RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT You're charging $5 to paying patients for a mask that costs 4 cents or less (i sent you a link from amazon today, $1.99 per 50 count). If you can show me just one other medically related business, or any business for that matter that charges its customers $5 for a mask to walk in if they don't have one, I will gladly change my review to 5 star...Yes, it's normal to have a mask. I thought I had one in my car, I didnt. What's extremely abnormal is charging 400%+ mark up for that item. I have yet to see a biz charge even a penny for a mask upon entry. To each their own, it's not my business. And that offer stands, show me one biz that charges even $2 for mask, I'll retract my review. All the best.... ORIGINAL COMMENT Hate to disparage a small biz, BUT....went their to retrieve prescription pills that the vet office was short upon the initial visit. Drive is across town (perfectly fine). I didn't have a mask in my car (not on purpose), entered vet office using my shirt fully covering nose and mouth (best I could do). Told immediately, I needed a mask to enter. I asked if they had a mask, they said yes...for $5 charge added to the bill. I waited outside (sub 30 degrees). Maybe Im being hasty, but charging your patients $5 for a nickel (or cheaper) mask, seems perhaps a tad bit excessive, particularly given i was only there to retrieve remainder of meds not in stock initially...I almost respect the fact that upon emailing them to question this tactic, the Vet owner responded and doubled down on the $5 upcharge, saying its hard to get masks et et. Any Joe Schmo can get on Amazon now and get a box of cheap masks for a nickel or less, in a week or less. Shame, otherwise, Vet owner seemed nice et et.

Vet is a jokester and a nice fellow. Staff is friendly. Paid X amount of dollars for an overnight stay to monitor my dog and get him fluids after having pancreas issues. Seemed absolutely worth it to me and my pal. Highly recommend. Also, 'Khang Zen', you sound salty that this business wouldn't honor the same prices as a wholesale distributor. You're probably at the customer service desk of Kroger telling them you could get 40 rolls of toilet paper for the same price at Costco. Good on them for offering convenient solutions for a premium price. Some people, man.

We have used Dr. Lee Cundiff forever!!! I would not trust any other vet with our dogs. I will never forget how thoughtful and sincere he was when one of dogs was dying and he came to the house,and let her stay home to pass away I will always be thankful to him and his staff for everything they do.

The staff are wonderful and take such good care of my senior dogs.????

I took our three month old puppy there because of urinary tract infection. The vet couldn't care less, just prescribed some antibiotics and left. He also refused to write prescription for our chewy order, because they are also selling the same medicine for much higher price.

Nice clinic. People there are very friendly and helpful. Love to take my dog there.

Dr. Cundiff and his staff are the best. Dr. Cundiff will go the extra mile to make sure your pet is healthy and gives your pet the best care possible. Everyone in the office is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hartland Park Animal Hospital.

Absolutely love Hartland! The staff is friendly and kind. They even sent us a sympathy card after we had to put our kitty to rest and the staff wrote the sweetest things in the card. Best vet we have ever been to!

It was my first visit for a 2nd opinion regarding my dogs teeth and the need for professional cleaning. I was pleased and relieved to find that my dogs teeth are fine. I will be switching to this veterinarian.

Although they still are in Covid Protocol, they take great care for their customers (our pets)!

The Veterinarian came out and directly talked to us in our vehicles about our pets, during COVID, and was very friendly. Did not expect that and he was fantastic. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Just relocated to Lexington a couple of months ago and with everything going on, I had not had a chance to pick a vet for my three dogs. Of course my 10 year old got terribly ill on a Friday nigh into Saturday morning. Went on line to find the highest rated vets anywhere in Lexington and found Hartland. Called them and they were able to take my dog within the hour. Curbside was easy. The doctor and tech even came out to speak to me and give my girl her shot in 16 degree weather since she was not a happy camper. They followed up first thing Monday to see how she was doing. They won me over!

Dr. Cundiff and his staff are wonderful! Our Labradoodle Bear , decided to go garbage diving on unfortunately Mexican night . They quickly got him in and cared for . And he is now on a siesta . They truly love animals and it shows through their compassion and care for our furry babies.

My grand puppy (9yrs) has heart problems and I’ve been afraid to find a Vet since moving to Kentucky. I pray about things like this, so when I did, it became evident that Hartland was where I was supposed to go. Prayer answered- Dr. Cundiff and all the associates I’ve met thus far are knowledgeable and wonderful. Not being able to go in with my baby made me terribly nervous- everyone’s ‘car side’ manners made it an easy decision as well. Thank you all!!!

Dr. Cundiff takes time to help you understand what is going on with your pet. He explains everything in detail and will answer any questions without hurrying.

They were Covid safe, picking dog up outside and returning him. Paperwork and estimate of services needed were clear. Friendly staff.

Hartland Park Animal Hospital is a small practice with a big heart! They always give our two dogs excellent care and attention, and most of all we feel like they like our dogs (they are more than just clinical patients). Thanks for the excellent care.

I was very happy with the visit, Karen and Dr. Cundiff were wonderful. My problem came today, Monday, when I called to ask them to verify my dog's RX with 1-800-petmeds and was told by Alicia that they would not do that because they are too busy. They were not to busy to take my $474.20 on Saturday. She was very rude and this has totally left a bad taste in my mouth. The visit with them on Saturday was great but she upset me greatly on Monday with the way she treated me on the phone.

The staff is amazing!! Very caring and personal. They truly love taking care of your pet and they were very reasonably priced!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. The docs and staff are all amazing. My dog gets treated like a little king! Quality care here without a doubt!
