Just all around great vet..

On short notice I requested an appointment for my new puppy. She was loosing weight and not eating as she should. An appointment was set the next day, to help her. Upon arrival they were prompt to get us into a room, and get right to work. Within minutes the vet was in the room and looking after my sweet girl. They were quick to get her issues figured out and a treatment plan established. At no time was the vet “eager to leave the room”, and was treated like my pet was the only one on the planet. I would highly recommend Banks Veterinarian Clinic to anyone. The staff was friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the pace of service was extraordinary.

Expert care, understanding and compassionate. They know animals. We trust them with our treasures.

Dr Hill is wonderful. She is very patient with all my animals knowing that they are nervous and don't really want to be there. They are a small clinic and they take the time and actually love the animals. Highly recommend

Everyone was nice, and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient when I had to reschedule, and the treatment was both affordable and exponentially better than I have experienced at other clinics. Would recommend. They gave peace of mind with their quick diagnosis and treatment options explained clearly to us.

Dr Banks and Dr Hill are excellent. Been taking my cats to them for 3 years and the Drs are great at both general care and minor emergencies. My cats have been perfectly healthy and happy since we've gone. Would highly recommend

I took my dog to see Dr. Hill and I was thoroughly impressed with not only the professionalism and hospitality of her team, but also the care and time she took with me to go through my long list of issues going on with my dog. She was patient, thorough and kind. Most importantly to me, I didn’t feel rushed like I was in a time limit with them. I was able to come in with my pet and wear a mask as well, which made it less stressful on my dog and also me, since I knew what was going on with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our first visit with a brand new Irish setter puppy, and we're completely happy with the experience! Staff was awesome, and Dr. Banks called during his exam to discuss his condition. Highly recommend!!

I have great things to say about this clinic. They have been amazing with our toy poodles Louie and Fiona. Everyone there truly loves the animals and it shows. Thank you for being so wonderful to our fur babies. We are So thankful for Dr Banks and her staff.

So Grateful for Dr. Banks! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered head to toe, ensuring what my fur baby needed to get back to feeling better. She payed special attention to my concerns and explained everything so carefully to me so I could understand. Not many vets take special attention to cats. Dr. Banks is one special person in my books! Also, her staff was very patient, sincere, and understanding! I can’t Thank them enough! I Highly Recommend Banks Veterinary Clinic!!

I highly recommend Dr. Banks and her staff. My two boys are complicated little guys and Dr. Banks has gone way above and beyond in working with them and their issues. One issue requiring a somewhat unique surgery which she performed perfectly. My boys are definitely doing better under her care.
