Absolutely trash customer service. Take your business elsewhere if you aren't friends with the owners because all they'll do is waste your time. Pathetic.

Cason took care of our Murphy and did an exceptional job. Murphy looks absolutely gorgeous and you can certainly tell that he feels that way too. This is the softest Murphy has ever been leaving a groomer, we are very pleased. I forgot to mention to Cason to be wary of Murphy's ears, everytime we've left a groomer in CA he came out with an ear infection or was hit with trimmers that damaged his skin health. That was not the case here. The care that was taken for our pet was more than we have ever seen before. The shop has everything you need for your pet and is very cute. We are now loyal customers.

I have never been so disappointed with a grooming experience. I dropped of my cuddly, long-haired schnoodle to be groomed this morning, only to return to him shaved down to the skin. The groomer texted me and blamed this on matting, but I had brushed/combed out most of his mats before dropping him off - he only had a few left on his underside, which should have been possible to get out. We move around a lot, so I’ve been to several different groomers - none of which have ever shaved him so close. Had I know this is what they were going to do, I would have groomed him myself. I will not return to this groomer. If you have a doodle of any kind, I suggest taking them elsewhere, as this is clearly not their specialty.

Have been taking our pup here for a while now and they are always professional and do a wonderful job! Jessie is fantastic and you can tell she truly cares. Good hands to be in for your pup!

My dog looks horrible. Don’t take your dog here unless you want them shaved, that’s all they know how to do. Also, charged an extra $30 for “dematting”? Not sure why since they just shaved him. Never told me about the extra charge. Ended up paying $125 for my dog to be shaved.

Love the post-tornado rehab! More welcoming, enhanced use of space, and better organized for customers to see and select products and access services.

Very nice people and nice organization, but I hate to say that we were highly disappointed with the haircut our dog received. He was there for over 6 hours and they ended up just completely shaving him when we asked for just a trim. $150 was a lot for an uneven shave that we could have done ourselves. I would recommend checking out the store and using their other services, but wouldn’t not recommend the grooming.

I would highly recommend Crossroads Pets grooming. We have worked with many groomers at Crossroads but specifically have loved working with Jessi. She is very professional, organized and clear. She also takes direction well while also contributing great insight and ideas regarding grooming cuts. When we first started taking our bernedoodle, Luna, to see Jessi she was only a puppy. She didn't know proper grooming protocol and Jessi worked with her patiently and was very communicative about how Luna did. Also, Jessi has a huge heart for animals and you can see her love for them in the way she interacts. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving Luna with Jessie and would recommend her to anyone!

We have been bringing our english bulldog to Jessie since he's been 4 months old. She takes such good care of him he actually gets excited to go to his appt. Crossroads is an amazing place, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Again thank you jessie, Jackson looks and smells amazing as always.

I was referred here by my dog trainer for fear-free grooming of our rescue Lhasa Apso, Mochi. Rachel and Jessi went above and beyond to help reintroduce him to the grooming process, and to ensure that it would be a positive experience. Their guidance and patience throughout the whole process has completely changed our lives for the better when we had thought our situation was hopeless. Not only does Mochi look great now thanks to Jessi and Gray, but I am also happy to know his mental and emotional needs are being taken care of as well. Crossroads is truly the best!

We used to love this place, they’re non profit, had great customer service, and good products. The groomer we used to see if no longer with Crossroads so we had to see someone new. I don’t know what happened, but my dog is now traumatized. She is having panic attacks, won’t stop scratching and licking herself, pacing around, and wants to hide in our closet. Our dog has NEVER done this after a grooming appointment, and we are extremely worried. This non profit has a great mission but unfortunately we will not be using their grooming services again.

They want you to go to the website and fill out an application and select one of the animals . You need an appointment to see that particular animal.

Fantastic. Two different people helped us and they were both very helpful. The area cats were kept for adoption was very well cared after. And they both seemed very caring for the animals. We will be back to crossroads, this is for sure.

Cason is a master and gentle groomer for our lil Hercules! He treats him like his own and Hercules loves him!
