Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They accept walk ins and they ensure that they give you all of the information you need before you leave. Very thoughtful and caring.

This place has taken advantage of not only me but my friends and family as well. They use the love owners have for their pets against them for financial gain and it’s disgusting. The last time I took my dog here, I was shamed and guilted by staff because I couldn’t afford a procedure they claimed he needed. While I was hustling trying to gather funds to afford this surgery, he fully recovered back to his normal healthy self. This exact same thing happened to my aunt who recently took her dog here after he was hit by a car. They shamed her for not being able to afford a very expensive surgery, and sent him home. He has fully recovered in only a week and is totally fine now. DISGUSTING.

There is no other way to say it other than this place killed our dog. They are under equipped in every sense. The entire staff is inept and under qualified. They don’t even have an ultrasound machine. They lack a basic understanding of anatomy. They have no empathy, and treat the animals roughly when not outright neglectfully. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. EDIT- As for your reply. SCREW YOU. I said what I said.

These are the most compassionate people. I have ever met, ya they are having to deal with a lot and they make mistakes but they get it right most of the time. I have always loved the service i get when I go there and they treat the animals like children. :)

My dog slashed his muzzle on our fence on Christmas Day. The vet was busy with several emergencies but we were seen in a timely manner. Very caring place. Great staff.

The unfortunate time had come for our sweet little dog who was obviously suffering. The staff recognized the urgency and tended to her quickly and was extremely compassionate with us as well. Many thanks.

I've had to bring my cat in a few times and the staff have always been great. One of the techs let me bawl my eyes out to her the last time I was there and was so understanding. True gems that go above and beyond

We had an emergency with our cat. They got us in in a reasonable time and assessed his situation. They x-rayed, went over our options and treated his pain. We had a good experience. I would recommend them and would use them again.

These people are the absolute worst. They are only out to get your money, they don’t even care about your pets well-being. You’re better off keeping your pet at your house sick and then bringing it to these people.

we came in and got my dog staples, and for one they wasn’t even trying to comfort my dog they decided to put him under sedation just so they didn’t have to deal with him, and then they wasn’t specific with the medication details, and the receptionist told us to come back in 2 weeks, and make an appointment so we could get “in and out” of there. then we call today, and she said “we don’t do appointments, it could be a 1-2hr wait, just whenever they get a second.” this is so ridiculous. so i got lied to, and not told the right way to do medicine by a receptionist. the receptionist are rude and unprofessional.

These people are rude and do not properly treat the animals that are brought there. They will slap you with a giant bill and send you home to find the real reason your animal was sick yourself. Take your animal to a any other emergency vet. New management is horrible.

Have taken my cats in several times. Have been very pleased with AMC. Also had my cat in boarding a few times and very pleased with Erin. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my cats were taken care of. Thank you AMC

Had to take my dog last night and the only good part was the receptionist. The doctor was okay but the vet techs that we had were TERRIBLE!!! Absolutely rude!! Never going back because of them.

Brought my cat in to be checked out as she had ran away for about a month .. they prescribed ear drops, a dewormer and cleaned her ears out.. veterinarian specifically said her ears are very dirty but don’t appear to have any mites etc in them.. that visit 156$.. today, she can’t walk straight, zero coordination, isn’t eating and holding her ear down.. ( pretty sure she got some of that cleaning ear solution stuck in there).. brought her back in and relayed situation. For the first time in the many many years I’ve been going there a different veterinarian took her to the back to assess… came back and said she has mites($168).. definitely not suspicious.. price gauging, inconsistent and the second almost 200$ bill could’ve been avoided (if it is actually a mite infestation occurring and not just trying to cover rears)…

Thanks to the staff at this facility, I have so far been given a extra year and a half worth of time to spend with my extradinary pet! Words will never be enough, in my opinion, to express a most heartfelt thank you! You guys are awesome! Keep up the great work you do! God bless and watch over each and every one of you! Your number #1 in my book! P. S., Roxie is 20 this year!

Had an appointment at 1 didn’t get seen until an hour later. They were taking in walk ins before people with appointments which is just ridiculous.

They all treated me with dignity and respect and had efficient service. They went over every treatment option with me and never tried to push me into any direction. Great experience and worth everything!
