Where do I even begin!? I cannot say enough great things about Brooke and her team! I love the fact that they come to you and do your dogs nails. I have hardwood floors that I don't want scratched and knowing that they are on a schedule with the Nail Pawlor makes me rest easy. Communication is always prompt and her team is incredibly professional. More importantly, my dogs are OBSESSED with them and they do such a great job on their nails. The Nail Pawlor {Krishana in particular} was AMAZING!!! Our little Cooper dog has crazy anxiety when he gets around strangers, vets, pet stores, etc. He also has a bloodcurdling scream/cry when he gets groomed. After 10 minutes of scratching, crying, & running away I was about to give up & say “forget about it” but Krishana remained calmed; she overtook the situation while I went to hide so that Cooper would have to rely on her & trust the process. I listened upstairs & to my surprise she was able to mellow Cooper out. Krishana had him all fixed up in no time & now Cooper has a new friend. Brooke is the best! We just moved to Franklin from Cali and I was so worried about the dogs and our new hardwood floors. She got us in right away and did such an amazing job trimming their nails down & we have not had one scratch on our new floors. Brooke was so kind and sincere - and so quick with our pup, Beans! I feel like she is magic. Beans is a sweet animal, but pretty fearful of getting his nails trimmed. She trimmed every nail, expressed his glands, cleaned his ears and teeth - all in about 20 minutes. Incredibly worth the price and it was very clear that Beans loved her after it was all over. I am so glad that we found the Nail Pawlor! We had begun to dread cutting Dash's nails - he hated it, would yelp and sulk for hours. After 15 minutes with Brooke (only 15 minutes?!) Dash was all done and very proud. We already have the next 2 trims booked!

The Nail Pawlor is a great company, owned and run by Brooke Schurr. She comes to our house once a month to trim our cat’s claws, and she is very reliable, reasonably priced, and good with our cat. I recommend the Nail Pawlor whole-heartedly.
