Wonderful place for any bun or small animal parents out there! VETERINARIANS ARE AMAZING! I have taken my first rabbit here for her check up and spay and Dr. Haggard and Dr. Ollis were amazing throughout the whole process. They really take the time to examine your pet and are so informative and compassionate about each situation. They always ask me if I have any questions and have never made me feel rushed out the door. THE TECHS AND STAFF ARE ROCKSTARS! Veterinary offices are often SUPER busy, I have never heard of one that has any free time. But when we rescued a dumped bunny in need of medical attention, they let us bring him in the same day we called and worked him into their busy schedule. They not only did a full exam on him, but they also checked on him throughout the day and gave him the care and attention he needed. I am beyond grateful for this team. I have taken one of my rabbits to other rabbit-specialized veterinary clinics and this by far outweighs the competition. I am immensely grateful to have this facility available for my rabbits.

I’ve always hated going to vets like I hate going to the dentist but this vet is fantastic! Dr. Haggard was so compassionate and listened to my concerns. I will happily be returning ????

Very caring and kind vet. Willing to take the time and think outside the box for a complex very allergic kitty and not break the bank in doing so. Quality of life over quantity. Much appreciated.

Called a hospital but don’t expect to get in for any emergency. Appointments only way in advanced. Needs to be called a clinic as it’s not capable of getting you in when really needed. My pet deserves better.

Have called numerous times for help… and not received anything. I asked specifically for help with my dog’s anxiety and was ignored.

Great place for your furbabies. Staff and doctor are so kind and thorough with your baby. Must go to place!!!

Good people with excellent mix of professionalism, caring and quality. I don't visit the vet more than once or twice a year. I haven't seen the same Dr there more than once so you probably won't get the same vet for 20 years experience. I thought this would be odd for me but it wasn't at all. Prices are a little better than others around, but typical of a suburban vet. I like using their services and trust them.

Had my dog get his rabies shot here. They were fast and friendly. Nice staff too.

The Staff at Lakeside AH are incredibly warm, understanding and just as protective of animals as their owners are. They do not charge exorbitant prices and even if your bills get steep (which they can when it comes to preventative care), they take measures to help ensure the health of your pet without breaking the bank. If you don't believe me, here's something to chew over: our dog, Shadow, actually HOWLS when we get to the vet for check-in and she cannot go in immediately. What dog do you know that LOVES going to the vet? ???? Give them a try: you will not be disappointed.

I couldnt get into the vet i I normally go to but this was an emergency, my baby Little was allergic to fleas/and or the flea treatment i normally use (advantage 2 for cats) and she had an awful breakout/rash/sores and i had to get her in somewhere. Lakeside was happy to take on a new patient and even thru covid difficulties they fixed her right at up! (At a very reasonable price!!!) The doctor spoke to me was very thorough, made sure i understood everything and the the nurse i dealt with was great. Me and Little thank Lakeside as much as possible!!

Dr. Haggard is the absolute best with my dog Sadie. She never rushes through the appointment. She is thorough and patient with answering questions and easing worries with us crazy dog Moms.

We have received the best care at Lakeside! You can tell that the doctors and the staff really care about our fur babies. Dr. H took the time to explain all the options for my sick chihuahua mix, so I fully understood her treatment. The price of her treatment was clearly explained ahead of time so there were no surprises. My dog is a little skittish, but she quickly made friends with the doctor and the tech. I can't say enough good things about this practice! We plan to keep all of our animals coming to Lakeside for years to come!

I took my Pomeranian puppy peanut butters here after she wasn’t doing so well from a surgery from a previous vet. They were able to get her right in and took wonderful care of her !!!! You can tell everyone there really cares about the animals and their owners . Thank you guys so much it really means a lot to me that you were so sweet and accommodating . Also they were really really fair in price . You will have my business forever !

Great care, thorough explanation of my dogs tumor, and helpful staff. Calm environment for my dog who is usually scared. They followed-up a few days later just to see how he was doing. Not full five stars because the wait was sometimes too long - my only complaint.

The folks at Lakeside are all so amazing. We know our pets get the very best care when we're here.

We followed Dr. Stacy to this new practice as soon as we got a new puppy. Very glad we did! Great staff, and as always Dr. Staci is excellent!

This is the worst place to go to they don’t care about people and they should surely don’t care about your pets do not go there all they care about is money

Great experience from the beginning to the end. Dog was nervous I was nervous did a great job dealing with us both.

This is hands down the best veterinarian that I have ever been to. Dr. Ollis is an amazing vet who truly cares about her patients. The staff are always friendly and extremely comforting in times of stress. They treat all of my animals as if they're their own and there is no price that I wouldn't pay for that quality of service and piece of mind. My dog recently received a neuter surgery at this hospital and so well taken care of! There was a minor complication where his body seemingly was rejecting the sutures. I called in an absolute panic right at closing time and they worked me in immediately for the next morning. They did not charge me for the consultation and made sure he was comfortable while they helped get him back in order. I will continue to go here even if we move from the area. I cannot recommend Lakeside enough!

Edit* i would like to point out, again, they had no business. No barks or pawsteps. So unless every animal is put to sleep upon entering, they were not busy. Its a nail trim, not surgery. I wouldn't expect growing business either. Would be reviewing according to the service had I not been refused at the door. For a nail trimming. Mind you they didn't have a single customer. No barks or meows. No steps. Not even a receptionist. The lady walks from the back, Nice receptionist: "May I help you?" Me: "Yes I would like her nails trimmed" "Of course, have we seen her before?" "No, I usually go in mount Juliet" "Oh one moment" *enter lady who took one look at my pitbull, sneered and rolled her eyes, and said, Actual vet: "We wont be able to see her. Petco does walkins" I went to my regular vet, Countryside In Mount Juliet, which was BUSY, over a dozen animals in plain sight. I asked them if they turn dogs away for anything. They said, "No we will work with you and try to make you a regular visitor if you aren't already". I left with my dogs nails trimmed and a few dog treats. For $10. I'm not sure if it was because I dont regularly go here, or if it was because I have a pitbull. I believe it was the latter.

I've been happy with the staff, location, and the ease of making appointments. The only reason I'm still considering switching vets is the price. There's no monthly preventive care plan like I had at my last vet which saved me a ton of money and made it easy to afford to get adequate care. But I'm mostly aggravated at the fact that I signed a piece of paper agreeing to a price, then once I got to the register the cost was over $100 more than what I had approved, because the tech had put the cost of one of the tests in the wrong place. It was really stressful having a sick cat and then the additional stress of the price of treatment shooting up so dramatically because of a mistake on their part. Now I feel like I can't really trust the price I've signed off on and agreed to to be honored, which I'm not sure is worth the trouble or stress.

Dr. Ollis took care of our pugs when she was at another clinic several years ago (in fact, she saved our female pug’s life after the pug got into some sugar-free gum). When we moved to the Hermitage area, we were delighted to learn that she had opened her own clinic only a mile away from our house! We appreciate the good care that she and her staff give our dogs.
