Update. Unfortunately after two subsequent visits and inconsistent pricing, we've had to move our business elsewhere. First visit for a new puppy. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

We asked for a thorough haircut that took several inches off our dogs hair, as his previous groomer ghosted us, so he was much in need of a haircut. Unfortunately we didn't get what we expected. Doesn't look like they cut any length off and he doesn't smell any better than when we dropped him off. He will need a cut in the next week or so. If we weren't so disappointed and in a rush to get going, we would've demanded he be taken back to get what we asked for. We will simply never return and never recommend. Update: A 1-star review is not fair to the company after only one visit, so 3-stars is the best I'm willing to do considering ease of scheduling and pricing. We did not reach out after the misunderstanding. Although we felt inconvenienced our pup wasn't taken care of the first time around, (after what we thought was simple haircut request and picture referencing) it is on us for not communicating with management after this first visit. We have since found a different location that has provided us the service we hope to expect every visit.

After many hours of looking at bad reviews about dog groomers in the Nashville area, I found Tidy Dog with good reviews. They had a really quick opening for my 2 dogs. I made my appointment on line, which was quick and easy. I took my dogs to their appointment and toured the salon. All the dogs being groomed looked happy. I liked the enclosures they were in as not metal kennels. The dogs each had a small pad to rest. I was told about 3 1/2 hours when they would be ready. (That was how long it took). When I went to pick them up they were so happy. THEY LOOKED AWESOME. They were not afraid or cowering, as I have seen when taking a dog to another groomer. The price was fair and they gave a military discount. I did not receive any incentive for this review. I just want people to know what a good experience I (and Oliver & Sophie) had taking my dogs to Tidy Dog Pet Salon.

We have used tidy dog for 7 years UPDATE WE HAD AN ISSUE with our pomeranian (TAYLOR) iT WAS TAKEN CARE OF .I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. They fixed THE ISSUE I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER again .if you have a issue let them know and they i will adress it thank you tidy dog .

I take BooBoo and Blaze whenever they need a trim. I'm a permanently disabled veteran and BooBoo is my ????‍???? service dog and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else

This place is one of those secret little neighborhood Gems. It's the only grooming shop my pup has ever willingly gone into a second time. The staff is super friendly. You can tell they like what they do, and so can my dog. They've got a machine there that helped when she got some weird skin thing a while back. My floor had never been so clean, there was like no dander for a month. Good prices too!

It's so reliable professional and of good quality that I didn't know that I paid the amount I paid. Whole looked like the queen that she is I didn't worry about the amount. I payed and didn't know how much it was . She was happy and so was I. Thanks Tidy Dog!

We have used Tidy Dog for almost a year now, but after our last cut we will NEVER use them again. They butchered our pups belly, causing him injury, and when I picked him up they didn't mention a thing. Their only comment was that he was a "good boy". If you want to pay someone over a hundred bucks to hurt your pup then this is your place, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

I've been taking my doggy to Tidy Dog for almost two years. I know she will be treated with great care there. She kind of seems to enjoy going. I think she loves the staff. And, well, they are really nice folks. There is no guessing games with their fair prices. Oh, also, I love the adorable bows they offer ???? so cute! They sell CBD dog treats. We picked some up before Independence Day. It definitely did the job! Thanks for loving my puppy as much as I do!

They always take great care of my babies!

This was the first time I tried Tidy Dog for grooming of my dog. When I dropped him off everything seemed fine and I had no concerns about the safety of my pet. When I picked him up later he seemed more excitable and stressed than usual. Once I got him home he started yelping, scratching his neck and reaching his behind. Upon examination I discovered several areas on his skin where he had been cut with clippers behind his ear and under his front left leg and behind. Needless to say I had to take him to the vet 2 days later to make sure the injuries were surface only. I will never use Tidy Dog again nor recommend them to other pet owners.

Excellent service really friendly staff they really take care of your animal first time nail cutting for my puppy and they were able to calm him down and get it done Will be going back for sure

I used Tidy Dog pet salon for a full groom on my miniature doodle. They were very nice, reliable and we loved his cut. I would definitely use them again in the future

Tidy Dog Pet Salon did an amazing groom on our golden retriever. The staff is kind and professional. You can tell that they love dogs and treat them as family. We knew our pup was in good hands and we will be returning for future services.

We took our corgi to Tidy Dog today for the first time. They did a beautiful job on him. Our dog seemed happy & relaxed when we picked him up. Owners were very friendly. Highly recommend!
