Took him in to Dr Willy as a drop off.. My 10 year old lab mix was diagnosed with a skin fungus.. the vet prescribed many meds. I could not afford all and when I asked to speak to her about which were more important she refused to come out.. I did not get a phone call or an explanation. Worst vet experience in 30 years. Horrible and heartbreaking experience.

the staff at the Mt Juliet Banfield is seriously the best ever. they were able to get my dog Mercy, who was having an allergic reaction in DAY OF. every other vet I had called kept telling me to take her to emergency because they wouldn’t see her. I am so incredibly thankful for the staff here, I can’t say enough good things. I will never use another vet! thanks again Mt Juliet Banfield!

The staff here has always been helpful and professional. The genuinely I love for your pets. It's obvious in the way they interact with you and your pets at check-in and checking out. This location in Mount Juliet is one of the best Banfield locations I've taken our pets. I recommend them.

I love Banfield Mt. Juliet. The staff's great. Dr. Haines, Kaitlyn, Hannah and more. I'll never take my Yorkie to another vet. Highly Recommended

The staff was very helpful and it was a very low stress environment for me and my Cat. He was already very anxious about going to the vet already and the techs were very nice to him and he was very calm and relaxed when they brought him back out to me. Definitely worth the trip!

DO NOT Get the wellness plan. It is a waste of money and doesn't assist your pet in any meaningful way its just to take your money. They will not notify you of any missing payments no emails or calls they will send it to collections and you most likely won't here from them either. Go to blue oasis across the street they are way better and affordable.

Horrible service!! DONT ever get a plan for your pets here. This company just wants your money. I’ve tried different locations and they are all the same. Hidden fees all the time and it is honestly not worth it. You pay monthly and they make you believe it’s a good deal but it really isn’t. They charge you for everything and when you want to cancel they want to charge you for all the services. What’s the point? No discounted prices . They are truly over priced and their doctor’s pretend or really don’t care about the animals. I tried Cumberland Animal hospital in Lebanon and wow! Their prices are way more reasonable and the doctors know what they are talking about. No hidden fees!

The Veterinarian took great care of my buddy, Jack! She was able to diagnose him quickly and I could tell how much everyone involved cared about our little four-foot friends! Highly recommend.

What a joke! If you love your pets do not use the Mt Juliet TN location! My 16 1/2 year old dog is struggling and I called for an emergency appt. I was told to be there at 11:15. When I arrived they said I had to leave him for a drop off visit and that would be the only way he would be seen today. Covid or not, I said I would sit outside with him to wait. I do not want him put in a kennel and cause him further stress. Was told I cannot do that. I have been with Banfield for my dogs entire life. This is how they treat long term patients. Thanks for nothing!

We are new to this Banfield so I wanted to meet the doctor. She came out, masked like was and we talked about concerns I had. I was very pleased with the staff and doctor. I feel good about my babies going there.

I want y’all to know I started going to Banfield 8 years ago when Dr. Becky Crockett Stengel was a veterinarian and she agreed to see my dog Barney in a dire situation and stayed after hours to help. She was incredible and I decided this place was awesome. Unfortunately, she left. Anyways, I decided to stay with Banfield. Last week, my 9 month old puppy was having uncontrolled peeing issues and we decided to have him tested for a Urinary Tract infection. After a few hours, I received a call from Dr. Willey saying he had some sort of obstruction and said he needed surgery. As a trustworthy follower of Banfield, I said whatever it takes! I was then told to pick him up at 6:30 and take him to Blue Pearl hospital in Franklin for overnight observation and they called and they were expecting us. I get down there and they have no clue who we are and have no information, at this time, Banfield is closed and no information. Anyways, later on they get hold of Dr. Willey and no Urinary Tract test was ever taken, just his belly & balls. Fast forward, Tuesday Bear (my dog) got sick and took him back to Banfield where they keep him for 3 hours and call me and tell to take him back to Blue Pearl there’s nothing they can do. At this stage, the dog is gasping for air and unable to move. Therefore, I wasted 3+ hours with a vet who sliced & diced my dog easily, but couldn’t do anything to help and made the situation worse! Anyways, now my sweet, loving, and my son’s best friend is dead. The reason I’m sharing is be careful and vet your vet. Banfield isn’t all bad (Dr. to Dr.), but be careful and don’t go to the Mount Juliet Banfield...And by the way, Blue Pearl tested him and he tested positive for a Urinary Tract infection.

I feel very disappointed ????. I took my puppy to the vet for a rabies shot. Had a coupon for a free exam. Was told he was too young for the vaccine but can't help but feel it's because of the coupon. Because now I am supposed to bring him back in two weeks. But of course then I have to pay for the office visit too. I wonder if they do this to everyone who uses the free coupon especially if they can't find anything wrong.

I cannot speak to their services, but after having one emergency vet hang up on us because we were "frantic and emotional, and you're not going to get any of our services that way," the staff at the Mt. Juliet location for Banfield, despite being fully booked for the day, gave us as many other options as they could for our kitty that couldn't even keep down liquids. I cannot thank them enough for their support.
