This place is not for cats. If you love your cat, stay far AWAY! The first time I boarded my cat- at pickup my cat had fecal matter all over his paws. Just imagine taking your cat out of the kennel for kisses and seeing this. GROSS! (Please note, cats go through extensive lengths to groom themselves…this was a result of neglect and evident his litter hadn’t been cleaned). The second time I boarded my cat, he stayed for 6 days. I picked him up today (Monday) and his eyes are bloodshot red. Imagine my surprise considering I called Sunday to check in on him. I was told, he’s doing well. After, picking him up. I began my inspection of my cat due to the previous issue. I noticed the redness in his eyes immediately. I called back and spoke to Kay who had advised me that the supervisor struggled getting him in his CANVAS kennel (this is easier getting him in this opposed to the hard plastic kennel). She proceeded to state, the redness in his eyes could be from him stressing. Could be? The purpose of me boarding him is for you to have facts, not a guess. I could have left him at home and saved $25 per day. Then was overcharged!!! This is awful! He will NEVER return here.

Going with four stars here because this place COULD be perfect, but it has one major flaw. As far as the level of care that my pet receives, the friendliness of the staff, the facility, etc., it's as good as I've ever seen, including in other more progressive cities with much better pet cultures than Nashville has. Absolutely top tier in every way. They clean up after the dogs immediately, they straighten my dog's room every day, fold his blankets, fluff his pillows, etc. He is always well fed, and any messes he makes are cleaned up ASAP. I also watch them on the cameras and I'm confident that my dog is being given attention and appropriate affection to make him feel comfortable. This is the only place my dog has ever been where I felt like he probably enjoyed himself. Five stars across the board in terms of the actual service provided. The one place where this business suffers in a big way is with flexibility. Their hours are a bit ridiculous, and they're extremely quick on the draw with their little fees here and there. Their hours are obviously tailored for rich retirees/homebodies from the Brentwood/Belle Meade area and not for working people who have real schedules to maintain. It seems like every time I need to drop my dog off I'm having to scramble and adjust my schedule to avoid some arbitrary fee. I really wish they would improve on this. Nonetheless, it remains the best pet facility in the area by a significant margin. Highly recommended if you can meet their scheduling requirements.

Just watched my dog fall down the stairs as they were walking her out after telling them multiple times that she has arthritis and bad legs. Overcharged us for the grooming as well. Terrible experience.

The absolute worst experiences. After three times, you’d think I would have learned my lesson. I have taken my golden doodle there three times. I literally wrote down instructions for grooming because they would not let me speak to the groomer. Then, the groomer informed me that she read the four sentence grooming instructions wrong. What. A. Waste. They are elitist that care not for listening but since the city is doing so well, I guess they don’t have to care for the customer. Unbelievable. And still not contacted a week later.

My dog has mild anxiety. Yet she's only ever had great experiences here. The staff always invites me to bring her own bed and a toy, and they offer to sprinkle parmesan cheese onto her food if she's not eating well. They accommodate her well. And I, an anxious owner, am always given detailed answers and many reassurances. If I ever have to leave Nashville, I'd want to take this place with me.

Such a nice place. The first time I took our puppy to be boarded, I walked in and everyone was crying. A long time dog client had died and the owners had stopped in to deliver the news. It was awkward, but I took it as a good sign that the staff cared so much. We only boarded for a day and checked in online to see how she was doing. I wouldn't leave her there for longer than that since dogs under 15lbs have to stay in their own room and she was just too lonely. More recently I took her for a dog wash, blow out and nail trim and she came back looking, smelling and feeling fabulous. I mean her fur is so soft!

Temperament tested my golden retriever in anticipation of boarding and he passed with flying colors. They were full for boarding. No problem. Next time, called to board him and they require ANOTHER temperament test since it has been a year. …

The staff here are wonderful to me and my pup! They are more than helpful when it comes to discussing certain issues my dog is having. He has terrible separation anxiety but it is defiantly getting better because of training there with Susan. They are all so patient and caring and my pup loves going to daycare. SO LUCKY that I found this place!!

Best place in Nashville for dog boarding. I've tried others and they don't come close. They love the dogs and treat them like they are their own.

We came from Oxford, MS to work in Nashville and brought our furry child, Harley, with us. The staff made us feel right at home and welcomed Harley with open arms. Harley participated in Doggy Day Care and had a blast. Words can not express how much we truly appreciated the staff going over and above to making sure Harley and myself felt comfortable. And how cool are the cameras?! We can't wait to work in Nashville again.... and know that Harley will be able to enjoy the visit as well :)
