This place is horrible. Do not bring your dogs here. Their staff is a bunch of untrained and dramatic individuals. It is unbelievable they are even in business and associated with the animal hospital. I brought my dogs and they called me 10 minutes later saying my dogs 1) broke out of their cage, 2) locked the staff out of the main area and 3) apparently wanted to start cage fights with every dog in there. My wife went to pick them up and they were laying down in the middle of the caged room. Management....train your people! It is not hard to do. For the record, my dogs were absolutely loved at their boarder and groomer before we moved to Tennessee. They were featured on their Instagram and photos all over the building. This tells me that Green Hills Kennel has no idea how to handle dogs. It is not hard.....all you have to do is build trust with them.

Excellent customer service. We made a pit stop in Green Hills during a road trip. Literally for 30 minutes. I called Green Hills Kennel because I was in the area but didn’t know where to take my dog for some grass time. The lady I spoke to was super sweet and directed me to the library less than a mile away. This was a life saver. I was able to walk my dog and let her out of the car for a few minutes. This review is not reflective of any actual kennel experience, but I feel like a place with excellent customer service for a non-patron is indicative of what you would experience as a paying customer. Thank you all again!!!

We have a large dog who is very personable with a great memory - we know every place she likes and doesn't instantly when we take her someplace a second time. She is always thrilled to be back at Green Hills Kennel - she comes home exhausted (which is always a good sign they have been paying attention) and is so excited when we arrive to drop her off she doesn't give us a second glance. We also appreciate that the staff always seem excited to see her, know her, and know us.

Very trustworthy people to take care of my favorite animal while I am out of the country.

Horrible service. They will for sure place you on hold and forget about you. I made an appointment a week and a half ago and the morning of the appointment I called to confirm, the lady (after placing me on hold and having to call back) said to go ahead that we had our appointment set, so I took my puppy and once I got there they told me that they tried to call me a few days ago to tell me the groomer was not coming to work!! After I had confirmed the appointment!!! Definitely not worth my time, I will drive an extra mile for better customer service.

I saw they had a dog daycare service in there so close to the green hills YMCA so I decided to check it out with my French Bulldog. I asked if they could take me back so I could see the area where she would be that day... And I’m so glad I did! It wasn’t a daycare! They planned on locking my baby up in a metal crate all day long. They promised 5 walks a day, but I’m sorry- that’s not daycare. We grabbed our stuff and got the hell out of there. Unless you’re looking to send your dog to some sort of “Scared Straight Puppy Bootcamp” don’t take them here. Drive a little farther out for Miss Kitty’s B&B or use Rover.com

They seem to do well with my elderly, medicated cats. My cats are generally in good spirits when they're leaving and appear well-cared for. Nearest I can tell the caretakers care about animals, though whoever is at the front desk ofter looks bored. The lighting is a little off, and the facility seems bare bones. I haven't gone into the back, but it doesn't reek of pet waste or unnatural cleaners.

Horrible.. Horrible... Horrible... This is the most disorganized business that I have ever seen. Everyone working there is absolutely filthy and dishonest. I was originally quoted $408 to bored and groom my two dogs for a week. I was surprised when I came to pick them up and was handed a bill for $588! It took them 45 minutes to figure out what was going on. While they were trying to figure out my bill the manager was trying to convince my to put my dogs in my car. It is 95 degrees outside and I have a black SUV. I refused and was told that I was being very rude. On top of all of these issues I have with the Green Hills Kennel both of my dogs were so dehydrated that I am now taking them to the vet. DO NOT USE THIS KENNEL IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS!
