Amazing service and great care for our dog we love this place

Very happy with this office from the scheduling to the app/communication they provide to the experience with the vet. Definitely recommend.

I've been a pet owner for 25 years and been to many vets and I can honestly say, I've never trusted a practice so much with our pups. The owner (and assuming head vet) is extremely professional, super friendly, and cares like no other. 10/10 would recommend. Front office staff are also extremely friendly and helpful as well. Price is reasonable as well!

Dr Paula is the best- hands down. She has been our Veterinarian for almost 20 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and if she needs to reach out to a specialist in the field she has the network to do so to get the “answers” - she leaves no rock unturned. Our pets all love her and we do too.

Kind, attentive staff members who truly care about you and your pet. I was immediately assisted upon arrival and the veterinarian took great care of my puppy. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at Animal Ark Hospital was knowledgeable and welcoming.

We started bringing our cat, Lucy, to Dr. Paula and her team about a year ago when Lucy started exhibiting symptoms of diabetes. We have made multiple visits to Animal Ark since then and each time, the staff are friendly and take excellent care of Lucy. Dr. Paula is very hands-on and would call and check in on us to get updates on how Lucy was doing. Dr. Paula also does a great job of explaining what she is doing and why, and getting approval before providing any services so there are no surprises. Overall, we have been very happy with Animal Ark and will keep bringing Lucy (and any future animals!) to them.

Dr. Paula and her Team got our baby right in for an appt this morning, even though he had not been seen here before. He stopped eating, drinking, was shaking and lethargic last night. We are from Texas, so I looked at reviews and these were the best in the area, I can see why now. Her and her team care about the furrbabies, it shows. She took care of him while being mindful of our funds and charges. She could have easily price gouged me, as I was worried and she did the right thing instead. I was expecting a $500 plus bill and it was about $100 for everything. She's honest, ethical and there for the animals first and foremost. She even personally followed up with me about my furrbaby Jeebz. #Impressed

We discovered Animal Ark back in 2007, we loved Dr. Paula and her friendly staff! We moved several times since we left TN in 2012 but we bended up back in Franklin TN and with one extra pet we found our way back to AAAH. Our youngest kitty was severely obese at 28 lbs. in June, under Dr. Paula's supervision and treatment, our little girl is down to 18.5 lbs. We were skeptical that she could lose the weight because she is always hungry, but we have stuck with the plan and our Chloe is doing great!! She has more energy and seems happier with her new figure!! We are so grateful! Thank you Dr. Paula and your caring staff for all your help. <3

Dr. Paula saved our pup with emergency surgery. So much care, follow up, and attention was and still is being given to our family pet.

The staff greeted Frisco by name. That in itself is impressive. They greeted us with a smile and ready to serve. They were friendly and courteous. You could sense that Dr. Paula was passionate about her work. It was evident that she was concerned about Frisco and his needs. We will be returning to Animal Ark to see Dr. Paula again.

We have been seeing Dr. Paula for over 3 years now and we are so lucky to have her take care of our loved ones! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly has our fur-babies interest at heart! Her and her staff always do their best to get questions answered and to give us the help and support we need. The moment I walked into the Animal Ark office for the first time, I felt comfortable and at ease. They have such friendly and attentive staff that instantly calms any nerves! I take both my cat and dog here and they’re always treated equally. I’ve even noted that neither of my pets are stressed during or after their appointments! The staff is highly knowledgeable, very patient, and seem to know exactly what a pet owner needs. Highly recommend this place! Dr. Paula is the best.

This practice is amazing! Everyone on the staff is so nice and helpful. They understood my urgent need to see the vet and got him worked in immediately. Dr. Paula was fantastic and quickly diagnosed the issue, made referrals to a specialist and got my little guy on the right meds. I'm so grateful to have found this wonderful place! I know all my pets are in the best care possible. Thank you all!

Animal Ark is wonderful! I adopted my first cat right before Covid hit. I had so many questions during "social distancing," and Dr. Paula, Dr. J and the staff all helped me remotely. My cat needed three rounds of kitten vaccines, help finding cat food for his sensitive stomach and advice after some adventurous mishaps. When he jumped on the stovetop and mildly singed one of his paw pads, Dr. Paula gave me her cell phone so I could send her photos over the weekend, and she could monitor it for blisters. The staff were so wonderful for a nervous new pet parent like me. They are personal, professional and devoted to their work. I can't recommend them enough.

Great customer service, keeps you updated on your animals . We have been going here ever sinced we moved to the area. Would highly recommend.

Dr Paula is AMAZING! Her CARE & CONCERN for animals is only outmatched by her depth of knowledge and resources to empower "people" to keep them healthy & prevent accidents, and provide life-saving skills as necessary with extreme concern for the animals' well-being first and foremost. I've had guinea pigs, cats and dogs...Dr Paula is outstanding in the 10+ years my purr/furr babies have had any accidents & I do take preventative care as a lifestyle, just as Dr Paula strongly recommends.

Dr. Paula is the best Vet we have ever had!!! She is extremely hands on, professional and personable. She did surgery on my cat to remove almost all of his teeth on the right side due to degeneration with zero complications and an amazingly quick recovery. The staff at Animal Ark are so wonderful!!! Friendly and caring. After my first visit, they knew me and my kitties by name and they are always extremely helpful! Thank you ALL so much from your wonderful practice-we think the world of you!
