Unfortunately the pet passed away. But, I loved the experience of going there. And, the vet and her staff showed compassion. Which showed they cared but couldn't solve the issue. However, found a tuxedo cat in Nashville which apparently had no owner or home.

These people are excellent! And they really do care. They saved our fur babies life!

Rescued a kitten and looked to get it spayed. Southside gave me estimate for $550. Animal House did it plus got booster shots and flea/tick/worm treatment for $264 out the door. Made appt, dropped her off and they brought her to my truck 6hrs later.

They neutered my cat fluff and he is doing great the price is very reasonable and the staff is very friendly! They check up him and are very open to answer any concerns or questions!! I highly recommend!

The absolute best for our dogs and cats! They treat them so well and always take care of us quickly and efficiently.

Positively wonderful experience! Staff is extremely caring and attentive to your animal’s needs. Prices are also very reasonable. The wait time wasn’t long and they took all the time they needed with my pup.

They are very professional, courtesy and understanding. They try in every way to help you work within your budget and do what is only necessary which was great for my pupper who needed emergency surgery!

The Vets and nurses here are so sweet, you can tell they love every animal that comes in. I’ve started bringing my kitten here for its vaccines checkups and what not, it’s been a pleasant experience every time and they’re affordable! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the nashville/antioch area.

Last year I had a very bad experience...my American bully (male) titan was shot while leashed to fence in my back yard....these guys took me in very last min,I barely had a few bucks-they accepted it and allowed me to make payments to cover the rest...I couldnt ask for anything more...everyone were full of energy and everyone were hands on deck..made me feel really at ease considering my position...now I'm a loyal customer we go under the blade for my girl diamond c-section nov.17.2021..I would like to let all vets know their services are very much appreciated by myself and my kennel..I can tell my pups feel better about themselves after EVERY visit 4-24kennel LLC Pocket/standard AmericanBullies

Dr Pennington is the “House” of vets!! She’s made it her mission to help identify and treat a stray runt kittens issues and I couldn’t thank her, and the ENTIRE STAFF, for all they do and the personal touch

High quality service, low prices and on time with the appointment and pickup. Responsive to messages and easy to schedule, pay, etc. The staff are great- friendly and knowledgeable!

Incredibly impressed with this place! I found this vet clinic when my dog was sick and I couldn’t get him in to his vet for a full week. This vet is 100% walk-in and I’ve only had to wait about 30 minutes both times I’ve gone. Techs and vets are all wonderful— knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Also I love that they tell you the cost upfront and get your consent before doing any treatment. So far this vet has been much less expensive than the vet I usually go to. Would highly recommend and am now a loyal customer!

Dr. Heckle was so great. We’re here evacuating from Nola and were panicked when our dog started breathing quickly. There was a wait but it was great to have a walk in available. They checked everything and communicated very well with us. It was clear that Dr. Heckle was very knowledgeable and empathetic. We hope we don’t have to go back while here but grateful we had them!

Dr Mitchell is an amazing diagnostician! My German Shepherd started improving in less than 24 hours. Keep in mind she had never seen my dog because I was in Nashville for a conference. Will was so calm and gentle with my dog. I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff! Bravo!

I love this vet they're always thorough and friendly. They are usually pretty busy this wait time was a little bit longer than usual but it's understandable with the pandemic and everybody having to be a walk-in only but other than that visit was great always kind staff. I also love that the vet will call and talk to you about your pet before they do anything additional and just generally update you on their progress. Dr. Emily is always very friendly and considerate and will work with you and suggest to you what cans be done.

The Best.. I Always bring my dog here.. the doctor she is AWESOME and answer your questions and provide a lot of advise and information. the staff are soo nice helpful..

Courteous, professional, and timely.. they took very good care of my lil buddy.

My dog has been coming to this vet since I got him at about a month old 4 years ago. He's always been nervous and anxious and barks as a result. Took him last Thursday because he needed a check up and I felt he was moving slower than normal. We get inside & the assistant checks his weight and before she could have another test done the vet comes in the room and states he will not be able to be seen and that he needed to be sedated then brought back in 2 hours. As she states this as they bring him in the room with a muzzle on, then she just walks out and I'm standing there like what is happening here. Finally the assistant comes back in with meds and I tell her no I'm not giving that to him & explain we've never had an issue before and he's always been this way. He was aggressive trying to bite anyone or harm any other animals because for one we were already in the exam room. It was an upsetting experience. I did call and speak to the office manager and she said it's a new policy so that pets can have a positive experience at the vet. I get it but then again it's a vet, dogs may bark. Not sure how sedating an animal will be a positive experience when the animal is drugged. It's almost like taking a toddler to the pediatrician and the child is screaming and the pediatrician refuses to see a screaming child. Needless to say I will not be bringing him back.

If you care for you little critters health or something were to happen out of the blue. Animal House is the place. They do take in Walk-ins and for my experience. They were pretty quick and informative of their tasks. If I can recommend you a place for your critters, I’d say Animal House is the spot to go to.
