Pet Resorts of America is fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for easing my stress levels while traveling without our three dogs! Little backstory: We had a horrific boarding experience last year and I never thought I would be able to board our dogs anywhere else ever again. I had extremely high standards before with where I would board them, but now it’s nearly impossible to find somewhere I trust. I toured and interviewed every establishment in the Clarksville area and none passed. So I made the drive to Nashville, toured and interviewed a few more and then I found Pet Resorts of America. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and spaciousness of the suites and clear understanding of dog behavior made me feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. They took it very seriously when I explained what happened in the past, and they took all possible measures to ensure the safety of our dogs. Not to mention everyone is SO kind. From booking and drop off, to my probably too many checkin phone calls, everyone is so sweet and caring. They give detailed updates, send photos, and offer so many fun add on activities that I know our dogs are not only happy, but healthy and safe.

They need a better credit card fraud prevention system. Someone Attempted to charge my card $75.00 from this place and how they was able to do that without my card info is amazing. This store need to get that fixed. I'm sure it is a supervisor or manager employee because they are closed at this hour according to their website. Let's see if it was worth getting fired.

Their daycare and boarding facilities are great, highly recommended. Our high-energy pup is always welcome here with a smile, and comes home happy and tired. Plus, they were incredibly accommodating while we were in the hospital last minute for our unplanned induction.

Very friendly staff. Feel the handlers are knowledgeable. My pup has stayed several times and is always happy when we arrive, so clearly isn't stressed. I feel she is well cared for while there. They have an online reservation system, which is useful, but it's also easy to reserve via phone. I recommend them to any of my friends who are looking for a kennel.

Our dog has always liked this place. Stayed here many many times. Easy to book, clean rooms, and lots of options for extra playtime and amenities, etc

I can only say positive things about Pet Resorts of America. Due to a family emergency, I had to board my dog two weekends in a row. I felt really bad about leave my dog back to back, but the staff was friendly, everything is clean & organized, and most importantly my dog always comes back happy and smiling. My dog is of course happy to see me, but when we enter the building for boarding or daycare, he runs inside eager to play with his friends. Plus it’s always a bonus when my energetic labradoodle sleeps all day after a day of daycare or boarding. The only thing I would change is adding cameras to the facility so I can view my dog while I’m away, but he always comes back smiling and happy so I know he’s in good hands.

They are SOOOOO sweet! We have two dogs, one of whom is very nervous and skiddish but they took such good care of both of them!

I love this place!! I was very nervous at first to drop my dog off since this was her first time being boarded anywhere or being away from me and she is extremely timid, but I am now so happy I chose Pet Resorts! They offer so many options and add-ons for your pet! They gave me updates, always answered my emails within 30 minutes or less, immediately called me when my dog had an upset stomach, and had no issues when I had to extend her stay by a couple of days. My absolute favorite option was the daily pictures! They sent me 3/4 pictures of her daily. As I stated before, this was my first time boarding my dog and being away from her, so getting those daily pictures of her gave me a good peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my vacation knowing she was in good hands. Athena is a very timid dog who is nervous around new people. When I dropped her off she was so scared and wanted to run out the front door! The staff gave me updates on her and let me know she was finally warming up to a few people and giving them lots of kisses and love. When I picked her up she was excited and jumping on her favorite staff member (I think Hayley) and I think she was a little sad to leave!! I 100% recommend Pet Resorts. They are the most professional and caring people I’ve encountered and you can tell they really care about the animals!! I will include some of the daily pictures they send me! I will absolutely use again! Thank you!!

We took our terrier there and I'll admit she's a handful but when we picked her up, she acted like she had been drugged. She was disoriented and very lethargic, wobbly, not at all like she normally is. I think they drugged her with Valium or ACE so they wouldn't have to deal with her. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

PEPPER. ( back lab) HAS GONE TO PET RESORT SEVERAL TIMES first time when she was 7 months old. She just turned 1 years old She gets to enjoy the staff .. her furry friends.. daycare.. pool time when available The staff is GREAT I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WHEN WHEN MY BEST FRIEND IS THERE

Left both my dogs with them multiple times they are so great with them! They call if one of them isn’t eating or if anything is slightly wrong. Will continue boarding my dogs here!!

The best place ever!! They sent photos and updates. Our fur babies were taken care of and I highly recommend this location. Clean and the employees qere amazing!!

Great place to bring your dogs!

My huskies love this place. I feel at ease when they are there. They are loved and they get to play so hard. They come home and sleep hard and are excited everytime they go!

I have a 12 yr old great pyr who is terrified of storms. And a 4 yr old working dog great pyr. They both do so well here. I have been bringing the older one there for yrs! I trust them they do a great job!

We love their daytime puppy camp and the staff is amazing. We recently did boarding with them and the accommodations were very nice and the staff was friendly but their ala carte menu made me physically ill. It's totally a corporate thing but I could easily double the cost for what's included at many other boarding places. $1 for a treat. $8 for your dog to interact with other dogs for 30 minutes twice a day. The list goes on...buyer beware. I would give the staff and the day camp 5+ and the corporate price structure a zero.

This place is a wonderful place to take your dogs. They treat them so well and genuinely care. Our dog is a bit of an anxious mess but the staff are always helpful and patient with him. Would definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that the hours aren’t that great, especially on Sunday.

My 4 year old Pit Bull is slow to warm up to people but the staff is very patient and they make her feel at ease. I travel quite a bit and I wont board her anywhere else. I hate leaving her but I know she is in good hands at Pet Resorts of America.
