask a few questions about bringing my cat in, the lady was very rude and acted like she just didn't feel like talking to me and why am I calling. I called back 6 times 10 minutes later to schedule an appointment and it took me to the voicemail each time. This was around 1:30pm and they do not close until 5:30. So finally I just left them a message with my name and number asking them to please call me back. It's now been 6 business days and I never got a call back. So now I am looking for another place to take my cat. These people are not professional at all and who knows what they would do with your precious fur babies. I recommend going somewhere else if you're thinking about coming here.

The vets are truly phenomenal. We have thoroughly enjoyed taking our dog here for several years. The only negative experience we have is that scheduling an appointment has become extremely frustrating. I rarely am able to speak with someone on the phone and even with messages left, have yet to get a return call. Scheduling online can be frustrating especially when the website is down and there is no other option to have your pet scheduled. I have tried calling at different times on different days and it has been this way for months. We are looking at other options with another vet that can assist with getting our pet scheduled more efficiently and quickly and are truly disappointed that we may have to leave this practice due to lack of accessibility to staff.

Absolutely love this place ❤️. Everyone is always so sweet and caring. My pup has been dealing with this stomach infection and had to stay all day for IV fluids. They always address my concerns and treat my babies so well!

I've been taking my dogs to Premier VetCare for years. All the staff are professional, so friendly and are ready to help with whatever is necessary. It's very clean I just can't say enough about it. I love everyone there and I am very thankful for them!

They are really great with my dogs and have fair pricing. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that they do not answer their phone. I will maybe get an answer 1/10 times I try calling. I also have left messages, but they never get back to me.

I am very impressed with this veterinary clinic! I’ve seen several of their veterinarians and each one has been caring and well informed on whatever my Sassy is there to have done. Prices are great and they don’t push procedures. I’m also able to stay with my pet. Thanks Premier Vet!

I started bringing my dog to Premier Vet in 2018 when we adopted her from a rescue. A condition of our adoption was that we have her spayed, and sure, I was a little nervous to have a vet's office where I'd never been before spay my girl, but several people had recommended Premier. I hadn't had a dog since I was a kid so I was a bit of a nervous new dog owner. She did great after her spay, and later in the summer she had two bouts of gastroenteritis and on both occasions Premier got me in the same day when I called. Things have been busier there since COVID but I appreciate that they let you go into the exam room with your dog, since many vets still don't. They are very responsive to e-mails when the phone lines are busy and I've been very pleased with the techs and the vets I've seen since we've been going there. My dog is loved on and treated kindly every time.

Premier always takes such good care of our dog Callie. Last week, she was sick and needed to be treated fairly quickly. They fit her in the best they could, treated us so well, and sent us on our way. It was a busy day, yet everyone had such a great attitude and handled all of the pets so very well. They even cleaned the waiting room while we waited. They genuinely care.

its not the cost it is the additude of staff and employees. My mother is 78 years old and she did not become a problem until you got this new staff . You are a Business owner that does not know what your staff is doing to your customers. That is all And your staff is the ones who told her to Come at that time. Senior Citizens Please Don't Take your Pets to this Place. My mother has been going there for close to 20 years and has given them food and lots of customers and this is what they do to her and she can not be belligerent because she has had a stroke and her speech is not that good. This is Responding to what the owner is saying on his statement.

Dr Hatcher and the entire staff at Premier VetCare are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They truly loved my baby, cared for her, gave me updates throughout the day on her surgeries. Even called me the next day to check on my sweet girl!!!! Dr Hatcher took extra time with me to discuss pros and cons of this surgery and truly helped me to decide what was best for my girl and for me. The front office staff were so kind and just truly made me and my girl feel special!!! The office was VERY CLEAN! Decorated well. This is an extremely busy clinic, yet each person and animal was treated with kindness and in a caring and professional manner! We were given instructions on after care, what to expect, signs to look out for, detailed notes on medicine dosages. Just an overal wonderful experience!!! My girl had a big surgery and already has some elderly disadvantages and Dr Hatcher and ALL of the staff truly made me and my Rachel feel safe, confident, loved, cared for, and respected. This is honestly THE BEST vet experience I have had in a long time. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience during an extremely stressful and scary time.

In My Opinion this place is more about money the pet and pets. It don't care about pets and people anymore.

