Our border collie, Faith, developed what seemed like a UTI. We had our first visit with Dr. Hynek today to get labs and a diagnosis. Thanks, Dr. Hynek, your healing care is much appreciated. Faith is feeling better.

first time in to see the vet was greeted at the desk very polite and a appointment was made for the next day for a torn ACL. we didn't know a little more was going on with our 10.8 year old Bernese. we scheduled and appointment for 4 days out . In the 4 days before the appointment he stopped eating and wouldn't move. he had a liver problem that we didn't know about. he got so weak we couldn't lift him to make our laser appointment and he died 2hours later. since our loss the office has called us and the doctor that we were working with to tell us how sorry for our loss. this was greatly appreciated from the office staff it shows they care!

The facility is immaculate, and everyone I saw is a top-notch professional. My corgi was was given expert attention and care, and I was able to fill two prescriptions he needed on-site. Dr. Hynek did a perfect job of walking me through my corgi's x-ray and explaining her concerns. She also answered all of my questions in clear, understandable language.

Everyone was super nice to us and they were very responsive to our cat July needs and they got us scheduled in a timely manner so July could receive the care she needed.We were impressed by everything they did!

I just moved to the area and needed to be seen ASAP for a problem exam. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment and filling out the new client form online was very easy. The staff was friendly and treated my pup with great care! We will definitely be back for future appointments!

Dr. Hollis and the team at PAH have been taking care of our pup since we got her three years ago, and they took excellent care of our previous senior dog until we had to let her go. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable professionals. We were fortunate to be referred to them when we moved to this area from out of state. They are very responsive when a problem comes up and work hard to find a solution. They are proactive and provide up to date information so that you can make the best decisions to keep your pet as healthy as possible.

If you get past one particular rude receptionist from California who is rude to me every time, you may have a chance at seeing a doctor who cares about your pet.. Every time I asked a question, I was rushed off the phone. I wonder are all customers treated this way or just the ones with a darker complexion.. I hate to give these type of reviews but was driven to it.. I have switched vets due to the unfriendly customer service of a receptionist.. that was important to me.

It takes a little longer with curbside, but it’s super convenient and they do it well. I always do their Healthy Hearts bloodwork package because it is so affordable and lets me know about their health. Changed vets recently due to a friends recommendation. This place is head and shoulders above the other place I tried in MJ. Better value, better service and the vets are so thorough. Wish my own dr was that good.

We love Providence Animal Hospital!! We know Tucker is being taken care at the utmost care! Dr. Keener is extremely thorough and answers all our questions! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our animals are very well taken care of by the Drs. and staff at Providence Animal Hospital. Our senior dog, Toby, gets his blood work done regularly to help us keep track of how he's doing. With the excellent care he receives at Providence, he just keeps on going! Providence is the best!

I have had nothing but terrific experiences taking my 2 dogs to PAH. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always receive a follow up call the next day to check in on my critter. Dr. Hollis is extremely knowledgeable and always takes his time to make sure you understand all of your options when it comes to your pets care. He has a genuine sense of empathy for the well-being of your pet and I have never felt rushed in or out of the office. I highly recommend.

After one visit - I'm sold! They are so patient and caring to my puppy. The vet called me for a follow up (as they don't currently allow people to go inside) and she answered all of my questions! As a nice touch, they sent a thank you card to our house after the appointment. We will keep going back!

Dr. Aaron Hollis continues to exceed my expectations. He is knowledgeable and always researching and learning new procedures and protocols. Caasi had a splenic mass removed at the Emergency Center and he provided her follow up visit via phone. I never feel rushed and Dr. Hollis always goes over any questions that I have. Today he watched a video that I had taken of my dog swallowing and now he is running tests to see if she has thyroid issues. I highly recommend the Healthy Hearts and Parts check list that he performs! If you love your dog, Dr. Hollis is the best veterinarian for you!

We recently lost our 14 yr.old doxie & Dr.Hollis & his staff couldn't have been kinder, more compassionate or more sensitive in the way they handled our last hour with her. They later gave us a document with her paw prints & a lock of her fur as well as a condolence card signed by the entire staff. We are so blessed to have Dr. Hollis as our dogs' doctor!
