We love Janna's. Our dogs always come out smelling and looking their best, and we love the bandanas!

I used Janna's when I lived in the neighborhood for convenience. However, she is so good with doodle cuts that I continue to use her 11 years later, living in Versailles. All 3 of my doodles have loved the staff and treatment there!!

Amazing service. They fit us in at the last minute. They are very professional, I will travel out my way for this place.

Charged me for a nail trim and file but told me she didn’t get a chance to file the nails and several nails appear to not even be clipped. Was in the salon for less than 5 minutes.

They take such AMAZING CARE of my Persian Mr. Higgins aka Higgy. He was a rescue and they were so gentle! We’ve been back every two months since! ❤️

They did an amazing job on my shih tzu. She is not easy to cut and they did such a thorough clean job. No cuts on her unlike another pet salon I went to. I’m happy and will be coming here again. I would recommend this salon to anyone . They also COVID 19 safe :)

They were extremely friendly when I called to schedule an appointment for my dog. They informed me of the times to drop off/pick up and of an estimated price. When I dropped him off they were ready and waiting. I informed them of my dog having a few mats. They asked for details on how I would like him cut, and I told them I just wanted him cleaned up all around, so whatever they needed to do, to do it. The results are great, the price was extremely reasonable, and my dog seemed calm when I picked him up, which is amazing since he's very anxious. I highly recommend using them! Just know they are cash/check only, which they informed me of during me visit.

I've been taking my Goldendoodle here for almost 2 years and they do a great job! Reasonable price and they always have him done on time! I recommend this salon!

I used to take my dogs to Jannas, until I moved to AL for military reasons. I ABSOLUTELY cannot find a decent groomer in the local area. I've been to 3 and each one over charged, with less than desirable results. One even cut ALL the hair off my malamutes tail. I long for them to look like they did when i picked them up from Jannas.

I have a DIFFICULT Chow Chow. He hates people and more importantly hates the brush. I dropped him off at Janna's Pet Salon nervous that I was making a terrible mistake but the women there worked absolute magic!! They calmed the nerves of my cautious pup and gave him the cutest cut. He left happy and with no hair in his eyes! Couldn't have asked for better service, best pet salon in lexington.

Love it here! My dog has fear aggression everywhere else but here. I don't know how but they can work magic on him! He's always adorable after a trim.

I have been in here a few times and I have observed and heard good things about this place. I was impressed.

Janna’s was recommended by a few friends, so I was excited to give it a try. My cat’s haircut looks super cute, but everything else about the experience was a disappointment. I was put off by the fact that they don’t take appointments. I was just told to bring my cat in “the earlier the better” as they operate on a first-come-first-served basis. On the phone, I had to repeat twice that my pet was a cat and not a dog. When I came in, they assumed I was someone else, and when I gave my pet’s name, it wasn’t on the list, but they took her anyway. They couldn’t tell me when she would be done. When I came to pick her up with my 1-year old in my arms, I was told they don’t accept cards — only check or cash. The person who booked my appointment didn’t inform me of this policy. The two women who were there when I brought my pet didn’t inform me of this policy. The woman at the front desk acknowledged that they “should advertise that better” and told me to go to the nearest ATM. So I had to put my baby back in the car and drive to my bank’s ATM at 5:15 on a weekday. This took about 20 minutes, which made me miss a fitness class I was planning to take. I can deal with the so-so customer service, and I get that they can operate their business any way they want, but I’m sorry, it’s 2018 and any business that wants to be competitive should be able to operate with scheduled appointments and accept all forms of payment.

I’m a first time dog owner of an extremely hyper and difficult pup. I was extremely nervous to take her to a groomer, but she needed it bad! Took her to Janna’s for a full service and I was so pleased! My dog hates baths but somehow they managed to make her look great! She also came out with a really cute bandana that she actually kept on, they usually bother her. Really great first experience at Janna’s and will be back soon!

This is absolutely the worst dog grooming experience I have ever had. I WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! I took my golden retriever here and they absolutely butchered him. They completely shaved him which you should NEVER do to a golden …

I only go in for a nail trim on my two dogs. They always get it down right away and for $11(used to be 10, but they have to enforce the stupid new tax) it's awesome.
