They have no care or concern for the well being of your pet. I will never waste another dime of my money on them. They obviously deal with a lot of people that don’t have huge bank accounts and that’s great of them but they refuse to let you get your prescription refills from somewhere cheaper. Doesn’t matter if I dropped hundreds two months ago for my dogs itching nope you need to come in and pay another exam fee to be able to get a written prescription to fill refills elsewhere it’s all about money to them. Forget the animals or there well being. I will never return and I suggest to everyone to find a vet that has you and your pets best interest at heart!

Listed everywhere online as open but as of Tuesday June 30th 2020 they are definitely closed at 11 AM. We had called a few days ahead to make sure they would be open and accepting walk ins and we were told that there would be no issue but here we are and no one is around or answering the phone so... now a thirty minute drive back home I suppose. It's okay though because we found somewhere close by that's cheaper anyway.

My go to vet. We went for only a nail trim this visit but have used this vet many times and they are always able to get us im with the quickness.

The service is good and the ppl are very friendly.

Office person who answered phone was very helpful in directing me to immediate urgent care.

The veterinarian was not available for my original appointment so we had to come back the next day. She did a good job then.

Very friendly and professional staff. I had to have my dog put down a while back, and they were comforting and supportive through the whole process. Now we take our puppy here, and they always give you a price breakdown before anything is done.

I will never take any of my pets back to Value Vet. I used them for everything up until now. I took my cat that was extremely sick to the Gallatin Pike location at 1:30 on a saturday and they turned me away and the only reason i'm guessing is because they closed at 2 and didn't want to deal with my very sick cat! I had to take my cat to another vet and turned out my cat hard heart failure! These people are awful to turn us away just because it was an inconvenience to them! I will never go back to any of their locations!!

Had a great experience at this location today! Amazing service & helpful, courteous staff! Everyone was attentive to my senior deaf dog & they were patient & answered all my questions! Alyssa was outstanding & the Dr. was wonderful! Thank you for a good day with an anxious & stressed out furbaby! You guys made it awesome!!

The Dr here is so amazing and done everything she can to help our dog with cancer. The whole staff is amazing

This place does not save you money. Went to a regular vet, same meds 1/3 the price. Do not be mislead.

These person are the best!! I had to have my faithful friend and constant companion of 14 years put to sleep. They were so gentle and loving with my Rocky Ray. The staff is so compassionate and caring!!

Just a bad place, wouldn't spend a dime here. Very, very, unprofessional place.

These guys are efficient. The Vet is usually pretty good, but we just popped in for a vaccine booster and a heartworm medicine update. I was in and out quickly.
