I took my boyfriend’s dog in for a follow up to get a drain removed. They have me pull up to the sidewalk, come to the car to get him, then tell me they will call me when he’s done. I go down the rd to fill my car up while I wait. I see I have a missed call and Dr. Spearman has left me harshly toned message saying they brought Winston back out and I was gone “so we need you to come back and get him please!”. 1) I was told they would call me when he was done not that he’d be back out in 5 mins. 2) I was gone for a total of 10 mins. 3) there is absolutely no reason for the doctor to be rude. This is my first experience with this vet and it will certainly be my last. I just moved from West Knox to Halls. I’ll continue to take my cat to Northshore Animal Hospital where I know my cat is taken care of by professional and caring staff. I have them 2 stars instead of 1 because the stitches are adequate.

I have a new puppy and was in search of a DVM. I had called around to different parts of town asking about pricing and services. I was driving thru my own neighborhood and saw the sign of a vet office and decided to pull in. Due to covid I could not go in but that made no difference in the warm welcome I got from Britney. She came to the front entrance and spent time with me explaining in detail affordable prices and services and products available. Britney was warm, professional and very informative of each of my questions and concerns. I am a new client for sure. I am looking forward to a long healthy life for my new family member with Dr Spearman and her capable staff. Thank you Britney.

Everyone is very helpful. The doctor addressed all my questions. The groomer is awesome, my Lucy was very matted and she doesn't like getting groomed,but the groomer took her time with her and did a awesome job!!!.

Great vets, awesome staff. They have provided excellent care for my 8 dogs and 1 cat over the past 25 years. I feel like the staff truly care about my furbabies and even me. Grooming, boarding, spays, neuters, everything. Love this clinic.

We have been going to North Knox Vet for over 30 years but today was horrible. Due to Covid my husband was not able to go inside with our dog. I made the appointment last week wanting our dog checked and possible blood work. After an hour a tech brought out our dog and told us our bill was over $500 and oh by the way your dog is in kidney failure. They did all kinds of tests on her without our consent and never spoke to any vet. Needless to say we are very upset and plan to change vets for all our pets.

Very friendly staff, they helped me searching for my lost Great Dane. As well as speaking to other veterans, and animal clinics in the area! I thank them, and my Dane was found.

We wanted to support a local business. Our initial visit we were impressed. Unfortunately, the staff and Doctors do not communicate? ????‍♂️ We were quoted pricing on services but after the visit it was much higher. Services were performed without our consent/consult. There were multiple issues with pricing. We used them for boarding and was quoted a fair price. We arrived back from vacation with a tab almost triple the quoted amount. (They made things right and charged us for the quoted amount, and apologized) The dogs were covered in urine and feces when we picked up, no explanation or apologies were given. With all of these issues we decided to go elsewhere for our vet care needs.

A great vet, good prices. Will definitely be continuing to use for our pets!
