3 dogs from here. Great partners with VCA across rhe street. Get a dog, you're signing for the vet to start off the first year just right. Nice people.

I adopted our new little best friend here with the Tennessee Dachshund Rescue! I couldn't be happier. The store is well organized and it was nice to have a small, quiet space to meet my little pup before taking her home.

They have cuties hanging in the windows from time to time. Nice to still see them up and running.

I drove 45 mins to come adopt a puppy. And i wasnt allowed in or even to look since i didnt first submit an application online. There are puppies that need homes and love and I wanted to do so ... And was denied due to paperwork technicality. Such ashame...

Spoke with Isabella who was kind and awesome! She informed me about my application and apologized for the delay. Even though I did not end up getting a pup with them, she was very responsive during the whole process which is great being that they are short staffed. Would definitely adopt from them if I end up getting another puppy!

I have brought them 20 puppies over the years. (BAD, ME!) Upon bringing a fur baby to them, you go immediately across the street to the vet. They examine them and give them their 1st round of shots. Then they go back to LAFS and are placed on their website. I felt great about taking them there. I do know only responsible people can adopt. I have sent dozens of people there to adopt puppies and kittens. Please, do NOT GIVE away your animals! Often they are used AS BAIT in dog fights! You will feel great about visiting them for either to adopt or give them your animals and let them find them a happy home!

Pricing seems high to adopt.

We adopted both of our puppies from here. All the people who work here are so nice and friendly, and they truly do love and care about the animals. The vet across the street has always been very good to us as well. We now have two happy, healthy puppies thanks to LAFS.

They love there animals, you need a application and a vet warning beacuse they want to make sure that the animals are getting a loving owner. All there animals are from animal shelters, that means that they were adopted by bad people who could give them what they needed, or just flat out abused them. Love at first sight is one of the best places to come home with a new furry friend.

Seems like either undercooked or overcooked lately

This isn't pet adoption, is a pet store and they finance all of their animals.

I did not care for this place one iota. Maybe it was the selection - the day I went all of the puppies they had were pits - but it gave off the vibe of a puppy mill more than a rescue/adoption center.

A little expensive but I believe it may be worth it because the animals are just adorable.

Scam. You have to go to the vet across the street because they own this place. You are making payments on a dog like you would a car. Pathetic. Scamming trash is all these people are.

I’ve had 3 co-workers adopt from this agency and each of their pets had parvo. My friends cat died 1 week after she adopted him from this place. I’ve done some digging and found that they do not clean well and do not take animals out to toilet. Rather their animals use the bathroom wherever and it’s just hosed down. I would avoid this place.

I’m sure they will have this deleted. But don't forget to cancel your “puppy plan,” which is solely to provide “health care” for your new puppy, but essentially pays for their neuter and that’s about it because VCA will charge you with every single visit. They will continue to charge you after your year is up and will not offer a refund. Not sure what kind of “shelter” continues to take money from people who have already given them hundreds for a puppy found in the middle of nowhere. $140 gone for solely their profit when they already charge $40 a month for adoption. That’s almost $500. Sad. I will not be promoting this place and will continue to go to Nashville Humane.

They acted like they didn't want to talk to us. We left and went to Nashville Animal Control and adopted a beautiful baby girl named Abigail. She's a perfect match for us. Thanks for being snooty! Lol

It a little dirty in the back where the dogs are and they are very expensive I feel as if they are selling the dogs more than adopting them out

Adopted our Sadie, lab shepherd mix two years ago after we had to out our 13 year old doxie to sleep. We adopted also a boxer lab mix who just turned a year old. Best place to go to get some of the sweetest pups that just need some love and a home.

A class act place!! I found a few puppies under my house and called "Love at First Sight". The lady's I spoke to on the phone were very sweet and worked me into their busy schedule on short notice due to my days off. I came in and they directed me across the street to have the puppies looked at by the Animal Hospital. Everyone over at the Vet was exceptionally kind and helpful as well! I was in and out in a matter of 30 mins. I left knowing that the puppies were in the best place I could have taken them and it wouldn't be long before they found their forever home! Thank you to Love at First Sight and the Animal Hospital!! Great People all around!!
