Great veterinary office I've been taking my taking to for more than 7 years. Great service, easy scheduling, and Dr. Ringle is great with my animals.

My dog required a small surgery, and they did an excellent job with her. I was impressed by their level of communication before, during and after Lulu undergoing surgery, which allowed me to make a well-informed decision for what's best for her. This practice is reliable, and most importantly, they authentically CARE about your furry fam. Thank you and keep doing what you do Broadway!

Very respectful. Willing to help with costs in anyway possible. Most of all my boy was very happy with his visit today. Came out so excited and happy to the point all the way home wagging his tail and wore himself out was ready for a nap. Thank you all so much for treating my boy and I with love and care.

Dr. Ringle and the staff are incredible. Knowledgeable and highly skilled team who will treat you and your animals with the utmost care.

The vet is very nice but the groomer needs some jesus. Very rude and seems to be angry at the world.

If you want Cheryl to compare your hurting pet and family member to going to Maces I would suggest you take them here. Butttt not really!!

They never called me back about getting my fur baby's nails trimmed. So I went somewhere else. Sorry they didn't get to meet my girl

Every employee has so much compassion for every animal through the doors. Cannot stress enough how important each and every patient to the staff.

I'm pretty disheartened by the interaction I just had which resulted from the lady at the front desk thinking she put my call on hold, but had not. I heard her mock multiple callers for repeated calls with questions followed by a misrepresentation of my concerns to the doctor. Disappointing because until that moment I thought they cared. It is difficult enough as it is to have to wait in the car for an hour only to spend less than five minutes on the phone with the doctor with no time to process what she has said.

My friend lost her sweet kitten because she was underdiagnosed due to this clinic. When she took her to a hospital they said this place should have known better with her prognosis. Their staff was rude and heartless after her loss. They sent a computer typed card with no thought or compassion not even a hand written signature, meanwhile the hospital sent handwritten apologies from all of their staff. This place needs to step up their game.

Every time I bring my cat it’s a lot of bad news with no diagnosis. Over $200 and 4 days later he still needs to be groomed badly. We are going for a second opinion elsewhere. Do not recommend, especially for cats.

My friend lost her little kitten due to negligence from this office. Shame on you all for not taking the time to properly diagnose. Cheryl should not work in a vet office if she can’t have an ounce of compassion! Horrible

Abel and I have had an amazing experience every time we go in. They definitely care about your pet. They listened to any of my concerns, and they were very thorough, communicative, and offered many treatment options along every step of the way. They are also following COVID-19 guidelines seamlessly, and I do not feel that it impacted my dog's visit or care negatively in any way. Couldn't recommend this clinic more!!!

Sr. Ringle is so careful, considerate, and thorough. The vet techs are super helpful, reception is courteous and careful. Dr. Ringle treats your fur babies as if they are your own.

We’ve used Broadway Veterinary Clinic for 10 years and always receive the best service! We recently started using them for our boarding needs as well, and our 1 yr old cathoula pup runs in, tail wagging and you can tell she’s so comfortable there. Dr. Ringle and staff are so kind, very informative and genuinely cares for our pets. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my dog and cat here ever since I got them. They've seen my pets for vaccinations, skin issues (which turned out to be allergies and resolved with some steroids), grooming, and an infected paw. The people who work here are super nice and my usually skittish dog is always excited to come here to greet the staff. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and takes the time to teach you how to care for/follow up on treatment :) Really glad I found an awesome and reliable clinic!

Our family has been using Broadway Veterinary Clinic for almost 39 years. The staff is welcoming, professional, and love animals. Dr. Ringle is outstanding. Her caring demeanor calms both patient and owner. Her professionalism is second to none. She has cared for our dogs and cat nursing them through illnesses and accidents. Our current dog pulls me toward the door and actually scratches the glass door watching to walk into the clinic.

Everyone in the clinic is always so friendly and helpful. They have seen my dog a couple of times on short notice if she has been sick with no problems. She is always so sweet to both of my dogs and she always explains what she will be doing and how much it will cost before anything is done. They always call back a day or two later to make sure everything is going okay and that my dog is feeling better.

Knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian & staff. Our pets have been patients there for many years. Have never had to wait long for an appointment and when we're there we've never had to wait. Open every Saturday morning for appointments and until 6:00 p.m. weekdays, so very convenient for working folks.

Dr Ringle is Great!! our 2 little guy's just love everybody there.. I have been going here for more than 50 yrs Dr Ringle is my third vet and she is so compassionate and so is her staff. They will do everything they can for your furbaby

Had high hopes for this place but did not turn out good. They are kind and nice but they weren’t able to help my cat. I took her to another vet and within a week they had her diagnosed and within a month had her condition managed. At Broadway they charged me for lots of money and told me that it was going to be another 400 dollars for the next step. They tried but I think that other options could be taken.

Drive from Lawrenceburg, KY to have my pets seen by Dr. Ringle. She is so compassionate and gentle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Seriously the best Vet Clinic in Lexington! Dr. Ringle cares for her patients like they were her own pets. She's honest and straight forward. You can make a sure bet that she'd never recommend a service she wouldn't want her own pet to receive. Always competitive prices on all services. Boarding is also available at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful place!