I’ve been taking my animals here for a few years now. Never had a problem. They’ve always been kind and easy to work with. Why the change Premier? What happened? The last 8 months have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to calling and dealing with the staff up front. The phones are hardly ever answered and/or messages left are delayed, if ever returned at all. I understand the phones are busy - that’s why you hire people to help answer them so the customers/animals don’t have to suffer. If a receptionist gets short and rude with the caller when things are busy - don’t have that person answer the phone or retrain them….it’s not rocket science. Not every person you hired can handle customer service. It is now 3:33 pm and I have been trying to get a refill on my dogs medication since 8:30 this morning. Not being able to reach anyone my husband took some time off work and physically went in to get them refilled. They couldn’t get our account pulled up because “we were not listed under the phone number given”. The SAME number we’ve had for years. He had to get back to work so he left with no medication for my dog. So I started calling again at 3:00 someone finally answered. The receptionist was argumentative and nasty to me so I asked for someone else to help me, or a manager. She put me hold FOR over 6 MINUTES and then disconnected my call. So I had to call back and start the process all over again. Needless to say when someone answered again, I wasn’t happy. I was told to “get over it because they’re short handed and have been trying to hire some people”. lol that went over like a lead balloon. So I have now removed my animals from this office’s care and am taking them to another vet. This has become way to hard to deal with. No one should be treated this way because the staff is getting slammed by phone calls and are frustrated. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. Here is the sad thing though - the nurses and doctors there are TOP notch! Love them! But their office staff has ruined this relationship. And that’s unfortunate. Customers (people) come and go, but animals shouldn’t have too. They didn’t do anything wrong in all this. Here’s how this last phone call went - I was hung up AGAIN, I was never given my dogs meds…….and I never did get to speak to a manager. :( (There’s no need for a reply from Premier Vet on this as I’m not looking for a resolution nor an excuse for hateful office staff- just do better with your next customer)

The staff , technicians, doctors at premier are absolutely all about your pets. They go above and beyond to help you and your pet. They truly care. And that is gold. All my dogs love them

I was really distraught over not being able to afford dental care for my loved fur baby Meeko. I called several places and if you have ever priced it you know how expensive it is. Not only was Premier VetCare affordable, he was able to become a Premier Pet and for less than what the best price for just dental cleaning was at several other places. As a Premier Pet, he now has beautiful little teeth, got all his shots, toenails clipped and can be clipped for free for the next year and there are discounted services for him. You simply must check it out. The staff was super nice. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, lots of smiles and that is a good sign of a healthy work environment. Meeko's vet was Dr. Laci Catron-Lowe and he immediately took to her. She was compassionate and explained everything that would happen plus things to look out for that he might could experience after I picked him up. I highly recommend Premier Pet for quality and affordability. Be sure to check out their website. Your pet deserves to be a Premier Pet too!

I can tell you I will absolutely never be back to this place. What a huge waste of time and terrible customer service from this group. Every time I visit I am told please bring your pet back whenever you want we will trim his nails for free. I email today to verify and get verification. I proceed to call to be sure and set up the appointment. Once again given verification that he is up to date on his shots and the service will be free. Take him in, oh shocker they want to charge for the nail trim!!! With merely a sorry for the miscommunication (not a miscommunication btw, just straight LIES) no word of apology for the inconvenience and waste of my day driving to the vet for a service that I was lured in with that isn’t actually offered.

I cannot recommend Premier VetCare highly enough! My dog is a rescue with severe anxiety issues. In the past, her anxiety has caused her behavior to be severe enough that we have been asked to leave other businesses. Not only is the staff at Premier willing to work through my dog's anxiety issues, they are always nice, friendly, and helpful. Most importantly though, they are patient! We have enjoyed every visit over the last 5 years. They have been gracious enough to help my dog through everything from surgery to the routine shots and checkups. Added bonus that Dr. Mirmina is able to fool my anxious pup into believing vet visits are mostly just playful petting :)

Don’t go if you have an Emergency.. I had a dog in distress that needed urgent care and they said they didn’t know when they could fit me in due to schedule appointments. My dog didn’t need a nail trim he had a fractured leg and was not in good shape... need to revise policy

Had to leave Premier Vetcare after long time cust due to Extremely long wait times getting worse year after year. Be ready for an all day waiting event for your appointment. You can easily be waiting 2 hours despite having an apptment like it has for me last several times. Switching vets was best time-saving move I made in years. Now vet runs are in and out and not all day ordeals with a restless pet!
