Casey was wonderful! Our baby has never been to the groomer and is less than thrilled at getting her hair cut. We were nervous as well as she has never been but she would no longer allow us to groom her. Casey got down on the floor and gave her attention and was so sweet. We will be back and asking for him! We couldn't be more pleased! Update: We have since been taking our new puppy here and everyone acts as if they are happy to see her. We had Stephanie today and she was so wonderful!

As far as pet supplies go, they have a good supply. When it comes to their animals for sale, they keep them in terrible conditions. Their bearded dragons are usually kept on a harmful substrate and their poor chinchillas have plastic everywhere, which is very dangerous. Their chinchilla exercise wheels are also too small and plastic.

Shortage on dog nail grinders.

Service started out being good. Food was good. But it took 15 minutes to pay the bill...we were late for our movie

I've been to a few pet stores in my lifetime & this one is by far mine & my families favorite! We added to our fur baby family from this location & the employees there are just amazing!♡

Really good service at the Banfield inside. I just wish they would be more accommodating to their staff so they didn't have such high turn over. They no longer allow in-room visits which is unacceptable as one of my dogs is special needs and has high anxiety when she can't see me, I am literally an emotional support human for her. We have moved to Country Side Vet, massively better service and accommodations for pets & humans with special needs.

Just used the groomer but she did an excellent job.

Very happy with staff and the way they really care for my cat. I have been going there for over 15 years with several pets & will continue as long as they are in business. ???? ????

Casey at PetSmart Mt. Juliet is the best… and our dog likes him !! In and out for nail trims in 5 minutes… no appointment necessary… love it!!!

I had an appointment@ 11:30 for my Rat Terrier/Chihuahua to be groomed. They told me he would be bathed, dry him, clean his ears, shave his back end and clip his nails. I WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS and all they did was bathe him, dry him and clip his nails! I asked why they didn't shave the back end of him and they told me they were only allowed to shave the by his private areas. Which was not done????! I will never take any of my pets here again! They didn't clean his ears either! Very dissatisfied to say the least!

Staff is really friendly, but there weren't many animals there. It's better for getting supplies

Always busy, very good assortment of pet foods. This day though went for pet adoptions which are usually held on weekends but this particular week was "pet adoption week".

Had to get frozen mice for our snakes and they had more options than Lebanon did. Plus Lebanon petco didnt have what we needed.
