All Creatures' Inn Nicholasville, Kentucky

I can’t say enough great things about this place! First time I ever had to board my dogs but will be going back here in the future. Reasonable/transparent prices and the god-send of multiple-dog discounts, always answered the phone when I’d check in, clean facility for both people and dogs, flexible pick-up/drop-off times and the staff is obviously very attentive; midway through their stay, the staff noted signs of a UTI (straining, bloody urine) in one of my dogs and called me. They offered to call their vet and pay that bill on my behalf then and added it to my final bill so that my dog would be seen and treated early. My dogs stayed long enough to get complimentary baths and their grooming service was top notch, actually calling and clarifying my expectations. The came home happy, healthy and smelling/looking great!

Nancy and her staff are very good at what they do. Nancy will return your call as soon as she can..The groomer both of them do wonderful job. They have done really good with senior cairn terrier that was a little mouthy. Now they have groomed our new Australian shepherd, Chancellor and soon Harlin. Thanks folks for all you do for my fur balls

I am not sure if our Husky ever stops playing while here. She comes home after a couple days at the puppy hotel and is lazy and looks like she is recovering from a bachelorette party weekend. Staff are great to work with and the location is perfect for Lexingtonians

I adopted my dog here 2 years ago. I still take him there for grooming. They are a very caring organization. They do a great job!

This is the best kennel in the area. I’ve been taking my dog there for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nancy runs the show and she is kind, wise and attentive. My dog loves going here and usually falls asleep on the way home when I pick her up because she has so much play time here. I never worry when my dog is here. I know she is safe and getting lots of love.

Took very good care of our fur babies. Our dogs came home tail waggin' happy and well taken care of after their vacation here. Highly recommend.

Our dogs are always glad to visit and have a great time there. They get play sessions with their friends, and a bath and trim before they come home. Nice country location with plenty of parking.

We adopted our family dog from this location years ago. I am happy to see that All Creatures Inn is still doing well :) they were lovely. Plus no-kill!! Very important.

Neville the dog seemed excited to go in to play with his best friend Cadence and the other dogs. He gets a free bath because he is staying for a week.

I have gotten my dogs clipped here for years. I have also boarded them when we went out of town. Dogs were well taken care of and happy when we picked them up. There are huge fenced in play yards for the dogs to run in. The price is right and everyone that works here is friendly and professional. They stay busy and booked up alot. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

I would rather leave my family dog at a Chocolate Factory while in the care of Willy Wonka, then to ever again board him at All Creatures' Inn. When I left my Scottish Terrier with All Creatures Inn, i felt a lot of anxiety because it was the first time I have ever boarded a dog. My 6 month old Scotty weighed a modest 21 pounds when I left him. I gave the owner, a nice older lady, a detailed list of request while he was being boarded. I informed the lady of my dog's wheat allergy and gave her special instructions on feeding him with the food I provided. I also left her some greenies and bully sticks to feed him when he was to be put up for bed. The lady told me that my dog would be getting a free bath because of the one week stay he was booked for as well as assurance that all of my requests would be fulfilled. The reason for this one star review is because of the poor condition my dog was in on pickup. In the 7 nights he was boarded with All Creatures' Inn, my dog managed to lose 2 pounds weighing only at 19 pounds, had not been feed any of the food I provided, and not be given any of the greenies because no one watches the dogs after 6pm. Also, rather than give him a bath like I was expecting, the other lady sprayed my dog with air freshener in the room beyond the foyer right before my dog was brought out to me. I do not know what goes on behind the doors when they take in your dog, but the condition of which my dog was in when he was returned screams animal cruelty. And if the owner, who is reading this review, tries to contact me to negotiate the removal of this post, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau for the lack of professional care I paid for, and the Jessamine County Animal Care and Control for underfeeding my family dog.

Charlie and Blizzard had the best time boarding, they didn't want to come home with me.

Taken our dog there several times, great staff, prices are affordable and my dog was worn out for several days after all the play and fun she had. Highly recommended. Great place to board your pooches.

Been taking our dogs here for years! Always comfortable leaving them. When they had "issues" they took care of them competently. Have been elsewhere and had problems. Our dogs love it all All Creature's!!

We got our dog through The Haven for Dogs which is tied to All Creatures' Inn and that was a very good experience with an easy process and great service! We have also housed our dog at All Creatures' Inn and were very pleased with the care provided as well as the friendliness of the staff and clear love for animals. We always know our dog is in good hands when we board with them. I would strongly suggest this to anyone who is looking for a place to board their animal!

My sister found All Creatures' Inn to be a truly loving home for her dog (Hershey) whenever she came to visit me in Georgia. They understand what it takes to help the animals to have a good, fun-filled time during their "vacation" there, and Hershey always trotted in gladly. When my sister's health required that she give up her dog, All Creatures' Inn/The Haven for Dogs found him a new home that suited his personality. Now it is Christmas and I am sending a donation to the Haven in gratitude for their loving care through the years.
