There are plenty of good or great groomers, but Soft Paw is the best. The quality of service they provide can only come from people who care, love, and are passionate about what they do. You can't teach their level of care! Care isn't a skill. It's a desire. My little Rambo and I are so thankful for Regina and Soft Paws! My dog is ecstatic when we pull into their parking lot every time, and that should say enough! Rambo is not a fan of baths but to see him become so excited (and know what he's getting into) shows how much they really love and care for your pet while behind closed doors. They are genuinely fantastic.

They refused to bathe my dog due to an eye infection? Then proceeded to charge me full price for the grooming. My dog has one functioning eye. As it relates to his other, I will continue to defer to a vet, not a groomer. Seems like being short staffed is resulting in taking short cuts.

Our maltipoo fights to get out of car to get into Soft Paws and see Regina and others. He loves them and always comes out looking great. He has been going there over 15 years.

Best place in Lexington!!! This is the place to take your dog for grooming, the staff here is great and very helpful. Regina is awesome and she will make you dog shine!! Literally, it will leave the place like a new dog!!

Great place to bring your pets to get a fresh cut. The staff cares and treats your pets like one of theres so you dont have to worry because while you're away they are getting the same love and treatment as they do at home. Regina has groomed my dog for over 15 years and I am always pleased. The shop is always clean and she is willing to accommodate me for appointments. You can tell she loves and understands and loves animals.
