They give you an appointment then cancel it with in 24 hours before the appointment after you arrange your entire schedule to be available for that appointment

Please read the review from Braden Powell and this if you have a puppy. I strongly discourage anyone from bringing any young dog to this facility. I wouldn't expect them to make any attempt to play/socialize for more than a few minutes at a time. I signed up and after reading the website it looked great - they would play with the puppy and take them out to socialize for 20-30 minute sessions. I have kept their camera up while at work to see how things would go, and I have only seen one person make any attempt to play with him. EDIT: I have now seen one other person spend time actually playing with him at 4:15 PM EST and is doing the 20-30 minutes listed on their website. I am checking it at least once every 15 minutes because I wanted to see if the company would stick to their schedule, which they haven't. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this for any young dog. As I write this review, I watch a worker bring in a dog, lock mine in a crate, and then walk away. This is not socializing nor good quality service. Go to Dogtopia, or anywhere else in Lexington. I'm going to go on Rover and pay a higher price, but I have no doubt the service would be significantly better. For an older dog it might be okay, but I would never recommend bringing any young dog here.

My pup had a great time here! Benny was a shelter pup, so I was nervous about leaving him in kennel-style boarding environment for the first time. The staff took extra care to check in with me with pictures and to check on Benny to make sure he wasn’t anxious. He came home properly exhausted and he had so much fun playing with his new buddies! The only thing I don’t like, and it seems to be industry standard, is that you have to add on playtime packages. I would love to find a boarding facility that doesn’t charge for playtime for the dogs. Other than that, we loved it here!

My girlfriend & I took our puppy to Pet Suites in Hamburg for “Puppy Preschool” daycare service today. We had high hopes for it based on everything we read. The website had a daily schedule posted, the skills they’d be learning, interactive toys, social time with the other puppies, social potty walks and stated they’d be let out a minimum six times to go to the bathroom. With this being his first day and us being curious how it was going, periodically throughout the day at least one of us would watch the online webcam they provided on their website. Both us began to notice every single time one of us watched he & the other puppies were just constantly stuck in the crate? Not what we had read about or been told about. It was obvious the schedule wasn’t being followed & he definitely was not being let out like he was supposed to be. I called to ask about this and was told this was part of crate training. I’m not a dog training expert but I think sticking a 4 month old puppy in the crate for 95% of the day isn’t training, that’s just ridiculous, mean, & false advertising. Needless to say they’ve lost our business already. Do not send your puppy here!

We had a great experience boarding our corgi, Vinny - the staff was amazing - Michelle, Bria, Bradley and team went beyond the call of duty to make us feel better about his first time being boarded. We received this photo and text with an update half way thru his stay: “Vinny is relaxing in his room after breakfast. He had a great day playing in group yesterday. He is eating well and going to the bathroom normally. ???????? -Michelle” They have cameras to check in on the group play area - it was so fun to see Vinny zooming and playing with the dogs. They even washed his blanket to send it home nice and clean! We will be back! Thank you!

Check in and out are very slow. Lines to the door. I was given back my dogs bed soaked with urine. My dog never goes inside. I can only ask assume she did not get taken out to urinate. The staff member did not even warn me about the wet bed.

I used the location for 5 day overnight stay for my cats. The location was clean and staffed with animal lovers. I would use the kennel again. Thanks for the good care.

Our dog is always well taken care of when we leave him at PetSuites. The staff is friendly and always makes sure to note down the details of his medication administration and any special needs he may have. It's nice not to have to worry about his care when we need to leave him for an extended period of time. Highly recommend.

My dog really likes it here but they don't keep good records. I was late to work today because a simple dropoff turned into an ordeal when they lost my vaccination records. This isn't the first time they've lost a vaccine record either. Crinkle will have to be caged all day now.

Our pup seemed to love his time there. He stayed overnight and was exhausted when he came home.

We used PetsSuites for day boarding of our Aussiedoodle while we were moving into out new home. Completely impressed with the staff and updates I received throughout the day!

My Aussie had little to no socialization with other dogs on the farm he worked at before I adopted him so he doesn’t always know how to act with other dogs. Pet Suites was available for us last moment and early in the morning and they were very kind giving me updates on him and that he was socializing with other dogs well. I think they gave him a bath however whatever they used made him smell worse than he did before he went there.

Treated my pet like a king even though we bought the basic package. Highly recommend!

Jax seems like he loved it. If he's happy and very well taken care of then I'm happy. It was our first time leaving him somewhere so we was nervous. But anytime we would call to check on him they would check on him and let us know how he was doing. Very friendly staff.

I was able to call one day and schedule an overnight stay for the next night without the hassle of a 'meet and greet'. The place was clean and impressive with a very professional staff. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Excellent care with my dog, never had a complaint so far and my dog seems to love all of you guys

My dog Tebow gets so excited when I drop him off. Everyone there treats him with love and he eats it up.

Had availability for last minute stay. Our fur baby was nervous at first and the staff took their time making her feel loved and welcome until she was comfortable with them. I called a couple times a day to check on her and the staff was more than happy to provide updates. Will definitely be leaving her there again. Loved Hamburg PetSuites. :)

Very friendly staff, worked real well with my dog who is very timid of other people. They answer your text back pretty quickly. Will defiantly be taking Bella back.

Milo, our cavapoo puppy, had the best time at PetSuites small group playtime. The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very loving to our boy. The daily price for small group playtime was very reasonable. Milo will be coming back every week!

What a wonderful salon! The employees were so friendly and helpful! I received text messages to update me on progress and pick up time which made it easy to plan my day. My dog was so happy and beautifully groomed when I picked her up. I could tell she had a good day and was not stressed. THANK YOU, PETSUITES!

PetSuites is an awesome pet daycare provider. I started bringing my Coonhound here 1-2 times per week about 6 months ago and she absolutely loves it. The staff is friendly and you can tell they truly love being with animals. If you join the Facebook group they will even post pictures of the animals playing together! One FYI: PetSuites does not feed the pets lunch, so please make sure you give your fur friend a good breakfast before dropping off for the day. I highly recommend.
