Our two cats receive high-quality care at Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital where the staff is responsive to our concerns each time we call. We are very pleased with Dr. Whitehouse and the staff.

Very friendly and treated me and my dog so well. Affordable and bonus of taking appointments on Saturdays.

It was all great. Denver loves the staff there and Dr. Marty is the best!

This vet clinic is the best I have ever been to! They are extremely professional, quick, and friendly. They answered all the questions I had and took wonderful care of my cat and two kittens. I have another appointment for my other three cats and plan to move my dogs here eventually too if all goes well. I have lots of different animals and it has been very hard to find a vet clinic I like and trust but these guys have hit all the marks! 10 out of 10 would recommend! I am so glad I have finally found them! :)

The veterinarians are so knowledgeable, kind and really take time with my two Labradoodles. The techs are just as good with the pups. I love it here.

Dr. Riney was wonderful! My kitty had a sore throat and I could tell he was sick. I was a new patient but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Dr. Riney didn't rush the visit and was very gentle and loving with my baby. The pricing was very fair and the staff was wonderful. Such a great experience. ❤️ Highly recommend!

Every visit has been pleasant. Even during the trying times with the pandemic, the Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital have made everything convenient and as comfortable as possible. Staff members are courteous, attentive, informative - overall great bed/petside manners. I am pleased and impressed!

They are always friendly, professional and accommodating when their is an emergency need. My dog has hot spots that flare up and they are always ready to work him in on a minute s call!!!

The entire staff was very professional and handled our pet rat Willow with love and care.

We appreciate the compassion Dr Riney has towards animals and his outstanding way he describes what is going on with your pet. He will always be my hero in my book and a customer for life. Thank you so much for your expertise!! Anytime I have an emergency issue, they will ALWAYS get me and my pet in the same day I call. We were having an issue with an older pet one day. I called about 30minutes before the office closed, Dr Riney, insisted the animal needed to be seen immediately and told us to come over the office now. Dr Riney stayed after hours to examine our pet. This pet was terminally sick and only had a few days to live. Dr Riney was so sweet and kind delivering the bad news to us and his manner of doing so can not be described in words. You do not see that kind of compassion and love for animals in people now.

The docs and staff at Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital are first rate. I've taken my dogs and cats there for several years. We've been through easy and difficult times with my pets. Everyone truly cares about taking good care of them. Their fees are very reasonable. They don't try to load you up with unnecessary tests that boost the bill (like my last vet).

I have been a client at this wonderful animal hospital for about 20 years. This group has given excellent, consistent, and thorough care to my pets (about eleven of them over the years) and I would not trust my pets' care to any other group. The doctors and staff here could not be more caring, considerate, conscientious,and respectful; and, if that was not enough, they are cheerful and friendly as well! They treat me like a friend and sometimes like family! My dog never fears coming here; in fact, she seems to think it is quite the social event. Their prices are fair, their hours are good, and the hospital is ALWAYS very clean. When you're a pet owner, your pet never "plans" on getting sick; this group bends over backwards to get your pet in asap! I can't say enough about them. With all the vets in town, I know we all have choices. My choice is Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

After going to this establishment for over 30 years and spending thousands of $$$ with them each year for my three dogs. I fired them today. They expanded their facility from 2 exam rooms to 4 but yet you can never get an appointment and they are always short staffed. My dog's stomach looked bloated today so I called and was told to come at 3:15 and they would work me in, after 45 minutes of waiting the dog was overheating in the car. So I told them that I was leaving and would not be back except to get the medical records. I don't expect any special treatment and love the staff but my dog could be suffering from a life-threatening issue. I do however expect some loyalty back especially when there might be a serious issue. My neighbor goes there too and say she is going to start looking for a new place as well. I am frustrated and heartbroken that after 30 years of loyalty and thousands of dollars me and my fur-babies have been treated this way. I wish them luck but at this rate I suspect they will continue to lose customers.

This is the best animal hospital we have ever been to. We have numerous dogs and cats, and Dr. Riney is wonderful! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital.
