I am so happy we have Blue Oasis! The staff was fantastic and I could tell our cat was in great hands. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone with a pet!

Absolutely love blue oasis they’re caring they do what’s best for the animal best veterinary practice I’ve had in my life and we have had many dogs this is the first practice that our dog does not fear going to highly recommended

One of the most outstanding vet experiences ever and I have had MANY! They were incredible. We were greeted with much enthusiasm and everyone made a point to engage with our dog and make her feel extremely welcome. Vet tech met with us for a good 20 minutes of “get to know you” time. Vet took her time on the floor with our anxious girl and never left her side. Pretty sure it was close to an hour for a normal exam, two vaccines and a blood draw, but that’s what it took to get everything done in the most calm, stress free way. I can’t give them enough kudos and I strongly recommend them for dogs of all temperaments and anxiety!

Blue Oasis is amazing. The best vet experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for a new vet because we had some not so great experiences at our last one, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I had heard about Blue Oasis through a neighbor and was told that they are fear free certified, which means that they will do everything in their power to make your fur baby as anxiety free as they can. I was a little nervous about going to a new vet because of our past, but decided we would try them. When we arrived there was another pup in the little waiting area who wanted to make sure everyone knew he was there (haha very vocal), they quickly checked me in and put us into an exam room so that we could wait in the quiet. Although both my pup(Chuy) and myself were still a little nervous about how the visit would go, that was quickly gone. When Megan came into the exam room with us, Chuy did her typical “if I don’t look at them, maybe they won’t see me” behavior. Megan was super patient with her and sat on the floor while she chatted with me about our history. After a while, Chuy came around and decided she was curious about Megan and wanted to say hello. By the time Dr. Lucas came in to meet us, Chuy had jumped up on the bench next to me and was just hanging out. Majority of the exam was performed with her laying, sprawled out next to me. They gave her treats and distracted her the whole time. I don’t think Chuy even realized she was being examined, as she left there feeling she made 2 new friends. Every concern I had was gone. Every question I asked was thoroughly explained. I can honestly say that picking Blue Oasis as my new vet was the best decision I made. I haven’t met the whole staff, but everyone I have met is super friendly. They listen to your concerns and make sure you are just as much taken care of through everything. They followed up to see how we were doing after the visit and if we had any additional questions that had come up. Also, they made it super easy and convenient to order our prescriptions and made sure to check that I had no issues with that process either. I have already recommended them to others - they are just wonderful!!! If you’re thinking about going here, do it!! You won’t regret it! Thanks everyone at Blue Oasis - Chuy and I couldn’t be happier about our experience and can’t wait to see you all again!!

All of the staff were caring, insightful, & so patient with our kitty. I love that they are Fear Free.. They were doing whatever my cat was most comfortable with & were there to make it less stressful for him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sansom and the vet techs here are wonderfully patient with tricky pets. They never seem annoyed and only want the animal to have as easy a time as possible. Very concerned for my pets health. I won’t take my pets anywhere else.

I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience at Blue Oasis Pet Hospital has been! Dr. Sansom and the techs (we saw Lindsey today who was awesome!) have been amazing with my normally nervous girl. She warmed up to the staff immediately, and they handled her with so much kindness and patience. I am grateful beyond words to everyone at Blue Oasis Pet Hospital :)

The appointments are very timely, the support staff works great with the doctors. They have all my dogs in their system and can see how they all have different issues and cross reference all their needs. There’s never any unanswered questions upon leaving. I started seeing Dr Lucus 11 years ago, we have always been treated as family along with all my 8 dogs throughout the years. The dogs from babies to seniors have had their professional attention and I’m very appreciative. Thank you!

Blue Oasis has changed me and my dog's life in the best way possible. Our experience with other vets has been stressful and as time went on, my Great Dane turned into the dog who could not be handled by anyone at the vet without full sedation (sad and expensive). Enough was enough and we made the switch to Blue Oasis. Their fear-free approach was exactly what we needed and throughout our visits together over the past year, my pup went from growling, lunging and hesitation to enter the building to practically dragging me inside for the relaxing, treat-filled and wonderful experience they bring to the table. They recommended at-home training exercises to better prepare him for the vet experience which I happily practiced with success when it was time to go back for a re-check. I never thought my pup would be able to be handled at the vet again while conscious, let alone actually enjoy the experience and consent to the procedures he had to endure. I love every single person in that building. Grateful doesn't even begin to describe what I feel for this team.

Blue Oasis has taken care of my dog since opening. One of the BEST you will find in the area fur sure! The staff and all the Vets are simply the best.

Wonderful vets! Really good at helping anxious dogs feel relaxed. Our dog likes our vets and she has trauma from past abuse that prevents her from getting along well with strangers. She does really well here. Their staff is kind and professional, their prices are fair, their doctor is knowledgeable and communicates thoroughly and clearly. I'd highly recommend this vet to anyone especially for dogs that may be rejected by other vets!

I have 100% confidence in the vets and staff at Blue Oasis. They are kind and attentive to the needs of my pets at all times, are excellent listeners when I discuss my concerns. I have taken a variety of issues to them over many years now, and they have never let me down or disappointed me.

My dog has a complicated health history and is positive for heart worm. He’s been treated for 5 years by another vet without mention of anything other than heart guard. Today was life changing for my dog as Dr Sansom explained multiple treatment options and helped formulate a plan for his debilitating arthritis but also working on a slow-kill heartworm method that will ultimately give him several more years and a higher life quality! ????????????????????

I am deaf and they was sooo supportive by FaceTiming and talking to me with Ivy. I was able to ask questions and she was so calm with both vets!! I am sold with them!! They re very knowledgable about KC and their health issues. I highly recommend them!!

This was our first experience with Blue Oasis after adopting a 6 month old puppy from New Leash on Life. Even though COVID has changed the way they have to do business for now, we felt very engaged by everyone. Dr. Lucas was very informative & went over everything with us regarding our new pups health. They were great & we will be glad when we can meet her, & her staff, face to face! We highly recommend!!

I found Blue Oasis when I moved to Middle Tennessee. The doctors were referred to me by a fellow dog lover. I am so glad I took his advice! Dr Sanson is fantastic, she always takes time to explain everything about my dog’s heart disease. From labs to ultrasounds she makes sure that I am involved in his care and carefully goes over all of the questions that I have. We travel 45 minutes to visit her even though there are plenty of vets in my area. She is a God send.

We have had 2 English bulldogs who have been served by both of the Doctors. They go beyond to try and fit u in when their is a need. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Both Drs make you feel like you are the only patient they have when you are being seen. They always treat the dogs in a way that makes them comfortable and have lots of compassion. Very professional as well. Listen to your input too! Very special group!

I have a very scared dog that doesn't like to be touched and they do everything in their power to make her happy. She's made a ton of progress just from going here and can interact with people better. Truly a life saver. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Best vet we have EVER had.

Dr. Lucas is knowledgeable, professional, and very caring. Over the years she has treated our animals with the utmost kindness and we appreciate the openness of allowing us into all parts of her practice and allowing us to stay with our pets during many procedures.
