I never leave reviews but Dr.T and the entire staff are the best. We have been going to them for over 2 years. we have gone through tragic moments of losing our pup and even to getting a new puppy and they are always the best. Dr T always listens, always takes the time, and has always been very compassionate as he’s seen some of our hardest days with us. The entire staff are the same. If you are looking for a vet in the area I can’t say enough good things. They are the only people we trust with our fur babies.

Noah's Ark couldn't be any more loving and caring for our dogs through their healthy times and their sick days. They are a caring and knowledgeable staff.

I can’t sing their praises enough! Dr Tim has always gone above and beyond to help diagnose and treat Skeeter since he was a pup. I would trust him to raise my own pup.

Tim Tomlinson and staff are the most professional, consistent and caring veterinarian we have ever worked with. Tim’s practical and expert approach has been vital as he has treated animals for many people we know. I trust Dr. Tomlinson implicitly with the care of our animals.

Best place in Brentwood to take your pets! Loving and kind, also great place to board your pet. The staff is great, the doctor is great, fairly priced.

Dr. Tomlinson and staff are Awesome. They took great care of our sweet Gingerbelle and Sally. So when we decided on a new puppy, I called to make sure Dr T was still there. He is truly doing what he was called to do.

Rudy (Cavalier) - Rudy started out his life with giardia and infected skin, and Dr. T. helped me nurse him through all of that. His patience and kindness with all my questions and concerns when Rudy was a puppy was invaluable. Rudy has since had a knee surgery as well as a surgery for bladder stones, and on both occasions, Dr. Tomlinson got up a couple of hours early and went in to the clinic check on my boy who had stayed overnight. More than that, he knew how much I love my dogs, and he knew I would be worried about Rudy, so he texted me a picture of him on those mornings. Rudy is 12 now, mostly because Dr. T. coached me through all of his ailments. Riley (Cavalier) - Riley has been well cared for by Noah's Ark. Riley is 8 now, and he will see no other vet. Period. On a couple of occasions, Riley's kneecap seemed to have popped out, and I called Dr. T and he was able to fit me in real quick and massage the kneecap back in place. Dr. T always has time for my boys. Rafa (Cavalier) - Rafa is 3 now, and he is a tiny little munchkin who won't let me trim his dark nails. Guess who he lets trim his nails? Dr. Tomlinson and Pam! That's right! He won't let ME trim them, but let Dr. T walk into the room, and Rafa turns to putty. Chili (Cavalier) - And then there is Chili D. Chili passed away last December, and Dr. T pretty much went through that loss with me hand in hand for about a month. Chili had many insurmountable issues with his pancreas and bile duct blockage and liver counts and all that horrific medical mess nobody wants to try to understand. Dr. T could only do so much until I had to take Chili to Blue Pearl. Every single day, though, Dr. T called me and deciphered all the verbal medical heiroglyphics that came from Blue Pearl, and he explained everything to me in a simplified way. Dr. T went so far as to teach me how to give Chili fluids with an IV bag at home so I wouldn't have to come in to the clinic every other day. The morning I lost Chili, I brought him to Dr. T's office and he met me in the lobby. I didn't have to say a word, and he didn't either. For 8 years, this man helped me take care of Chili, and I'll never forget it. And then there was that one time when ALL FOUR of my Cavaliers got into a bag of Halloween candy and ate a bunch of chewing gum. I panicked and texted him, and instead of encouraging me to bring them into the office and charging me for four visits and generating a tally of expenses, he gave me a huge money-saver. Give them each a spoonful of peroxide, and.... wait. Lo and behold, I had four puking dogs in my kitchen, but all the poison from that chewing gum came out - and all four boys were fine, and it didn't cost me a penny. Dr. T did that.... over the phone... on his way to an SEC football game. He cares about all of the pets that are brought to him, but he also cares about the pet owners who bring them. I have said all of this about Dr. T, but it is also true for the entire staff. They are helpful in every way imaginable. Pam is awesome and can explain/describe things in a way that makes them easily understandable. And Angie will put together all the information you need to turn in your Interceptor and Soresto rebates! They are all on top of it. I have known them for 12 years, and I hope I know them for 12 more and then some.

