Every time I take my boys, they are happy and easy to work with. My little dog gets anxious with nail trims, but they have been able to do them without issue. They use fear free tactics to not traumatize the animals and their services are reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them to any dog owner.

The vet and vet-tech I saw were both very friendly, professional, and good with my cat, and I was really happy with their ability to get my cat in for an appointment the same day. I would feel comfortable going back in the future if needed.

All staff was incredibly professional and respectful and kind. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered all questions and concerns. I felt as though each person genuinely cared that my cat and I both had a positive experience. My cat is very anxious and nervous and they did everything they could to help her relax and make her experience as pleasant as possible. I think I've found a life-long vet for any animals I'll have in the future.

Staff was very friendly and nice! Very grateful I found this place for an emergency situation and that they were willing to let me squeeze in very last minute. They were able to make my kitty feel so much better!

I have only extremely positive things to say about the medical, technical, and support staff at Village Animal Hospital. My very senior dog has been a patient of this practice for about 3 years and we can always rely on their knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive care. To give a small example: my dog has become barely tolerant of her nail clips-- we can't do them at home, and I wouldn't trust a groomer to be mindful of her arthritis and aging issues. With Dr. Sears and her team, my dog gets several technicians scratching and petting her all over as a distraction so she can calmly get through the trim. This is one example of how they work diligently in unison for my pet's needs. I've also been impressed and grateful by their careful Covid precautions. From the cute art in the waiting room to the on-point, kind staff to the caring, top-notch medical care, this office has everything I want and need in a vet (which is a tall order, I assure you). That reminds me -- they're great with overly protective pet mom's who always have a list of questions, too! Dr. Sears and her team are wonderful.

Village Animal Hospital was fantastic. My cat was a new patient having urgent problems and they got him in so quickly and were so caring and helpful. I highly recommend!

They took such great care of our Litl Princess Zoey. As soon as she got home she immediately starting eating again!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Dr. Sears and the entire staff for how quickly they were able to get us in and handle what turned out to be a rather urgent situation. The issue arose on a day when our regular vet was not available and Dr. Sears got us right in and ended up doing the necessary surgery the next morning. She and the staff kept us apprised of things at every step along the way and were so kind, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience here! Our sweet pup sustained an eye injury and we freaked out. Lol They took the time to explain our options and walked us through hee recovery. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sears and her staff are amazing! Cocoa had been miserable for so long (skin allergy) and in one day, he is so much more comfortable! I loved communicating with Ashlie on the phone and through text. She was so nice!

My baby had been sick For a long time. I am finally able to say out if all the vets and clinics I’ve taken him to for relief this hospital is the only one that is trying to help me to get to the root of my baby’s discomfort! I appreciate this hospital and even though I originally thought the pay for the plan was a bit pricey I quickly realized that they are staffed with people who are knowledgeable about what they are doing and put the care of our pets first! And that is priceless !

Dr. Sears and her team are amazing! Kind, thorough, patient,... I would never trust my cat with anyone else!

Very good local Vet Clinic treated my puppy Rex with care and patience. I was happy that they were able to see him so quickly on a weekend, The staff was fast and friendly, and the Doctor was informative about her opinions on ceartin points of interest. My dog doesn't let other people pet him. We rescued him from a cage and he was badly malnourished. As a small puppy we brought him to a trainer and it was difficult to train him since he had some fear problems baked I to him when we got him at about 4 months old. They had the correct tools to muzzle him gently and feed him cheese and that helped a bunch. Next time we will sedate him so they can do there job even better than the last time which I feel will be a great job. I will recommend this Vet clinic to anyone who loves there pet like family. My Rex goes everywhere with me and has never been alone and will Never be put in a cage again since he has so much trama from them.

The technicians and veterinarian at Village Animal Hospital were very friendly and professional. I had a very sick cat and they saw him immediately. They took good care of him and explained everything that was happening. I will definitely being going back to them with any future needs. Thank you!
