5 Points Animal Hospital Nashville, Kentucky

Let’s face it, no pup is thrilled to go to the vet but there isn’t a place I trust more than 5 points animal hospital. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is really nice! The staff make the experience for my pup so much more enjoyable which she (and I) really appreciate.

Recently moved to Nashville and was recommended 5 point animal hospital. We were able to get an appointment quickly and every one from the front desk to the techs to the vet were awesome. My dog was happy and that’s the most important thing.

My dog is like most - very skeptical of the vet - but his experiences here have been so positive! The vet techs convince him he’s in a safe space. Dr. Windham was wonderful - explained everything, answered all questions, and got back to me quickly once we had lab work back. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her, and this entire staff!

Everyone here is amazing! We got in on Christmas Eve and our sweet doggo was taken car of immediately. Highly recommend.

We are new to Nashville and needed to establish care at a vet for our dogs and cat. Five Points Animal Hospital is wonderful. They are responsive, professional and really care about our animals. I appreciate their affordable pricing and we have loved both vets we have seen. Thank you 5 Points!

Dr. Murray is amazing. She’s a great doctor, very knowledgeable and goes over all the different treatment options with you.

2021 Nov.... 1 STAR.... ZERO.... RUN! RUN! RUN! If you used to take your pet here when it was a private practice, great! NOW?! TURN AWAY! Find a place who employs people who care and are compassionate. I was willing to comply with things during COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions but now that I got to see with my very own eyes this place has turned into a nightmare! The flashy new remodeled facility does NOT make up for the inexperienced A-student making staff and new Doctors to get you in-and-out in an instant. Ever since the change in ownership, I could feel something was off. I gave it a chance due to the disaster with the virus. Despite the masks and no entrance allowed, there was always some one different each visit and no one introduced themselves. Clearly they stopped reading "patient/pet" behavior history and aren't prepared. Never once did anyone even say my dogs name except this one young front desk lady and she was terrified. Besides her, bless her, YUCK!!! The point is if your pet isn't your "every-day wag-your-tail type at every stranger" they encourage sedative pills and don't take the time to warm up to your pet, just get down to business. In-and-out you go! That's the feeling I have walking into this facility at the end of 2021 and this feeling has kept me up past 0200 reliving the nightmare of an experience I had to put my dog through so I had to leave this bloody review... BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW 4 YEARS AGO..... 5 STARS..... 2017?! My dogs aren't properly socialized and they were the only ones willing to work them without using sedatives around Nashville. Thank you for giving my girls a chance to see their sweet side (:

We had taken our cat to another well recommended vet in town but we were not getting any results and our kitty continued to suffer. Finally we tried Five Points and we are SO glad we did. Dr. Murray and her tech were amazing handling our girl and clearly explaining what was happening. We now have a plan and we will return soon for our follow up treatment. We took our 2 cats here when they were having a flea problem. Dr. Barnes and Juan helped us out and were amazing! They were wonderful with our cats, very personable, and just overall super great! I would highly recommend taking your pets here!

I don't remember all the names of staff, but all team was very kind. And Dr. Lucas explained everything very clear. I recommend this vet clinic. Awesome place.

I have been looking for an animal hospital where the doctors dedicate quality time to their patients and owners, I finally found it. Their staff, from their receptionist to the manager, are professional, responsible and respectful. The doctors and vet techs are amazing, one of my dogs have surgery recently and she was treated with all the love my pet deserves. I’m very satisfied with their services, thank you Five Points Animal Hospital.

We were going through a hard time with our pup and everyone from the clerk, to the techs to the vet were beyond kind and comforting

I had a fantastic experience with the receptionist who first answered my call, sent me links to forms, called me back to work my pup in earlier and ensure we got the best care as soon as possible. The vet tech was wonderful, empathetic to our first visit and Johnny not feeling well. She was very thoughtful and engaging with her questions. The vet was quick to see us, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every step of the way we were well attended to. Excellent balance of professional and caring. This went from an urgent, one time visit to our new vet.

I’ve been going to 5PAH for 9 years and even though it has recently changed ownership the clinic is still awesome. Doctor Good is a great vet and gives me the information to make intelligent choices for the care of my 3 dogs. I highly recommend 5PAH.

Dr. Wyndham and her team were fabulous! I was visiting my son from another state and my puppy got sick while in Nashville—they were more than happy to see him. My son is a client there also and recommended I call them to help us. Thank you, thank you for helping my Oscar feel so much better!!!!

Edit: I appreciate your willingness to make me feel heard after the uncomfortable experience. I had a pleasant experience with Duke's visit. The facility is beyond clean, and the staff was remarkably welcoming. I was thankful for Dr. Good's eagerness to answer all my questions and concerns. I also appreciated the staff spoiling my dog with treats and tasty snacks (I know he certainly did). *Warning! Emotional sentence ahead* I especially appreciated Dr. Good's willingness to be vulnerable about the passing of his Pitbull a few weeks back; I'm very sorry about your loss. I can't imagine how I would feel if I lost one of my Pitties. Once again, thank you for the pleasant experience - you rarely find businesses attempting to do right by the customer.

Dr. Good is the best veterinarian - I brought my little Lady in, and he fixed her right up. The team was so kind and welcoming, and the facility is super nice. First visit with them, but I definitely won’t go anywhere else after this.

Never again will I bring an animal here nor will I ever recommend this business to anyone else!! Everyone, this is not the same place it used to be because the old owner retired and sold it to some corporate firm. That new vet Dr Josh is horrible. pet owners eware!

5 Points cares about my animal, and it shows. I wont leave my cat with anyone else, and Dr. Good and the whole team are fantastic.

I really appreciate 5 Points Animal Hospital fitting my dog in for a sick visit as a new patient when our regular vet was unable to. All of the staff were so nice and they saw us very promptly. Now I plan to transfer all my dog’s care over to them. Thanks to all!

Sweet employees, and fast scheduling for new clients!

I moved to East Nashville a couple of years ago and sadly most of my experience with this wonderful vet has been in the parking lot due to Covid but last week I was welcomed in with my dog and what a treat to meet the team. Cannot thank you all enough for coping so brilliantly over the last couple of years and making us feel so cared for. I highly recommend this fabulous place to take care of your dearest pets.

I was willing to pay extra for X-ray but Dr Wyndham said lets wait. And she was right! another Hospital/Pet tried shaming me into paying more money more tests. My Pomeranian was up and running overnight!

Dr Murray is so good at keeping our cat Luna calm. Luna is definitely a scaredy-cat when outside her comfort zone and is usually not afraid to hiss! You can tell Dr Murray really loves animals taking the time to make them feel comfortable. She is always professional and answers any questions. She is also great at following up! Really love our experiences here!