Our senior cockapoo was brought in for a cough and ear infection. He was misdiagnosed for heart failure and put on heavy medication that lowered his immune system. He has been seen by specialist and his heart is fine. The treatment they gave almost killed him and his now in ICU due to Noah's Ark.

They refuse to own up to the fact they almost killed my senior dog by placing him on a lethal combination of drugs that placed him in ICU. Lawsuits have been filed and we will not stop until they own up to the pain they have caused my dog and my family!!

My family loves Dr. T! He is so kind and understanding and so gentle with our animals. He took care of our Darla today after a trip to the animal emergency last night. Dr. T answered all our questions and helped put our minds and hearts to ease. We love him and his staff!!

I've been taking my two dogs to Dr. Tomlinson since he purchased Noah's Ark Animal Hospital many years ago. We are very happy about the care our dog's have received. Dr. T's surgical skills are simply outstanding - much better than most Vet's we've used in the past. We find his approach conservative and will not prescribe med's or treatments indiscriminately, especially those which could have a long-term negative affect. His approach is friendly and takes enough time with you to answer any questions you might have. If you're looking for a good general practice Vet who charges reasonable prices, I recommend that you consider Dr. T.

After years of being a patient with my dog at Noah's Ark, randomly without any warning they refused to refill my dogs prescription, mind you this refill authorization had been fine the past several years. Now, my dog is without his must have meds and is at risk of dying. Gladly I will find another vet that stays on their word. Thanks for the surprise and putting my dogs life in danger. Not acceptable

We took our pet to this clinic, (which we used for years when Suzanne Franks was the vet there) to have the vet take a look at two very visible spots on her snout. He indicated that they were nothing to worry about and prescribed a 10-day regiment of antibiotics "just in case". We were examining the spots a couple of days after the vet visit and realized that one of them was a tick- thankfully it was dead as it was about the same size it was when the vet had examined her- we carefully removed it and placed it in a ziplock to I could show it to the vet and discuss why he did not catch it. I was unable to stop by the clinic so I phoned them to discuss. The outcome of that conversation was unacceptable- he told me that IF it had been a tick and he saw it then he would have removed it. He indicated that he examined her TWICE- and even put a muzzle on her to trim her nails- which would have gone directly over the area where the tick was located. It was visible to the naked eye when we took her into his office- I am uncertain as to how anyone could have missed it that did indeed examine the dog. When I expressed my alarm that he had missed it he responded in a sarcastic tone that he was sorry then he asked me "what is it that you want me to do about it?" After paying this man good money to examine my dog I was appalled by his lack of concern for his mistake. I will not be taking our pets to him any longer and would recommend that you carefully consider before you take yours there either. This clinic was wonderful when Suzanne Franks ran it- be aware that she is no longer there and that it is not being run as it once was.

I had the privilege of meeting Dr. T just some months ago, and I can promise that you will look extensively to find someone more sincere, caring, or passionate about animals and their owners. I myself share the same passion for my animals and can relate to the daily challenges of working in the animal health field. Do you know the hardest part about being a veterinarian opposed to being an MD? Well besides familiarizing yourself with hundreds of animals' anatomy, physiology, and their effective treatment methods? Your patients can't talk and often times animal care is on a budget. Proverbs 10 tells us that "A righteous man cares for the needs of his animals." Dr. T has made this his daily ambition. From the inviting and knowledgeable staff to the clean and professional atmosphere of the clinic and kennels you will know from the second you walk in the door that not only your animals but you and your request will be taken care of with the utmost care and concern.

My dog Brooklynn just past based off of a misdiagnosis from this vet! My mother asked the doctor to check the dog for worms and find out why my dog has not been her jovial self. The vet then told my mom that my dog had no worms and that she was just fat and sold her some 50 dollar dog food. My dog had two sets of worms and diabetes. After her visit, the very next day my dog's nose started bleeding. We took her to a vet in Memphis where my dog's worms were found and that vet got the bleeding to stop. A month later my dog stopped eating and she was taken to another animal hospital where we found out that the dog was diabetic. We left her at that animal hospital to become hydrated and start a regiment to potentially get her back on track. She died that day! I called him. He refuses to care about what he has done. He is a menace to the profession and should not take the fact that he is poor human physician out on innocent animal who can not talk. These simple issues could have been prevented two months before but, he neglected everything!
