Got there at 7 because that’s what time it said they opened online. They actually opened at 7:30. I saw 2-3 people inside and called several times to see if they had availability and no one answered. They called back at 7:30 to say they had surgeries and were rescheduling people off of today. She gave me other suggestions. Had the time been correct I wouldn’t have even gone and wasted my time. Other than that the person that answered was nice.

Dr. Lutz has removed six tumors from my little hedgehog and done an excellent job. I won’t take her or my cat to anyone else!

I'm pretty certain that I've never reviewed any product/business/etc. before because I just never felt the need, but Dr. Lutz and the staff here went above and beyond my expectations. We're in a pretty weird time in the world right now so although my contact with them was limited the care and consideration my rabbit was given warmed my heart. My rabbit is unfortunately getting older and dealing with health issues but I am confident in this teams ability to help me to make the best choices possible moving forward in these last few years of her life. I could honestly write more but I'll leave it at this: If you have "exotic" pets (small animals) this is an amazing place to bring them. I've never felt like we've had a vet that actually understood the intricate differences of rabbits to other mammals until I brought her here. My only regret is that I didn't move here and find them sooner in my pet's lives.

Everything about this place is great. Dr. Lutz answered all my questions as well as giving me extra information I didn't know I needed. Our bird Dobby received his check up and grooming with out being overly stressed. With birds this is a big deal. If you have birds Dr. Lutz is the Vet for you.

Dr. Lutz Was so Wonderfully informative and friendly when I brought my pets in for a first time appointment. He took the time to get to know me as their pet owner and I so appreciated that. His kindness and intentionality Will be the reason I bring my animals here in the future!

Dr. Lutz cares about the animals he sees AND he handles exotic pets. He cares about my babies, even though they're guinea pigs and many people consider them lesser pets. We brought our bearded dragon in today. They were very busy and the schedule was full, but we were told if we could bring her in and drop her off they'd try and work her in. The ladies were so sweet and let us know exactly what to expect. Well, they did work her in. I got a call from Dr Lutz a few hours later and he had assessed her and called to talk about what he found out and what to do. I could tell by our conversation how much he cares, the time he took during our call and he made sure we know exactly what to do to keep her healthy and take care of her and meet her future needs. He's very personable and never once did I feel he rushed our conversation, even though I knew he had a very busy day. This place is about 40 minutes away from us. We did a lot of homework trying to find a vet that truly had experience with bearded dragons. So glad we did and we will definitely make the trip anytime we need to see the vet again. I have a rabbit that has been having some health issues in his old age and I can't tell you enough how informative, helpful, friendly, and all around wonderful Dr. Lutz and his staff have been! My little guy is doing much better thanks to them, and if he has any more trouble I have complete confidence in West Meade Vet to take care of him.

We all LOVE Dr. Lutz, Laurie and Renee!!!! They take great care of our mini kennel (2 am staffs, 1 labrabull (pit bull/lab), and 1 lab) All of our dogs are rescues but the labrabull and lab came to Dr. Lutz from our friend with a rescue, so we switched everyone. Great decision!
