Miss Kitty’s is thoughtful and proactive in their communication, saving me time. They made it a priority to get my pup in immediately and on my schedule when other daycares only take new pups certain days of the week and you have to show up at 6:30am! They happily offered to call my vet to verify vaccines. They are excellent about sending reminders for daycare and shuttle. When I cancelled my evening shuttle midday they checked to confirm with a quick text. My pup’s needs, safety and happiness are clearly their top priority. My pup has been to three different luxury daycares and they stand way out as the best. I can confirm on the cameras my pup is having fun running around and then napping all while a caring staff member is right there with him! Also, the shuttle is an awesome amenity.

My dog has never loved a dog daycare until Miss Kitty’s. Now, daycare is the highlight of his week and he will actually jump into the back window if I miss the turn ???? The daycare is clean and safe. Joey is well cared for and I can watch him on cameras whenever I miss my pup. Any time I have checked in on camera, he’s been under the caring eye of a staff member looking to pet and comfort the dogs. I trust them with my fur baby with ease.

We were visiting from Florida and were able to leave our dog during the day with them so we could site see Nashville. Excellent customer services, super nice and also affordable prices.

We dropped our pup Wallace off for a weekend stay at Miss Kitty's. Everyone there was super friendly, and responsive on the phone and in person. After 2 nights there, they gave him a bath, and he came home exhausted (which is hard to do)! Highly recommend, and couldn't ask for a better stay for our pup.

We dropped off our pup, LB, for a weekend stay a couple of weekends ago. I changed his reservation from saloon to euro because I thought having him interact with other puppies would be better than being alone throughout the day. I watched him on the cameras and he seemed scared most of the weekend. It made me nervous about another boarding stay coming up. They ended up moving him to a room with less active dogs but I worry about the next reservation.

It is rare I will write a review because I am so busy, but I am so happy with the service I received today. I was so impressed with the staff, and the quality of their work. My dog is still a pup, 1/2 poodle, and 1/2 terrier. Her hair is very odd because of her "breed." They made her look like "sass with class." I had the unfortunate event of my dog vomiting in her carrier on the way there, and they went out of their way to wash it at no extra charge. Excellent job y'all!

Great grooming and out favorite dog boarding. We especially love the Euro boarding which provides an open shared room with other pups and 24/7 human access and care.

Our 9 year old rescue takes time to adjust to new places and is reluctant about boarding. Miss Kitty’s is so attentive and patient with him. He always warms up after a few days and we catch him having a good time on the cameras. It is great to have access to cameras of both daycare and boarding to check on him while we’re away. The best part is they offer “Euro Style” where all of the dogs can be in one big room with a person at night fully supervised. Tenny wouldn’t do well in a cage isolated, so it’s wonderful to have the security and comfort of a person there and freedom to move around. They’re also very accommodating to your pet’s special diets. And, they give excellent baths!

I went to 2 places this past Saturday before I wound up at Miss Kitty's. From now on, this will be the only place I go❗The first place (Nashville Pet Salon) didnt acknowledge me when I arrived and I had an appointment❗ The second place (Camp Bow Wow) wouldn't accept my dog bc he has never been there before and hasn't gone through their "temperament test" Miss Kitty's staff was unbelievably friendly. They even told me some information about my dog's allergies that I didn't know about and advised on what to do to help with the allergies. They even cut dogs' nails for free❗ I will definitely be back❗

I love this place. My dog anxiety is high, he even like the place. I've only had grooming done, but every dog I have owned I bring them here.

You can't go wrong here! I have taken my dogs here for the past 2 years now and they absolutely love it! The 2 facilities, one for cats and the other for dogs, are nice and spacious. The staff is wonderful and friendly!

The employees that work for Miss Kitty went beyond their duties to make sure I was comfortable leaving my pride and joy Ella with them for a week. I would definitely leave my girl there every time I need boarding.

This is, I believe, the first time I have ever written an online review for a business and I really don't have time to be writing one, but the team at Miss Kitty's is so incredible that I decided I need to share my experience so that other dog owners will have a current review in light of the fact that when looking at reviews for places I always wonder if there has been staff turnover that could have changed a positive experience if a review is more than a few months old. I have a six and a half month old puppy who is an absolute delight and brings so much fun to my life, but who is very busy and extremely social whereas I am an introvert and in law school, so need periods of extended focus and quiet study. I didn't plan to utilize a doggy daycare service when I brought him home because I do school from home and work from home, so would be able to care for him essentially 24/7 myself. However, I had a week long intensive class that met for 8 hours with only one brief break when he was only three and a half months old, so I knew I needed to send him to a daycare that week. I researched online and saw that Miss Kitty's was among the places with the best reviews. I was skeptical, though, because of the leashless policy and watching the dogs on the webcam I was concerned that my dog would get lax with his house training skills since they don't police potty training in the daycare as much as I was doing at home in that phase of development. But, I knew I was going to have to trust whoever I went with and I figured that if my dog acted scared to go back the second day that I would just know to not take him there again and I would find another option. Well, quite the opposite happened. Every positive thing in every google review has been my experience. My tiny 3.5 month old puppy who weighed about 9lbs has grown into a 18 lb 6.5 month old puppy whose second favorite place on earth is Miss Kitty's. While I thought at first that he would only go that week of my class, I immediately saw such positive development from his time with the other dogs and with the nannies at Miss Kitty's that I realized he needed the social outlet and adjusted my budget (cutting back on something I really valued) so that I could send him a few days a week. If he could talk, I'm pretty sure he would tell me that it's his favorite present! The most important thing to me is that the team members at Miss Kitty's really do know the dogs and they seem to adore all the dogs there, but definitely adore my dog! :) I can tell by how he acts toward them and how they act toward him. I am so thankful that they have the webcams that allow popping in to see how our dogs are doing (which has helped me spot some social behavior in my dog that I could then ask them about to help me get ideas on ways to shift) and flexibility with schedules for those who are regulars. Most of all, I love that when we pull in the parking lot, my dog's tail immediately starts wagging rapidly and he is thrilled to run in through the gate to the waiting nannies. At the same time, he's always bouncing to me with his tail wagging just as fast when I get there at the end of the day to pick him up. He's inevitably sleepy from all the play and Miss Kitty's is a key part of the balance of his routine and of mine.He has a happy, social dog life and I have an orderly, functional human life with an amazing dog who is extremely well socialized largely because of his time at Miss Kitty's. So, if you are someone new to the area or new to doggy daycare or with a new puppy looking for a daycare and you're reading reviews, please know that I ADORE my dog and do not trust easily, but the team at Miss Kitty's has absolutely earned my trust and will earn yours!
