I would have been a new client with my new kitten but after I spoke to the rude, unprofessional women who answered the phone (Kayla?) I had an uneasy feeling about my appointment , but I went ahead and went anyways trying to shrug it off but when I got to The Ark there was a sign on the door stating that you had to call to Inform them you had arrived due to (COVID19) so I did, and spoke to the same rude girl again and she stated that someone would come out and get my kitten in a little while, “ because there was someone ahead of me.” I said ok thank you and she just hung up. Keep in mind this was my first appointment... I thought well someone would come out and bring me some paperwork in a few minutes since at that time they was only ONE other car in the parking lot but, no, nothing. So, I waited and waited and eventually two other cars came up and parked and was greeted and one of them left and still no one acknowledged that I was there. Ten minutes past my appointment time I left (still no person interaction) I couldn’t see letting my new born kitten be in the hands of this clinic. Especially if the doctor doesn’t know what’s going on in his clinic or does know and allows his staff to treat any clients like I was today. No thanks! Plenty more Vets in the area....

The Vet, Dr Kevin was super nice and very caring. The staff was very friendly. This is my go to place now for all my animal care needs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Brummitt listens well and gives excellent care. Things often take a bit longer than you think they will, but they are never short or disrespectful.

Dr. Brummet is warm, friendly and genuinely cares, as well as the staff. Dr B is knowledgeable in what your pet needs and what's available and affordable for they pet owner. They work well with your schedule for an apt. Listen very well and answer all of your questions when you're stressed over your pets health. Really wonderful people.

I drive all the way from Nashville to bring my pets here. Dr Brummett and his staff are lovely, my dog is always SO excited to go there and see everyone.

I took my cat there. She had broken off one of her teeth and it became abscessed. I took her to my regular vet and they gave me antibiotics and set up an appt for one of their vets to pull the tooth (at a price of $600). I assumed that was the going price for something like that but I had to set the appointment for a month ahead to get the money together. When I mentioned it to my daughter. She like to have had a fit. She said "mom! That is way too high" she said several of their friends took their pets to The Ark and they were well pleased. So I called them and they said the vet wasnt there to give an actual quote but it would probably be one or two hundred dollars.!! So I took her in yesterday, great friendly staff, he extracted the tooth and they kept her longer to make sure she was fully awake. When I went to pay the bill (steeling myself for what the price might actually be) when I was told $69.00 I said, " oh I havent paid for everything yet" she said that was the total and she had included the antibiotics which I am now giving her. She has done very well since the tooth was removed, no problems whatsoever. That whole situation was amazing to me. I was getting ready to pay a huge amount of money and paid so much less thanks to word of mouth recommendation. I have decided this is where I am taking my cats. They now have a new doctor and I fall into the ranks of the "well pleased"
