Expensive but a great place for what you need for the paw babies

Bought a few Koi fish. The associate in the fish area was great. Excellent service and attitude. Very helpful

Did a great job on my grooming and was very informative and polite.

The manager of the grooming salon Brandi is EXTREMELY RUDE & refuses to take ownership of her lack of customer service. 1 of my dogs had an appt for weeks that we had to reschedule & another 1 of my dogs was groomed & came home injured & she once again has been able to show the same lack of customer service that she had months ago with the first incident. They don't care about you as a customer or your pets !

Very clean and stuff was helpful and friendly

The lady that work in the fish department was really friendly. She helped find the fish filter that I needed. The guy at the register wasn't friendly and I had to ask him to bag my item.

Decent place, but all the crickets we bought the other day for our beardie have died within 4 days of purchase

The store is quite decent. The groomers seem kind to the pets just not as kind to a pet parent when needing to gather information to get a service.

Between Petco and Petsmart in Hendersonville , you can pretty much find anything you need for your pet. My only wish is that one of these locations could carry a horse tranquilizer so that I can get my dog to allow me to trim her nails!

I usually never have a bad experience. Today I waited about 45 minutes fir curbside pickup. After using the app check in and calling 3 times. I finally got my order. Other than that, they would have 5 stars from me.

Loved this location. Employees are friendly and very helpful. The guy put my pet carrier together right after he completed my transaction.

No one is ever willing to help. Get an attitude from the staff. Brought my dog in to get groomed. Groomers were nice but stood in the back talking while I was waiting up front for them. They could clearly see me through the glass and made eye contact several times with no attempt to stop their conversation. Got a message to pick up my dog and waited to even be acknowledged. There is no way of letting them know that someone is waiting to pickup a pet. Doesn't seem like they care about wasting people's time. Definetly won't be back!

Great place to take your dog to get a hair cut and bath for your dog. Sammy likes going there because he gets treats.

Honestly the guy that helped me was very rude. The other girl that was working wasn't very helpful either we got literally two 16 cents feeder goldfish and a $2.99 goldfish and a 4 dollar tank decoration. When me and my wife started to walk to the register he literally radioed the girl and told her to get to the register so we didn't steal anything. I'm not sure if its because of my tattoos and ethnicity or what but that was definitely uncalled for.

I went in for hairball medicine and to look at their fish selection. The store was clean and stocked well. The aquariums and fish selection were excellent. The fish were healthy and the tanks had great variety. Employees were in every location. Overall a very good visit.
