By far the best place to groom a Samoyed!!

Love this place! Great prices and the staff are very friendly and tell me how things went when I come for pickup. My normally anxious pup leaves here happier and more social at the dog park every time. I'm so glad to have a local affordable drop in doggy daycare that I can trust. They get booked up fast though so plan ahead!

These ladies were amazing! They took such good care of my pups and it's hard to find a good boarder nowadays. They were so nice and kept us up to date the entire time!

i'm not sure why you'd want to drop your dog off in a place that's so small and loud in the first place, but even if you didn't mind that, remember that the employees work in 12 hour shifts because the owner is too cheap to pay more people to work, so there's no possible way your animal is definitely not getting the upmost care from employees. also, dogs have died here. food for thought!

Our 2 Cocker Spaniels spent 2 nights here and were so well cared for. We would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone travelling with their pets needing overnight boarding. Thank you all so much!

We have been taking both of our dogs there since they wmgot their first shots. We just say the name and our dogs go crazy with excitement to go back. They have always come back happy and worn out. I highly recommend them!

Toby's grooming experience was great. The hours and location are convenient; the staff and facility are nice. His all-over-shave was what we asked for and no nicks. A little pricey for a nothing fancy haircut. Overall, great.

They took fantastic care of our "little Cooper", as they called him! It was our first time boarding him, and he seemed to love it too! We also got him groomed while there, and they did a great job, especially for the price! Will definitely use them again

Nice place tucked away in the woods, with friendly staff and decent prices. My dog is not an easy groom, yet they made him look great!

Brought my cat here while we were on vacation. He is diabetic and needs insulin twice a day with special food. They took care of him with no extra charges. Will definitely be back.

There is nothing but great things to be said about Pampered Pets & their awesome staff. So friendly & welcoming, whether you're a first timer or you've been bringing your pet there for years. After moving to Nashville & trying one or two other places, I came across Pampered Pets, and refused to let my dog, Gage, stay anywhere else. I loved that it was tucked away surrounded by trees. It just felt right. Everyone always welcomed Gage with open arms and I knew he was in safe & trusted hands. Sadly, Gage had been sick and we had to put him down. He's running happy & pain free in Heaven now. I wanted to give a BIG thank you to everyone at Pampered Pets for always being so so kind to Gage & myself!!

The brunch and drink plus live music made it the perfect afternoon and they are dog friendly

The groomer did an amazing job on my German shepherd mix. Very nice people, will definitely be going back.

We took our 12 year-old husky, Juno, to be groomed today before we were going on a 2-week vacation out West. We were totally amazed at the quality of the grooming and how beautiful she looked when we picked her up. Mark did an outstanding job and we will definitely be taking her back again. Huskies can be a handful to groom, yet they said she was well-behaved. That says something for Mark's ability and talent for grooming difficult dogs. Thank you guys for a job well done!

It was in a beautiful secluded neighborhood. Great staff, clean and affordable.

The place is nestled in a nice development. We dropped our dog off for two days of daycare and one night of boarding. We toured the facility and it wasn’t the nicest place I’ve seen but the staff seemed nice and reviews were decent. We picked up our dog and he was all smiles coming out of the back room. We know he was cared for and had a good time while he was there. It was also very, very affordable at a total of $31.

We were very unhappy with the boarding services and will not be returning. Based on the appearance and behavior of our dog after picking her up, we felt she was not properly cared for, which greatly upset us.

They are great with our dogs! They know who our dogs are and don't mind when we call numerous times to check on our babies.

PP is the greatest. Wally goes three times a week and pulls me out every time he’s so excited. The staff is kind and professional. Highly recommend.

We chose this place based on reviews. Our two dogs, 8 month old and a 4 year old dog stayed there for one night. The facility appears clean and the front staff was friendly. My issue lies with the management. You need to be aware that all staff leaves at 5:30 in the evening and doesn’t return until the next morning so your pet is caged for about 12 hours. This is unacceptable and they don’t have any surveillance. When I learned they would be left for that long, I offered 20.00 for someone to go back to let our dogs out later in the evening. The owners response was no. I will never use this facility again. The staff has recommended to owner that evening staff should go back for the animals but he doesn’t agree. My babies were traumatized and cried upon seeing us - very tired today and want to remain close to us. They attend a daycare facility at home and always are excited to go. Here they wanted out!

They were wonderful with my boy. He had a bath and just chilled for the day. He got love and caring and a new bandana and treats.

From grooming to boarding the crew at Pampered Pets is awesome! They have taken very good care of my German Shepherd, who can be a little rambunctious, everytime he's stayed with them. Easy reservation and cancelation policy. All around great place for your furry friends.
