Kathy and her team are AMAZING! Had them take care of my 8 month old cat for 6 days and they were awesome! 10/10! I had no issues or problems, they even put on the TV so she could watch the birds on YouTube! Definitely will be going back next time I leave for a trip. Southern Paws is/should be the premier pet sitting service! Ever!! Not only Hendersonville, but surrounding communities. These folks are WAY over the top!!! We left 2 days early on a quick flight. Kathy was WAY more than accommodating for my boy! They came to the house before we left to go over scheduling and how everything worked. We had a BIG delay on the plane flight back and they STILL kept good care of my boy. You can't ask for better service. Period! A report and pics everyday. These folks even brought in our mail and took the garbage out! Top notch! Kathy is a friend for my buddy for life! It's so nice to know that we can go on a quick vacation for a few days and Kathy and crew are there for us and my buddy! Love you all so much. The picture frame and note when we got back were just well beyond our expectations!

Kathy and her team (Megan, Cherry, Erin) took such good care of my 2 cats for 8 days while I was out of town. They quickly communicated with me while I was gone and sent me daily reports (including pictures). My apartment was just as clean as I left it, upon return. Kathy and her team are so wonderful to work with. They send thoughtful updates during daily visits, and it is apparent that they genuinely care for the pets in their care. On a technical note, the app makes it super easy to request visits, make payments, and correspond with pet sitters. I highly recommend!

Southern Paws is amazing! I just went on a trip for 8 days and they took very good care of my kitty. I got an update each day of how he was doing. They are very thoughtful and you can just tell that they care very much about your pet. They make sure that they know beforehand any special needs your pet has. They are also very responsive.
