Our first experience with Music City Cats went spectacular and surpassed our expectations. The company has great responsiveness and the individual cat sitter, Montgomery, was prompt, professional and thorough. We will be using MC Cats every time we go out of town!

This company is on top of it! Their sitters and staff go above and beyond for you and your pet. They schedule a meet and greet with you and your pets which I really loved. They take lots of pictures, super responsive, and are very professional. I will continue to use them from here on out!

I was so nervous leaving my two boys by themselves for a week for the first time. And to top it off one of my boys had to go to the vet and had a persistent medical issue right before I left - so I was even more anxious about leaving. But Music City Cats (Brooke and Kate specifically) made my trip so easy and took away the anxiety. They visited my cats twice a day during the week and sent me the BEST pictures.. Seriously.. they could both be professional pet photographers... I'm going to get a few framed.. they played with my cats and gave me the cutest storybook-like text describing their time with my boys. It was so wonderful, and they were delightful, responsive, and clearly loved my babies. It was so easy to set up the lock box for them to have access to my house. I will absolutely use this service again, and can't say enough nice things about Brooke and Kate. I am so happy this service exists, and will absolutely recommend everyone I know with cats to use them!

I love using Music City Cats. I feel like I can go out of town knowing my cat is in good hands. I feel like it's better for him to get to stay home and have someone come to him. There aren't good options for boarding cats, they are kept in such small spaces and cats don't usually like to go anywhere. The service Music City Cats offers is so great because your cat gets to stay home and you get updates from every visit. I don't know what I would do without Music City Cats. I am very thankful for them!

As a recent resident of Nashville, we were lucky to find Music City Cats. We travel often, and we were worried about who would care for our boy, Eli. Happily, we can say that our first visit out of town was a win-win. Eli was well cared for and we had the feedback and pictures to prove it. Not only did the daily reports inform us of his antics…the humor in the write-ups and pictures gave us peace of mind. We will not hesitate to book our next trip because we know Eli will be well taken care of.

We had a great experience with Music City Cats. A cat sitter came over once each day and performed the necessities, as well as just hung out with our cat. We received a detailed report and pictures each day. They also bring in your mail and water plants, which is very useful. Highly recommend.

Music City Cats did such a wonderful job caring for our fur baby while we were away. This was our first time using them, and we will certainly be using them again! Went away on vacation for a week, and Music City Cats did an absolutely perfect job of taking care of our two cats while we were away. Jenni took time to meet us ahead of the trip, took lots of pictures and notes and left us confident that everything would be fine for the week - Which it was; lots of updates every day, including pictures and playtime for the cats - Came back to find them happy and healthy. We had an amazing experience using Music City Cats. Before, during, and after, they were very responsive and communicated promptly to every message sent. While we were away, our sitter sent 4-5 pictures a day and a description of what all she did (feeding, litter, etc) and how our cat behaved, how she played with her, etc. This is a great company and we look forward to using them again!

THEY ARE THE BEST. This was my first time traveling and not bringing my 1-year-old cat. Of course the night before I leave, she doesn't eat dinner and won't touch her breakfast the morning of my flight. I'm panicking and trying all of the tricks, when I decided just to give Kevin a call. He completely reassured me and made me feel much better that the team was informed of her potential problem, and that they would update me and take her to the vet if need be. I truly did get such sweet and helpful messages and the team kept an eye out for any odd behavior and monitored her intake and noted that she hadn't been using the bathroom. Luckily by the second day, she was eating again and by the third she used the litter box and seemed to be back to her old self. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of her :) Attached--two of my favorites (of the many) photos I got. We've used them numerous times over the past few years to watch our two cats and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are in the best of hands is unmatched.

Julie and Jenni were absolutely wonderful!...they took great care of my girl Lucy!...very detailed with care instructions, as well as daily messages and pics after each and every visit. Whenever my wife and I leave for a trip and leave our two cats we trust Music City Cats to do a great job. They have never let us down, they take pictures while they’re there so that we know everything is good. Our cats love them and always look super happy and played with. They asked the right questions so if there’s a medication that needs to be taken for one of our cats which has happened they will give it. It is a very thorough yet very friendly and family oriented business. I don’t trust anybody else as much as Music City Cats.

We are incredibly grateful for Music City Cats. Last year, our cat was diagnosed with epilepsy - because...2020. We went on vacation and did not know if she would take her meds. Kevin took extra time to make sure she was cared for and that his team could administer the meds and that meant so much to us. Brooke, Anna, and Kate were all great and made sure we had nothing to worry about. This is the only company we've ever come across where you can just feel how much they love cats. We got so many cute pictures throughout our vacation along with thoughtful messages. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took our first trip out of town in over a year and had Music City Cats take care of our two kitties. Our cats are very attached to humans and we knew they would miss our presence a ton. Music City Cats exceeded our expectations. They came twice a day to play and take care of our cats. I recently came to Nashville for a temporary assignment and was so grateful to find a professional pet sitter that specializes in cats. The service is excellent and affordable, the sitter was a champ at giving my older cat her meds consistently, and the visit photos really helped with my missing my girls.
