Everyone at Halls Animal Hospital is so nice! They address all of my concerns and are very patient when answering questions. I haven't been inside the facility due to COVID, but I've never had a bad experience!

Dr Burns is absolutely the best!!! So very caring and knowledgable. The staff is very friendly and caring too! Just wished we didn't have to do "curbside" with our last visit there.

I was an established client with another vet who also helped take care of my foster babies. I had a foster baby who was failing and they would not see us. I called Halls Animal Hospital and they took us right in! They helped me fight for the little baby and cried with me when our efforts failed. I am continuing to bring my fosters to them and have switched over my own 3 cats and our dog to their care. These people are caring and loving to all my animals. I highly recommend them!

We take our 2 dogs and cat there and have been very pleased with their services. Our 13 year old cat was gone for 2 months and showed back up with liver issues almost dead. After a weekend at the animal hospital downtown, the Halls Animal Clinic took care of our sweet cat for a week and pulled him through. We are very grateful to them.

We have been taking our pets to Halls Animal Hospital for many years (since 1995?). They treat them just like family. When I dropped off a fecal sample for our cat this week, they saw me and said “oh, okay, Silver” (our newest cat, we have only had her a year. PreCovid we would accompany our pets on their checkups and all the staff have been gentle and caring.

The staff really care about our two dogs. Frequent health notification's. They make sure that our elderly dog is comfortable despite his arthritis pain.

Halls Animal Hospital vets and techs have always been so good to take care of Buddy! They also have great Covid-19 protocols in place.

I was scheduled for my very sick cat to come in at 3:00 today . I told them she's dying slowly. She having trouble breathing . So from 3 -4 she died in my arms at 3:58pm she took her last breath in my arms. If I was to be took in at 3 like I was scheduled she might of had some hope. When u say your cat having trouble breathing I think that animal would be looked at right there and then ..

Not an animal hospital. Not a place to take your pet in the case of an emergency. If their lack of concern for needing help without an appointment is any indication... Don't think I'd even bother setting an appointment....

Experience was great. Can't wait for all this pandemic to be over with and be able to return to normal visits. Must be safe for now and we understand this.

I have been a customer of Halls Animal Hospital for 16 years. The doctors are great and the staff are very friendly. This is a good primary care Hospital for your pets.

I was an established patient with a different vet when my dog woke up very sick one morning. I called that vet and they said they were double booked that day and could not see him and that I should just take him to the vet er. I called Halls and explained the situation to them. Without hesitation, they told me to bring him in right away and they could see him. Fabulous response, called me back immediately to assure me that he was okay and fixed him right up! I won't mention the other vet's name, but I will say thank you to Halls Animal Hospital for picking up their unprofessional slack! You're the best and I'm excited to switch all 3 pets' care to you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It takes a village! ♥️????

Only place i will take my babies now. And i recommend them to every pet momma i know. They are the BEST

Love Halls Animal Hospital! I have taken my baby there since getting him as a puppy. Everyone has always been so sweet and kind! Dr. Burns explains everything to me and never acts like she is in a hurry! Thanks for taking such good care of him!!!

Staff was very friendly. The doctor took time to go over the annual exam and address my concerns. I wasn't able to go inside because of COVID, but the attitude of the staff made me feel comfortable turning over my fur baby. I recommend.

This place is the best. My dog was in distress and they were swamped with no appointments yet saw the urgency And got us taken care of - and we weren't even their client! Can't day enough good things about the vet and the staff.

Great doctor and staff. Knew exactly what was wrong with Harper, the cat. Explained throughly what was going on with him so I knew how to treat him at home. Have found a great vet for my animals. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Harper gives a 2 paws up!

I just now got off the phone with the receptionist and she was hateful and rude. She could have seen my cat today at 4 but I refused. I would recommend them getting a nicer receptionist.

I have been bringing my pets here for years now, boarding included. We’ve always been treated well up to this point (too often we are all guilty of not saying enough good things about businesses, myself included). Within the last year, my bullmastiff had multiple surgeries and required extra attention related to Mast Cell Cancer. They were always up front and honest about everything and gave me every option possible for her, including oncology referral. We declined with heavy hearts as our girl was ~10 and the success of treatment for her high grade cancer was low. We wanted her to live her final days with us at home. We had many months of her doing well and when she took a turn for the worse, Halls Animal Hospital was always there. Given the pandemic & COVID - they never stopped caring for my girl. Multiple times we had to take her spur of the moment for injections and medicine to keep her comfortable. The day she passed, they met us with open arms for cremation services. They have always taken their time to answer our concerns - all the calls, all the visits. Dr. Burns treated Vesper so well and was so informative. Mandy dealt with us calling and calling and was always nice, always helpful, always kept her word. The techs always treated our girl as if she were their own - receptive, caring, sympathetic. I can’t say enough about the time they gave me with my Vesper! I will be forever greatful and recommend them to all. Thank you again!

Have been coming here for three years. Very happy with care given to our baby. He had a problem with his ears and Dr. Burns knew what to do to help him. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming .

Best animal clinic I have ever used and I have had pets for 50 years. My 2 dogs are never anxious or nervous when we go ther. They love the techs as well as Dr. Burns.
