I have been using SouthPaws for the past year and half to board my dog. On a few occasions they would forget to groom my dog when requested with boarding. Beyond that I was satisfied with the company until the day after Christmas this year when I received an email stating that all future boarding appointments have been canceled. Understandably, with CoVid, staff might be short, but to cancel the week of Christmas and New Years is ridiculous when I had booked my dog's boarding well over a month in advance. I will never use SouthPaws nor would I recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area. Sorry SouthPaws, you lost a customer with your recent last minute closing.

I love SouthPaws for grooming! They are super responsive, kind, and Courtney does a great job grooming my Goldendoodle.

We have a doodle mix puppy, and I have been so worried about getting him groomed since he's young and we like his hair on the longer end. I had very specific requests/wanted him cut primarily with scissors, and Courtney did an incredible job. She communicated well before and after the process, and took her time making sure that he got a positive first experience. Toby came out looking exactly how we wanted and we will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

This place is incredible! I am traveling across country and I wanted to have my dog burn off a bunch of energy while me and my fiancé went out and explored Nashville and we couldn’t have found a better place! We did a quick trial and even with that and a couple hours my puppy was wiped! Slept the rest of the night and we picked her up at 630! The next day she spent all day and they fed her, she came out so happy and probably had the best time of her life. I truly believe the staff is great and care deeply about your pet. I highly recommend this place!

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year and she absolutely loves it! The workers are always so kind helpful, and if they miss my call it is returned ASAP. Blue knows when she is going to school and sprints in the door and is always exhausted when it's time to go home! She has so much fun and I can watch her on the cameras at anytime. We love this place!!! (Here's a pic of the tired, happy pup after a full day of daycare!)

I can not say enough good things about SouthPaws!! The staff is so attentive and they love on all of the furry friends that hang there. I peeked in on the cameras one day to see a staff member dancing with the doggos! That definitely made me feel confident in leaving my dog with them! The front desk is also incredible, they'll call you back if you call to check in on your furry friend every time you call! (Sorry guys, I just love ma dog). Seriously, SouthPaws is incredible!

Really like this place. They are so great and have been able to get my dog in for long stays with really short notice. They follow med instructions well. The play is not very big particularly if you have big dogs. And if maybe not the right place if you have older dogs with lots of health issues.

We take our high energy pup, Klara, to daycare here weekly. She absolutely loves this place! She perks up as soon as we get into the parking lot, and never looks back when they take her in. We've also boarded her here for weekend trips, and while she's not a fan of the crate by any means, she still enjoys her time. I love the ease of making a reservation online, the grooming options that can be added to a daycare visit, and being able to see her playing with other dogs on the webcam.

Cleo, my 16 week old labradoodle, had a great first day at South Paws. She has been timid around other dogs but fit in fine. I would recommend.

Fantastic place - got a deshedding bath/groom on a short haired mix (25lb). They take precautions for covid, great service, friendly staff and my girl looks like a brand new pup!

I know my dog is happy at SouthPaws because based on her reaction when we pull in and how she shows her belly for a rub from the person taking her in. I highly recommend the day care and boarding. SouthPaws is peace of mind.

We moved to Nashville in October 2020 and cannot say enough about Shannon and her staff. We just love them!

Staff was super nice. I wish they caretakers played more with the dogs but that just seems like a consistent problem I have with daycares.

I chose Southpaws because of all the great reviews. I am happy I picked Southpaws to take care of my pups. They took great care of my babies. They keep their facility really clean. My pups were so tired when they came home after playing with all the dogs.I really enjoyed being able to check on my babies through video. Thank you Southpaws!

Sharpening Beyond is a mobile sharpening service that service the grooming salon. The staff at South Paws are always friendly and professional.

I’ve just recently started taking my border collie, Kirara, to SouthPaws for her baths and nail trims and each time I have had such a good experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I’m not the best at scheduling ahead but every time I have called to schedule they’ve been able to fit her in the same day, maybe I’ve just been lucky but I definitely love that. They don’t take all day long to get the job done either which is nice. She’s not usually there longer than an hour and a half or so. You can tell that the girls there really love what they do and they are so good with my little fur child. I’m so glad I found this place. Oh and big huge shoutout to the girls there who watch Inuyasha and actually got the reference of my dog’s name :)
