The staff here was very friendly and they did a great job with our little Havanese. They brushed out some mats but cut him so that he woukd not have to be shaved all over like some doggie salons are so quick to want to do. Thank you Dippity Do Dog fir taking care of our furry buddy.

It used to be a great place, after several years going there management and groomers had change and the last 2 times they messed up my dog haircut. Will not recommend this place any longer. Wish the owner will find new management.

I had been going to Dippity Do Dog with my beautiful Landseer Newfoundland and had always gotten excellent service. We had puppies in November 2020. I brought my 2 pups in for just a bath and nail trim and the service was awesome. I took the 2 pups back on 3/24/21 for a full groom. IT WAS A DISASTER!!! They only did the bath, feet, nails and sani. THEY DID NOT CUT THEM AND THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE!!! JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURE FROM THAT DAY- WOULD YOU LET YOUR PUPPY LOOK LIKE THAT IN PUBLIC!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! AND I WILL HAVE TO TRIM THEM MYSELF THIS AFTERNOON

Always a great experience and my little princess loves them... Prices are reasonable, I have no complaints.

Nail trim $10 with a card. I pulled up, they picked him up, brought him inside, clipped his nails with out setting him down. Great, quick service.

What we experienced today was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Everyone knows that Nellie is like my child and the sweetest dog in the world. We took her to get groomed at Dippity Do Dog in Nolensville and she had to be shaved down because of some matting(doodles are known to get matted easily and she just had a bath/brush-out 3 weeks ago). We asked the groomer specifically to keep her eyelashes since she has long pretty eyelashes. That is the ONLY thing we asked. When we picked her up her eyelashes were gone and it looked like they didn’t even attempt to keep them. When we confronted them about it they got very defensive and told us that we shouldn’t be getting so upset over eyelashes and that we have been neglecting our dog because of the matting. I am truly appalled that someone who doesn’t even know me or how I treat my dog would ever say this to me. Do not EVER take your dog here!!!!

Unfortunately it was the first and definitely the last time taking my puppy there. Horrible experience and very rude employee, Bree, To whom who still can trust them : make sure Bree doesn't take care of your dog. She is unprofessional. You don't know how would she treat your dog when you aren't there

They did a really good job on our Shih Tzu puppy hair cut. With the Coronavirus we had to do a pick up at the car. I didn't like having to take the leash and harness off our dog because she gets scared sometimes and being in a parking lot that was a concern.

Very bad haircut on my dog and poor communication. They didn't listen to me when I dropped him off and gave instructions to the girl, they had to call me later and ask what I wanted, and still they did not do a teddy bear face, he still had way too much hair on his body, no trimming of the hair between the pads on his feet. Basically I paid 70 plus dollars for him to get a bath and nail trim. I've been bringing my dogs here for years but I will no longer.

I have used and loved getting my dog groomed here since I moved into the area several years ago. Unfortunately, I am going to have to stop. For my last appointment, my dog ended up being the last appointment of the day, so it felt like they wanted to hurry. My dog was fully groomed within an hour, which has never happened. When I got a good look at her, I could see her pink skin pretty well between her eyes. When we got in the car, my dog was sneezing the whole way home. Her right eye was also very red. This ended up turning into an infection bc of whatever happened to her eye during the grooming. Plus, a week later, she still has little scabs along the ear, under the flappy part. I expect that accidents happen, and they have before...but I feel all of this ws just to get off work a little early and my dog suffered for it. I want my dog with animal lovers.

Did a great job on my pups and saved the day for my kids by giving us a place to leave them for a few hours while we went to the Nashville zoo, which is nearby!

We were paying $20 more for the same grooming package at another place in Nashville. Dippity was recommended by a couple friends! They did a great job with our furry goldendoodle.

They have all natural treats for our dog. You can fill a medium bucket with treats for $15. They do a great job grooming our dog also.

My dog and I have always been treated well here. I have a high energy breed and they consistently provide quality care for Asami.
