We recently adopted two kittens from the Jessamine Animal Shelter and we needed to bring them for a checkup. The staff was very friendly and listened to ever question we had. Very professional and looking forward to them being our vet for our furry family.

Best vet. Saved us hundreds of dollars for our cat when he had been missed diagnosed by the emergency vet.

I have used them as my primary vet for my Labrador since I got him. They have always given me sincere and honest advice on how to treat my dog. They take the time to answer questions and are even available after the appointment end for any follow-up questions. I always feel like I am getting the best advice for my dog. They helped me find a board certified surgeon for my dog's ACL tear and were available by phone to answer all of my questions. I have always been very happy with their prices and laying out of the options. I have never encountered unexpected charges with McCaw like I have with some other vets.

Used three times with 3 pets based on neighborhood recommendations. Offers no alternative to treatments. Only offers the most expensive treatment plans! Missed bad teeth on a stray cat Health Exam. Condescending to me as I was in shock over diagnosis. Seem to prefer rich, clueless clients.

Great vets, they know their stuff and have great surgical skills when needed. They've cared for my animals for 10 years now and I have zero issues. The diagnosis is explained so I can understand what it is and what my options are. Very compassionate care.

I am a dog trainer at sit, stay, play here at Hickman Creek Kennel. One of the ladies that work here found a stray dog and I took it to McCaw's to see if it had a microchip. They not only found that it had a microchip, but also instructed me on how to find the owner. I found the owner, who lived less than a mile from our kennel. THANK YOU, kind, understanding ladies who helped a lost pooch find his way back home ????????????

They are always there to help your pet better their life, friendly people that work here and always wanting to make sure your pup is as comfortable as possible while anything is being done. Just a hair pricy but for the quality care you get its well worth it.

The staff are pleasant. They were quick to diagnose what was wrong with my puppy and squeezed in a time slot for us.
