I love the the staff, building, rooms. Everyone was so nice, and the prices for pet care are reasonable. Dr. Acree is excellent and caring. This vet will get all of my business moving forward.

I took a kitten in, it was a stray baby, possibly feral. But I spent months trying to get this little thing to trust me and I loved her. She had gotten her head stuck in a small space in the garage while hiding during a storm. I watched her for a while at home and then finally got her in to whatever vet could see her. I explained she was acting like she couldn’t see, but the person who took her back from the room told me she was fine. A few hours later I took her to the ER vet in Gallatin (fantastic vet who knows what she’s doing). I paid A LOT for that ER visit for the vet to immediately notice the cat was blind and had brain damage of some sort. I paid hundreds of dollars in a day, just to pay for them to put her to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend anything emergent be taken to this vet, the knowledge isn’t there, and it’s not an emergency vet so I can’t fault them for not knowing what to do. What was upsetting was that they refused to listen to me….. he treated me as if I was being over reactive, he told me “the cats just exhausted, she’ll be fine” Well she’s not fine. I left a panicked voicemail hoping that they could see her again, they called back the next day and I had to tell them she was now dead and the appointment was no longer needed. This was a year ago, I’m just now able to leave a review without crying. If your pet only needs yearly shots, or a yearly check up go for it, this is the vet for you……. This was the worst vet experience. I’ve wished so many times I could ask that guy why he just couldn’t take a second to listen, because those hours mattered in that babies life. She was scared and her world was dark. This was when I said goodbye I wanted one last photo of this baby I worked SO hard to gain the trust of. I loved her and they didn’t care.

A Great place to take your Pets

This is the second time I have gone to them to put a pet down. And both times they definitely made me feel better about doing it. They treat them with such respect and like they are their own. They have a room specially made for people coming in to put their fur baby to sleep forever. It is made to not look like a vet office at all. This makes it easier on both the pet and us humans. Dr. Allison and Stephanie were great and very respectful of our feelings and of our space. They came in and gave my baby some love and asked if we wanted to stay during the whole thing. They explained how it would go and gently gave my baby the sedative to make her go to sleep so she doesn't feel the euthanization shot or it's effects. When it was done they gave us all the time we needed with her. They checked on us to make sure we didn't need a water or anything once, but other than that they left us in the room to ourselves and our baby.

I go there to have my two shih tzus blooms Heather's the groomer and we've been with her for the past 20 years with two sets of dogs and even though it's an hour or 45 minutes away it's worth to take My dog to her she is one of the best groomers I have ever had

Highly recommend! Great doctors that know from a glance what is going on, super knowledgeable. Dr. Edwards is amazing. Super sweet and made sure all the necessary precautions were taken for my cat and dog.

I go here to get my puppies' dew claws removed. They are quick and I haven't had any issues with aftercare.

I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t love the vibes of the office our first visit but we moved to the area during the height of the pandemic and just went with it. The office walls did not provide decent sound proofing our pups were freaked out the entire time because they could hear everything happening in the lobby and the back office. Aside from that, we ordered their prescriptions from chewy and they kicked them all back saying they don’t work with outside pharmacies. They have their own pharmacy, where I’m sure they make an extra profit off of it. I was out of town for a few months and needed a refill, my god, you would have thought they’d go out of business if they approved my dogs medicine. They finally offered to send us a scan of a written prescription, but an emailed perception isn't vailed. We're off to find a new vet, because wow has this been a journey. What a headache! They failed to call us back multiple times, communication can be lacking.

Great vets, take great care of our giant breeds for check ups, spay, and gastropexy.

It was a sad day for us having to put my 16 year old dog down. They showed compassion and gave us all the time we needed. Also, I received a sympathy card with clippings of his hair and paw print that I can keep. I will continue to patronage with them.

We love this vet. All the drs, techs, and other employees are so patient. We have had appointments with several of the doctors there, and would recommend each of them. They treat my pet like their own. I have never seen a doctor willing to get on the floor and comfort a scared dog, until I visited these guys. If there is ever a hiccup they make it right. When I have called after an appointment with a question they are very willing to help, and do not seem annoyed by the questions. They really seem to care about the well-being of my dog.

I use both the veterinarian and grooming services offered here. Love my groomer! They are always helpful with recommendations to help with caring for my dog at home. We get the same groomer each time which causes less stress on my dog. They have everything to help you take care of your pet.

I am truly thankful for the care that was shown to my cat Grayson by the awesome vet tech Crissy. She really made me feel at ease with the way she handled and cared for my difficult little boy..Dr.Wesley was extremely nice and explained what I needed to do in a very passionate way. He and Crissy were very attentive to all my concerns. I feel very confident with the planned care Grayson received. I had been struggling with bringing my cat to the vet due to not being able to go inside,, I feel very blessed to have found such wonderful and caring staff that allowed me to stay with him during the visit..
