The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they really love animals. They explain everything really well in easy to understand terms. The office is tidy and clean. Best experience I've had with a vet.

Very friendly people with wonderful customer service that make you feel at home every appointment and they will work with your budget. They're tentative an empathetic and I don't know if I would go anywhere else with my two babies Ginger and sunny

Wonderful, caring staff. Truly care for the animals as if they were their own and act out of the animals best interest. Always willing to answer all my questions, no matter how silly. I was instructed to always give my dog proper flea and tick medications to keep from spreading internal parasites and other health conditions and diseases. Very informative. Be sure to ask them about which flea and tick products they recommend! As I learned, they are not all equal!

I have been with Noah's Ark for many years now. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Newsome and staff always take great care of my pets. They listen to all of your concerns. I don't trust anyone else with my pets. I highly recommend them to all loving and caring pet owners.

Really pleased with all of the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Found our vet! *Update* We continue to have the best of experiences here at Noah's Ark. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Newsome both go above and beyond in their care for our pets. Since moving to Lexington, KY from Dallas, TX in June we have seen these vets for 3 of our pets ranging from regular checkups to emergency visits. Every time the vets and staff take such thorough care of our babies and keep our costs in mind without sacrificing care or cutting corners. I am so grateful for the work that they do. I actually work for another vet clinic and get a discount over there and still only bring my pets to Noah's Ark. I think that speaks volumes.

I've trusted my pets with Noah's Ark since around 2004. 2020 has been extremely difficult for me. I had to say goodbye to 2 of my pets, both were 16 (different months this year). During their lifetime's, the veterinarians and staff cared for and loved my pets. When they both reached the ends of their lives, this remained constant. Dr. Newsome and Dr. Gibson, as well as the rest of their staff,.are amazing and I will never be able to truly thank them for their compassion and love they have given to me and my pets.

I called because I needed a vet. My kitty was very, very sick. I could see she was feverish and trying to shut down and needed a vet immediately. The man i spoke to on the phone said it would be weeks before they could "fit me in for an appointment". Hold up... My cats dying and needs EMERGENCY TREATMENT and they want to schedule an appointment weeks or months ahead??! F#%k THAT. I took her to Sheabel veterinary hospital. They saw her THAT DAY. And it was a good thing they did. They saved her life. I would pay whatever amount they asked to save her and then some! Your loss Noahs Ark. You may be a few blocks away, but I will be bringing my girls to sheabel for grooming shots, dental, boarding and any future treatments they need.

They r so sweet and Patient with the patient and animal owner. I was very nervous. Because my buster was going in for oral surgery. They set down with me and explained everything told me what it was going to cost I Freaked out. But when I took him in there to say good bye. They was very understanding I love the older gentleman out front very understanding and buster loved him. I was so happy when I got my bill it was a lot lot less then what they Quote me thank God. They had me go back couple of times taking care of my buster and me. I was very impressed with their staff and kindness of the vet. I would recommend anybody to go there

I went to Noah's Arc for a second opinion, and I am so glad I did! I believe they saved my dog's life! I will definitely continue to use them for all my Veterinary needs! All the staff members and Dr. Gibson are awesome!

This place is so expensive that I have no idea how anyone could possibly go. I think the staff sounded caring, but you can find places a lot cheaper and on most cases, for a fraction of the cost. In the new neighborhood this place is located they will be alienated from clients.
