Murray Animal Hospital consistently provides great veterinary health care to our animals.

They took extremely good care of my very sick dog. They have internal lab, x-ray machine Etc. So you don't have to spend days wandering what's wrong with your animal while waiting for them to send out for lab results. Even though we were brand new to this area they got my dog in the next day. Extremely concerned staff. They called me a week after his initial appointment just to see how he was doing. After his second and third appointment they still called a week after to check on him. You can tell that this staff loves what they do! I am extremely grateful for them and will bring them continued service. And they do not charge you an arm and a leg. The medication is ridiculously inexpensive. I wish they would take humans, I would sign up in a heartbeat! My medications are triple the price. I highly suggest best veterinary office.

Dr. Westerfeld and staff are amazing! We have been taking our fur babies to them for years. We are blessed to have such a caring vet clinic in our small town, who treats our pets as their own family.

They are very professional and great with animals. This is the only place i will take my dog. The prices are exceptable for the services they provide. I would recommend Murray Animal Hospital &Pet Hotel to any animal owner for whatever kind they have.

They were very nice and professional on the phone. However alot of things were not alacart which makes it more expensive

Very conscientious. They obviously care about the animals and do their best to isolate variables until they can come up with a plan A and plan B, starting with the simplest solution. They have food and meds you can buy over-the-counter inside, as well as providing prescriptions. Only giving 4 stars because no one was wearing masks. They seemed to be cleaning the room as soon as I left it, which was reassuring, but doesn't help me for my visit today.

They are very professional knowledgeable and also friendly caring compassionate understanding and sensitive!! They are always ready to answer any and all questions that you might have!! They are awesome!!

Left my 1 year old lab there for six days. He had to poop four times when he got home, and couldn’t hold his bladder inside anymore. Do not leave your animal here to stay. They do not take care of their boarded animals. His over all demeanor was depressed for the first day he was back home. Not a single call from them about any issues either. Absolutely unacceptable!

I would not tell anyone to go there my dog was having a stroke. They said we cant c yall u could clearly c he was dieting they turned us away my dog died. We had to drive an HR. Away.. RIP SCOOBY

Dr. Westerfield and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They’ve been caring for my daughter’s cats while at MSU for 3 years. They were very caring and explained everything well when the cats were ill and went out of their way to fit in a visit. The absolute best was allowing us to be with our fur baby as we said goodbye to him, even during Covid times. I’ve had to do this many times in my life and the experience with Dr. Westerfield was the most comforting. Can’t say enough about how they handled everything. They even made a casting of his paw print for us. Lovely people!

I took my kitty for a spay and front declaw and they took such good care of her. The suture sites look good and she doesn’t seem to be in any pain. Thank you for taking good care of her!

I called em they said I needed an account with them I told them my dog is dying they said sorry then hung up on me

Very knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. I appreciate that they managed to fit my dog in for an appointment when she was ill and couldn't wait to be seen. Also great that they will see and do basic treatment on "exotics" such as my guinea pigs.

My pyrenees mix Baxter has always had restraint issues! Dr. Westerfield and her techs worked calmly and slowly with him today to keep him calm and less anxious in his visit.

They were so great with my dog. Very gentle with her and made her feel very comfortable. And very reasonable. They show you what something costs before they do it and allow you to decide. Would do come here again.
