Mr Lloyd did a great job with our puppy Izzy. This is the first time we ever had a dog trained by trainer. When we picked her up Izzy knows all the commands he said she would know. Very happy and would recommend him to anybody looking for a trainer. If you are trying to decide if you should have your dog professionally trained, it is definitely worth every penny.

Mr. Lloyd did such a great job with our dog! We tried ourself training her to walk besides us on the leash, but weren't successful. She was barking at other dogs and pulling a lot. After the training with Mr. Lloyd our dog was complete different and is now so much easier to handle, walks besides us and is way calmer.

It has been 1 week since we picked our Rottie up from Mr. Lloyd, and the difference we’ve seen has been absolutely amazing! My husband and I are now able to walk our pup without the constant leash pulling, over-excitement, and lack of focus we used to see. Now, we have a pup who stays right by our side without all of the pulling and is so much more calm. Mr. Lloyd sure knows what he’s doing when it comes to dog training. We will be forever thankful we found his dog training service!

Our experience with Mr Lloyd has been incredible. He boarded and trained our GSP Kimi for a week - puppy came back knowing 5 main commands (sit, stay, come, down, and heel). He walked us through what was required to reinforce the training and offered helpful suggestions including veterinary care and feeding. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience and demonstrates it through results. Would recommend to anyone and for any breed.

We took our 10 months German Shepherd to him, who I was literally pulling my hair out over. Mando is now so much more calm, and responsive. It only took a week! We’re so happy with our baby ????

Mr. Lloyd did amazing work with our Golden Retriever 4 month old puppy. From not listening or following any of our commands, she now Comes, Sits, Stays, Heals, and goes down when instructed. We know that keeping the training up while at home is necessary but we love working with her and seeing the personal results. We highly recommend considering Mr. Lloyd if you are looking into a trainer!

6 month old female German Shepherd spastic like to jump didn't mind didn't listen scared of her own shadow. take her to mr. Lloyd very reasonably priced he said the dog learns at their own pace dropped her off Tuesday pick her up the following Thursday all the commands she followed as long as you stay within your 40 to 60 days of following up with what he told you to do your dog will come out and be a better dog. We took our 4 month old stubborn beagle/hound mix to Mr. Lloyd for training and we are very pleased with the results. He can sit/stay on command, is now so well behaved on walks, and actually listens to us. Plus the pricing is much more reasonable then other options in Nashville.

Mr. Lloyd was incredible with our anxious Mini Aussie. He is perfectly crate trained and a good boy on his leash now! We get compliments everywhere we go in town with him. He also trained our 5 month old Aussie/Border Collie mix. She now walks without pulling on her leash and will stay where she is told with ducks, chickens, and turkey running around her! I highly recommend Mr. Lloyd. This is the first person I have ever left my animals with and now we leave them with him every time we go somewhere!

Very expensive and not for house pets. Business deals with PD and did not want to deal with Search and Rescue without totally over pricing the job.

We had an amazing experience taking our Australian Shepherd to Mr. Lloyd at Advanced Canine. The service was excellent and took minimal time to achieve just what we needed. We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely return in the future when we decide to expand our dog family.

Mr. Lloyd did absolutely great with my border collie pup Roan. She is a sweet girl but was kind of a terror on a leash and especially around cars. Mr. Lloyd was able to completely change the way she behaves on leash as well as coming so much better in the backyard off leash as well. Would highly recommend for anyone struggling with some unwanted dog behaviors. Thanks Mr. Lloyd!

Mr. Loyd did an amazing job with our blue heeler Brody. He is now an excellent canine citizen and responded to the training very well.

My dog Poet is an entirely different dog since coming home from being trained by Mr Lloyd. We have worked a little every day to reinforce the commands over the last week, and Poet looks forward to those few minutes of training a few times a day. You won't find a better trainer, and his rate is more than fair. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have had him train our dog, and will recommend him to anyone needing help with their dog.

I'm so pleased with the work that has been done with my dog's, they are so much more obedient and structured. They are day and night compared to how they were when I first brought them to Advanced Canine. Very satisfied with the training of my dogs. They definitely know what they're doing.

Mr Loyd is top notch! We took our boy Oakley a 14 week old labradoodle to get basic puppy training and he was doing all the things in 3 days! What I loved most about Mr Loyd is that you can truly tell he has a passion for what he does and it shows! I highly recommend advanced canine and have already sent a few friends his way!

