Helping Hands Pet Care Nashville, Kentucky

We're new to Nashville and recently had to travel for a wedding. From our first meeting with Jess, we were assured that our dog Chance would be in good hands. Michelle from Helping Hands Pet Care did a great job of caring for Chance while we were gone. We received texts with pictures at each visit and he was clearly happy and well taken care of each time. It's never easy to leave a pet behind when traveling, but Helping Hands Pet Care helped make it as easy as possible. Will definitely use in the future.

Five stars can't even begin to describe how amazing these folks are. They are professional, caring, skilled, truthworthy, and I can attest that they will go above and beyond. They took care of our sweet, aged husky for years. She took medication, could be a bit of a grump, and was an escape artist. They handled her in stride, and she came to really love them. As she declined, we talked with Jess and her folks, and they were supportive, caring, and beyond sweet to our old gal. Unfortunately, her time came when we were out of town. My husband and I were heartbroken, but knowing our old gals had folks she knew, trusted, and loved by her side gave us so much comfort. And they were pros - kind, loving pros. We're getting a new pup this year, and we'll gladly entrust our new sweetie to Helping Hands. We'll never use another pet sitter.

Jess at Helping Hands is the best! She always makes sure my cat is taken care of while I'm traveling and I love that she sends me a photo with an update. She also watered and checked on plants that I didn't even ask her to do. Helping Hands truly goes above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable sitter.

Helping Hands did an amazing job! I have never had to use pet sitting services and I'm new to Nashville and dont know many people. From the moment I contacted Jess I felt immediate comfort that I made the best choice. Very professional and friendly! I got updates with pictures everyday from Sara, our pet sitter who took very good care of my fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone and will defintely be using them again for all my pet sitting needs!

We've used Jess and the team for several trips - both for overnight sitting as well as drop by services. They are fantastic! Not only are our pets well-cared for, the team does a great job of looking out for our house and other issues. We love all of the pictures and updates we get on vacation (Jess could be a pet photographer :)). Couldn't recommend them more!

Jess and her colleagues at Helping Hands have taken wonderful care of our cat for the past 4 years when we go out of town. Our cat is not the friendliest animal, but Jess and her crew are unfazed by hissing. They still send me photos from every visit, which is great to see (one of the photos Jess took of our cat hissing ended up on the Christmas card!). Our cat recently got sick right before we went out of town, and Jess went out of her way to make sure that the kitty got all the attention she needed. I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to anyone.

Helping Hands Pet Care is the best! They watch our kitties on a regular basis, and we would be lost with out them. They always stay for the full 30 minutes, complete our (sometimes extensive) checklist, and spend ample time playing with and loving on our girls. We completely trust HHPC and highly recommend them!

It is very hard to find a company to watch ferrets. They are not really the type of animals you want to board. When we moved here we were very nervous that we weren’t going to be able to travel Home often because we wouldn’t have anyone to watch our babies. I am so happy to of found helping hands pet care. Jess is so very accommodating and makes me feel extremely comfortable when we are gone. They are respectful of your home and i never worry for a second. They are certified, so even when my baby was sick I didn’t feel bad leaving her. I always know my babies had a good time because I get to many amazing pictures and they are always wore out! I highly highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if i could

Jess has been taking care of my animals in one way or another since I came to Nashville. For a little over 10 years. I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gives me about my dogs' care. Before we went on our honeymoon we researched the hell out of a good pet care company to take care of our cat for the week we'd be gone. Helping Hands was far and away the best reviewed and now that we're back we can add our own good review! After every visit they'd send an update with pictures. They opened and closed the curtains, took in our mail, and even took our trash out to the curb when our neighbor forgot! We will 100% use them every time we go out of town. Thanks again, guys!! I would highly recommend Helping Hands Petcare to anyone! My cat loves both Jess and Sydney and it makes me happy knowing they will stop by, spend quality time with her, and keep me updated on how she is doing! They are very professional. They stop by before the first visit to make sure they know all the pet's needs and get to know their personality. I have used them multiple times and couldn't be happier with their service!

We have used Helping Hands Pet Care a few times now and have always been super happy with their services. Recently we went out of the country for the first time (so we were extra nervous about the care of our pets) and Jessie made us feel so relaxed and helped us to not feel worried at all while we were gone.
