I was three minutes late and they wouldn’t see my cat. This cat is so hard to deal with it took forever to get her in crate. 3 min.

Until today I was very satisfied but that has now changed. My dog was supposed to have her kennel cough shot in April. It was noted on her chart. Get ready to board her for vacation and find out it was never given. Had to take off work and sit at the office in the parking lot forever since phone kept going to voicemail and you can’t walk in. I’m beyond furious and just got a “I’m sorry” response. $3000 vacation on the line for total irresponsible neglect ! If they can’t manage something so simple makes one wonder what else they neglect and blow it off.

We love Bypass Animal Clinic. Dr. Eidson and Dr. Walls are amazing. We followed Dr. Eidson when she moved to Richmond and haven't regretted it. We have even moved out of state and still return to Bypass for the best care of our pups. I cannot say enough good things about them. When we tried another clinic in our new area they misdiagnosed multiple issues, so we happily come back to Bypass. I love that it is a full service clinic. They offer nearly every service and usually have everything you need for your dog's care at the clinic. It is so convenient, especially for a sick visit, to be able to leave with your perscriptions and materials for care. They take the time to teach you what you need to know for your dogs care, as well. Dr. Eidson has taken care of our pups for nearly 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Lori Eidson and her staff have given my dog wonderful care for many years. They always go above and beyond to make sure I have all my questions answered. We’ve been to other places that have pressured me to do more than what is needed but here Dr Eidson walks me through my option so I can make the best decision for me and my pet.

Had to take newly adopted furbaby due to sneezing and congestion...much cheaper than anticipated. Had to wait in car and call once there...safety measures. Awesome with my newbie...

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Eidson, Bypass Animal staff, and the kind and compassionate care we receive. Dr. Eidson always wants what is best for the animal and it shows in every interaction. I admire how often she goes the extra mile; consulting with other vets on the best method of care, explaining the "why" behind treatment, and ensuring our dogs are always in a safe environment. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn't want to take our animals anywhere else!

They were so good with my jack Russell dog! He is a rescue dog and had been abused in the past so he doesn't like new people. But they won him over on our first visit. Amazing!! Really professional as well as caring staff.

Our Groot has anxiety and doesn't do well with other people besides his family. He went in not happy and came out being calmly carried. He loved his visit which makes me happy.

I called to make an appt for vaccines but put me off for 3 weeks. Is there a vet in this town where I can get service for my dog within a week?

Bypass Animal clinic, Dr Wall , and now Dr Edison. Have been my vets since 1997 when I moved to Richmond. They have always given the best care to my dogs starting with Rocky a Dalmatian Lab mix all the way through Gracie and Cooper the newest additions (Yorkie and little blond dog that we found). I have never had an experience that I questioned. I have had 3 dogs with chronic illnesses and they were never afraid to walk through the door. I feel like their pricing is very fair. Other vets in the surrounding area have much higher prices. And I feel that I was given the best advice on diagnostics, whether or not they were needed. Yes I have lost some of my best friends over the years but the care they received with these veterinarians was excellent! I am so thankful for them and all of their staff. I live in Frankfort now but will continue to make the drive for my fur babies!

UPDATE 02/07/2020: My experience was perfect. Excellent customer service and the staff took excellent care of my cat Frankie during his annual check-up and vaccinations. All of my questions were answered by the vet and he made excellent recommendations for a food change to better help my cat live a healthier life. Highly recommend to all pet owners. They treat my cat and my partners dog with the upmost care and compassion when they've treated them. ________________________ Great vet and great staff. A+++ service and very reasonable prices on office visits and pet well checks and spay/neutering
