Everyone takes such good care of our dog, Molly. She loves to go to the vet and we love everyone at Richland Animal Clinic!

I love Richland Animal hospital specifically Dr. Knox, previous vets I’ve been too tend to rush but Dr. Knox always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and I really appreciate that. Best vet clinic I’ve been too won’t be going anywhere else :)

Everyone we interact with is caring and kind! We now live a little further away but will continue to come to this vet because of how great the team is!

My dog has been seeing Dr. Brockman for acupuncture and laser treatments after her back surgery for a couple of years now. The staff and Dr. Brockman are the best! They truly care for their patients and are very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to take my pet here for the specific care that she needs.

I've taken my pets to Dr. Knox at Richland for years now and have always been amazed by the level of care they provide. The staff is always friendly and they've gone out of their way to accommodate me when there's an emergency. I feel like they added a year to the life of my last dog, which meant the world to me. Would highly recommend them!

My puppy loved the technicians and experience of all things getting the mats cut out of her fur. The techs commented when asked how she did, they saying she wanted hugs. Now, I've heard that other dogs react with aggression at times. They were timely and followed the session up to make sure I got all that was needed. Very satisfied

I moved across town & will gladly drive the distance to their offices ~ for my little fur-baby to get the best care ~ which Richland Animal Clinic ALWAYS delivers!!!

I have been bringing my fur babies to Richland Animal Clinic for many years now and fully intend to stay loyal to their services. Not only were they able to accurate help me diagnose my previous cat with asthma, helping me find ways to treat him and increase his quality of life, but they took great care in supporting me and offering condolences when he came to the end of his time with me. There is not a single staff member that I wouldn’t trust with the care of my precious little ones.

Dr Knox and team are sincere, caring and knowledgeable. I would never take my pets anywhere other than Richland Animal clinic.

I never know how to review places like this. I'll start of with how wonderful the staff is. They LOVE animals and they make you feel like your pet is a celebrity. They have very good Covid protocols. The building itself is in dire need of a remodel, their bookkeeping is meh, it seems they don't update their system so you get untimely notifications off needing to bring your pet in. It is pretty expensive but at least you can usually get an appointment within a few days.

Great experience, as always. I've been coming to Richland for a couple years now and their help has always been exceptional. Great communication. They truly care about the animals under their care.

Not my first time with Richland, and definitely not my last. They’ve taken care of several cats and my dog. This was my first time seeing Dr. Mueller; she’s great. I highly recommend this clinic for all your animal needs.

Richland is absolutely incredible every single visit. My puppy is so comfortable going in and the staff make him so at ease, along with his always-worried dad. He received all his vaccinations and I learned about them and their purposes each time. Always come out feeling more knowledgeable and at ease with my little guy. When I was worried about an eye issue and a bump, they squeezed me right into the schedule and eased my mind. And they even offer boarding which will be utilized because they earned my trust and reliability right off the get-go. Their entire staff is awesome, personable and amazing at what they do, couldn’t be happier this place exists.

Dr. Knox and her tech were absolutely amazing with my very anxious dog. They went so slowly, giving him time to warm up to them and just get to know the vet as a positive place. We felt so welcomed!

I’ve had to bring my pup into Richland a few times, and you can easily tell they care for their patients beyond the exam room. Dr. Mueller will call and check up on my dog even days after his visit, which really shows they’re not just in it for my money, but for the care of animals! From the front desk to the DVMs, I’m so glad we switched to them!