Mr. Loyd met all of our expectations. Our 10 month old German Shepherd, Apollo, spend a week for board and training under his program, and came back a much more behaved dog ????. His method is unique from other trainers whom we spoke with. He does not rely on using treats as a constant means of bribing to elicit a desired behavior. His rates are very reasonable for the level of service that you get.

Mr. Lloyd took the time to discuss my Lab puppy and where he was with his training. He explained his process and gave me a tour. We talked about length of time to train “Forest” and potentially what we would need to do to break his bad habits. Mr. Lloyd does an excellent job of explaining a dog’s behavior and their puppy mindset. When my wife and I picked up my dog he showed us what he’d learned. Then he instructed me on how to daily reinforce this training until it becomes second nature. I would recommend Mr. Lloyd to anyone who loves their pets like I do.

The best of the best. Brought my dog Brodie here in October and he went in with not knowing any commands to knowing sit, down, stay and heel. Impressive work, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will be bringing my second dog here as well.

We saw an immediate difference in our pitbull after we had him trained here, Mr. Lloyd knows his stuff, He does a thorough review of the training when completed and gives you a plan to work with your dog after taking him/her home so that the dog will retain its training. Also, he only charges a fraction of what others in the Nashville area are asking.

11 years ago I brought my Blue Heeler, Gracie, to Advanced Canine. Very personable, prepared, professional, kind, and respectful. All of those qualities are great in a trainer, but most importantly, he was effective! Sadly, Gracie passed away last month, but I can tell you this training was effective for the 11 years that Gracie was with us. Now, I have a new Blue Heeler puppy. Once she is at the proper age (12 weeks) she will be going to Advanced Canine. There's no one else I would trust with our family pet. I can't say enough good things. Truly. They are very knowledgeable and you absolutely cannot beat the price either. Other places will charge you twice as much to offer the same thing. While I can't comment on how effective the competitors are, I can tell you that Advanced Canine is extremely effective and will create an environment for your dog that will benefit you, your dog, and your family for life. Don't waste your time looking for anyone better. When I go back and read what I just wrote, it sounds like a commercial, but I cannot stress how true it really is. This is the only place you need to train your dog. It's effective, cost beneficial, life long, and as I said before, includes a knowledgeable, respectful, professional, honest, and prepared service. This is my 2nd dog I have brought to Lloyd for training and I would give him 10 stars if I could. My dogs come home so well trained. I have left my dog for boarding and training for 9 days, never worried once. His price beats any boarding place for 100 miles. Very, very happy I found Lloyd.

I brought our Great Pyrenees-Remy to Mr Lloyd as a puppy 2 yrs ago and he taught him the basic 5 commands that Remy still responds to today. I have continued to use Mr Lloyd for boarding and Mr Lloyd will still work with him while Remy is there at no additional cost. It also helps that Remy continues to enjoy his time with Mr Lloyd. I highly recommend Mr Lloyd

I cannot tell you how pleased my husband & I are with our two dogs after working with Mr. Lloyd! Bella and Banjo spent a week learning basic obedience with Mr. Lloyd and have come home as two wonderful dogs that are a pleasure to be around. We are committed to continuing to work with them daily to help reinforce what they learned. Banjo, our lab puppy, seems especially excited to do some work each day and show what he has learned. After just a few days home he will even do all commands off leash in our yard. Bella is coming along quickly as well and is eager to please. I had worried whether obedience training would take away my dogs' personalities but there was no need to worry as Mr. Lloyd loves his furry students just as much as we do and they love him right back. My husband keeps being awed over and over by the difference with our pups and says it was the best money we ever spent. Thank you Mr. Lloyd for providing the structure we needed to ensure that our pups were responsive and much more pleasurable to be around.

Lloyd is great at what he does. Our dane Sadie was scared of everything. People, cars, other dogs, etc. We could not take her around people (she acted as if she would attack them out of fear), other dogs or walk her without her trying to drag us down the street. We took her to Advanced Canine because of all the great reviews. After her time with Lloyd, Sadie is like a new dog. She socializes well with people and animals, obeys her commands and best of all, we can finally walk her on a leash! My wife and I are super thankful for the work Lloyd was able to accomplish with our girl. We HIGHLY recommend Advanced Canine to anyone in need of training for their dog. We are so happy we found Lloyd and now have a dog we can continue to work with! Also his rates are amazing!
